“Faith took excellent care of our dog. After 5 days away, we could tell when we walk in our door how well it went; Copper was happy and content, not stressed, anxious + lonely. Faith sent photos + videos making it clear that she was playing with Copper + giving her lots of attention. She is training to be a Vet Tech and that was a big plus for us when trying to pick which dog sitter. She knows how to handle rescue dogs (ours was a stray from Georgia). We are in our 70's and she is young and full of energy...she could really keep up with our 6 yr old pooch! We couldn't have found anyone better than Faith and we will not hesitate to call on her again to take care of our baby!”

“I have used Rover for years, and Erin has been by far the best dog sitter I have had the pleasure to work with. She house sat my 14-year-old Yorkie, Molly, for a week. Molly, in addition to being an elderly little one that requires daily oral meds, suffers from separation anxiety. She’s an extremely picky eater that tends to mope around and not eat when I have to go out of town and can’t take her with me. Erin kept my little girl company and was as sweet and kind to her as if she had known Molly for ages! She medicated Molly as instructed, took her for her little old lady slow walks around the yard, and sent me lots of updates and pictures. Erin was not only amazing with my Molly, but she was also very respectful of my house and even offered to wait for me to be home before leaving in case there were any issues with my flights. She genuinely cared for my fur baby, and that meant the world to me.”

“Alex was fantastic! She was reliable, kind, and took great care of my two dogs. She arrived on time for the reservation, kept me updated throughout, and was always responsive. I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in such good hands. Highly recommend Alex for anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog sitter!”

“Morgan was absolutely incredible—so attentive, and my dogs adored her! She went above and beyond, allowing me to fully enjoy my sister’s wedding without a single worry about my fur babies. Her thoughtful photo updates and messages were incredibly comforting. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Jessica really helped me out of a bind. She offered to com to my home to meet Zoey at 9 pm the night before a trip when another sitter flaked out on me. She stayed at my home and everything was in place when I arrived home. Would definitely use her again!”

About: I have worked as an animal sitter since graduating from college in 2010. We lost our two adopted dogs this year at the ripe old ages of 17 and 14 and have not brought any new indoor pets into our home. I have volunteered with animals and worked in a veterinary setting with large animals (horses mostly!) I graduated with a degree in animal sciences. I am well equipped for special needs dogs with a large dog stroller and wheelchair! I work outside of the home 4 days a week and am home Friday through Sunday to spend as much time with your pet as they need! I love to run, so if you have a high-energy dog, then reach out to me! We can wear each other out. Our home is dog friendly with a large fenced in yard with indoor access for dogs that prefer to make their own indoor/outdoor schedule. We love to have pups and cats snuggle on the couch with us or play in our large yard. We have farm animals, lots of new smells and places to explore!

“Sam was wonderful! She took great care of our 115 lb Leonberger and of our house while she stayed here. She was great at communicating with us and sending pictures along the way.”

“Amazing with my furbabies. He had quite the job with our fur family. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. And one of our dogs is still a rambunctious, frazzled lab pup. Got daily updates on everyone. They were happy and well maintained during our trip. My husband was able to relax and not worry bout our animals for once.”

“As usual, Dawn was fantastic with our JoJo. He was still mourning the loss of his "sister" Kali and our vacation only weeks after her passing could have been devastating. But the pictures and videos showed just how much he loves Dawn's company and how caring she is.”

About: I will not be accepting new boarding clients starting in August (likely for the remainder of the year) due to one of my dogs getting knee surgery. However, if your request is further out in the year, please don’t hesitate to reach out as I am reviewing on a case by case basis. I started out fostering dogs of all ages and medical issues for a few years before adopting our own 2 dogs. I’m comfortable with any sized dog. We have a large fenced in back yard. One of our dogs is older, so I am familiar with senior dog care. I am comfortable giving any sorts of medications needed for any age. We did go through dog training with our 2 dogs when they were younger, so can continue working on basic dog training skills with your dog if that is something you are working on. I also have experience with dogs with tick-borne diseases as one of ours has had a couple bouts of it. We walk our dogs on a 1.5 mile walk almost every day and give them lots of time in the fenced in backyard! We can adapt to whatever your typical dog walking/outside time schedule is. We like to spend a lot of time outside and on trails, so if your dog is one who likes trail walks, we are the right fit for you! I stay home with our 2 year old and my husband works from home so someone is pretty much always home. We have a large fenced in backyard. We have 3 levels and keep your dog(s) and our dogs separated as needed. We do have a toddler who loves dogs but also respects their boundaries. If I’m at your house I will follow whatever routine you do for your dogs!

“Excellent communication before and during her stay. We recently moved to the area and didn't realize how much information our past sitter "just knew" Amanda asked questions to get answers to instructions I didn't think to give. Her attention to detail is the foundation that the exceptional care she provided our crew on. Couldn't be happier with her service and care.”

“Chyna was great! I must admit leaving Howie with someone new made me a bit nervous but she was wonderful! I appreciated the daily pictures showing how content he was with her, sitting in her lap of sharing the bed, so I knew that he was in good hands. I also appreciated that we came home to a clean litter box and a content cat 🐈 I would not hesitate to give her an excellent recommendation and definitely plan to book her again this spring!”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dana and her pet care services! She has a truly amazing way with animals. They are naturally drawn to her calm, loving energy. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or anything in between, they seem to instantly trust her, and it’s easy to see why. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the basics of pet care, from feeding and exercise to behavior and safety and she always goes the extra mile to make sure every animal’s individual needs are met. I always feel completely at ease knowing my pets are in her hands. Not only is she great with animals, but she’s also one of the kindest and most friendly people you’ll ever meet.
