I also foster rescues and know how to handle all kinds of pet situations, needs, and personalities. Our happy family of 5 includes my husband (not a co-sitter), our two dogs and a kitten. Our home has two floors and a big fenced backyard where your pet can roam freely, play, and explore. When your pet stays with me they'll be a part of the family. I can look after all dogs under 90 lbs that are house trained and get along decently with other dogs. Cats get their own dedicated room during stay unless requested to be allowed to freeroam with our pups. For dogs, we have a large and securely fenced yard accessible 24/7 through a convenient doggy door. The yard offers ample space to run, a variety of toys, and a soft sand pit for digging and rolling. Automatic water dispensers ensure your dog always has access to fresh water, and feeding schedules can be arranged to suit their needs. All boarded dogs are welcome to free-roam the house, as our dogs get along well with others and it's always great to have everyone playing, socialising and exploring together! Being away from home can be stressing for some pups though, so I recommend providing a crate for them to have a safe space to retreat to. If your dog is not crate trained, I can also provide a fenced off area indoors. This is rarely needed though. Our house offers a warm, welcoming and laid-back environment, which should make your fuzzy friend feel right at home! Our spare bedroom is a dedicated area for cats, offering a peaceful, separate environment from the dogs. The room has queen-size bed for naps, plenty of cozy hideaways, and tall cat tree for climbing and scratching.

I’ve had the joy of raising and caring for my family’s 12-year-old Boston Terrier since she was a puppy. Over the years, I’ve guided her through every stage of life—from potty training to behavioral shaping and teaching fun tricks. She’s now a sweet senior, and I’ve become well-versed in the extra love and patience older dogs need to stay comfortable, happy, and active. I’m also the owner of an energetic 8-month-old Blue Heeler, so I understand the importance of keeping dogs mentally stimulated, exercised, and engaged. My blue heeler, Kota, has gone through heat so I do have experience with caring for puppies in this stage and would ensure that there are no unneutered males there at the same time.
