“Jenna, did a fantastic job. Took a huge weight off my mind. The dogs loved her and she even brought them to the hospital to visit. And when I got home, the place was spotless!!!! Thanks Jenna”

“Olivia took great care of our Sippi while we were out for the day. It took some time to find someone who we trusted to stay in our home while away and Olivia fit the bill. She is a very kind person and we will absolutely use her again. Thanks again Olivia!”

About: I’ve had and been around dogs all my life, from free roaming farm dogs to the most spoiled Pomeranians. I’m the guy who has treats and a leash in his car just in case I see a loose dog running around or hear there’s one nearby. I’m the guy who will remember your dog’s name, but probably not yours. I’m the guy pet owners warn that their dog is anxious of people, only to watch their dog sense my immediate love for them. I work as a freelancer, so my availability is mostly wide open outside of some specific appointments and projects that will be noted in my profile. In your home, I will follow any patterns and schedules you request to maintain a consistent experience for your dog. I have three dogs in my home consisting of two puppies and one senior, so I will not be hosting any appointments here.

“Leah took great care of all the animals and the house while I was away. She kept me updated with pictures and videos. I never needed to worry and always had full confidence everyone was getting plenty of love and attention.”

“I have 2 small dogs. I was gone for a long weekend and had her come in 3-4 times a day to let the dogs out, feed them and play with them. Bri was great with the dogs. They liked her from the 1st time she came for a meet and greet. I will defiantly use her again”

“Melissa stayed in our home and cared for our two pups while on a last minute trip. She was so caring to our aging pet who is 15 and diabetic while also managing our high energy labradoodle. Melissa has tremendous experience in caring for animals and issuing special medical attention if needed, she gave our pet insulin with every meal and always asked a question to make sure things were just right. We feel pretty blessed to have found Melissa to care for our home and pets while away. She left the house more tidy that when we left and went above and beyond for our family. We are so thankful to have found someone so kind and caring through Rover!”

“Laila was awesome! I am VERY particular with who I would leave the care to for my Chesapeake Bay Retrievers... as all of us pet owners are. So often I pass on fun places to go because I don't want to kennel my dogs. I found Laila to be communicative to let me know how the dogs were doing; i.e. sending me pics and texts periodically. I came home to a neat house and exactly the way I left it and to happy content dogs. I honestly think the dogs missed her when they realized she was gone and "Mom" was home. I cannot recommend her enough... and I know that will probably increase her unavailability for me when I need her, but she gets a 5 star plus plus plus from me... and again I am super particular with who I let walk or watch my dogs. Thank you Laila!”

“Tina did an amazing job! Our dogs loved hanging out with her! It was the first time we had anyone stay overnight with them and she completely put our minds at ease . She’s reliable, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and loves your animals like her own. She’s prompt (even started early), sent lots of photos, great communication, and she did excellent with our anxious gal. We’ll definitely be in touch, for future visits!”

“Sarina did a great job taking care of our pups. We have a 7ish year old rescue who does not do well around other dogs, and a 15 year old guy. Sarina tended to them beautifully and sent us daily updates. We will definitely have Sarina stay with our guys again!”

About: We had a mini schnauzer growing up, who we adored! She taught us so much patience with the insistent barking, so I can handle anything!(: I’m looking to walk dogs when I have down time over the weekend, or on shorter days of work during the week (Tuesday, Thursday, some Fridays). I will be primarily walking dogs, but I will purchase a long leash for letting dogs hang out in my yard if we dog-sit. Our yard is half an acre, so plenty of space to run.

About: Hi, I'm Jen! I've been a dog owner for most of my life. After fostering a senior dog with health problems, I relocated to Wisconsin and then was a guardian home for golden doodle puppies. After that, I've lived in a townhouse that doesn't allow pets and my job keeps me from owning my own again. Let me help care for yours when you're away! I work full time but my hours vary and my schedule is extremely flexible. A few days a week I work from home, and twice a week typically go into the office but can set my own hours. I will care for your pet exactly as you wish. While I don't have a fenced in yard, as I'm not allowed to have animals at my residence, I am happy to take your pets on walks (leashed of course) or care for them in your home, in their comfortable environment.

“Anna did a wonderful job! My kitty is shy and Anna was even able to pet her once in a while-which is huge for my kitty! Anna was also able to house sit for us, so Kitty wasn’t home alone at night while we gone. Great experience for us. I will be hiring her again.”

About: I have walked dogs in my neighborhood and have house sat for people with pets. I have also watched dogs for friends and family when they are out of town. I currently don’t work a steady job - I do pick up babysitting gigs or photography gigs and when I do that my husband is home to let out the doggies and snuggle them. I have a large back yard but it is not fenced and I live in a good area for walks! There are other dogs in the neighborhood.

“There is not enough space here to write all the great things about Sasha! She was a great communicator, and kept me updated throughout the whole visit! This was my first time using rover and she far exceeded my expectations. My dog wasn’t always the best at sleeping for Sasha, but Sasha did everything to make the visit comfortable”

About: My first priority is understanding each pet as an individual. This allows me to have a genuine relationship with them and build myself around their needs. Safety, comfortability, and happiness are what I strive to perfect for your pet. I am available every week Monday thru Thursday from 7am until 3pm with possible Fridays and weekends if necessary. I have a PM job which allows me to be available during the day. Pets are genuine and intelligent animals who need just that in reciprocation. Wether it’s for a walk, to go potty, or playing around with toys, I like to be myself and show them that I care. It makes a huge difference when they feel as if you’re on the page as them, and can be important in avoiding negative behaviors and outcomes.

“For Travis, pets are family. He has a lifetime of experience of caring for animals. That’s why we always had a complete peace of mind whenever he would take care of our beagle.
