“Hannah was AMAZING! She treated my dogs as if they were her own, even my small chihuahua mix who is scared of everyone and pretends to be a pit Bull. By the end of the second 30 minute visit they were on the same side of the doggy gate spending time together. She took tons of pictures which made us so happy to look at while we were gone. She even included pictures of the dogs food to show they ate and how much! (Our dogs only eat a little when we are gone, so refreshing to see they felt comfortable enough to eat with her). I recommend her a million percent she was extremely professional, easy to deal with, and again loved our dogs as if they were her own!”

About: I grew up with big dogs and currently have an 11-year-old black lab mix. I know how to get a puppy to go outside, and I know how to stimulate a senior dog that can't go on long walks. I would love to meet your dog and make them as comfortable as they can be! Your dog will be spending a great deal of time with me and Brisco, as we're both home during the workday! We like to go on long walks in the middle of the day and hang out outside enjoying the sunshine. We have a great deal of space for the dog to walk around inside, and a fenced in backyard for them to explore. We also have access to a creek in the 14 acre Christmas tree farm behind our home, where they can go on long walks on a leash with us and Brisco!

“Dawn recently watched my cat Gus over the holiday. Knowing my cat had some separation anxiety, she kindly came over for a meet and greet before I left town to make sure he was comfortable with her. She was very patient with him while he got to know her. She was always responsive to my messages and took good care of my cat. I’d definitely reach out to her again next time I’m going out of town!”

“Alex was awesome to work with! He came the day before for a meet and greet, followed instructions, took great care of our puppy and communicated very well before/during/after visits. 10/10 recommend him for all your pet care needs!”

“Kristen is a great dog person! She is reasonable, and I loved that she was willing to meet my dogs before showing up the first time. My dogs loved her and ran up to her immediately to play and get pet. She gave detailed descriptions of her drop-ins, with pictures of my dogs playing in our yard. She was accomodating to our specific requests and her understanding of the uniqueness of dogs was assuring. I will definitely be asking Kristen back soon!”

“Supplement to, and affirmation of, my earlier review that Colleen O. is an exceptionally capable sitter/visitor for dogs and cats. You won't find a more conscientious and capable person on Rover. Highly recommended.”

“Landry and her husband did a great job taking care of our cat. They did a good job with the basics (food, water, etc) and gave him his medication. I got pictures from each visit when they were playing with him.”

“Rob was great with our dog! We had to leave our anxious buddy for a very long day, and when we got back he was really happy and seemed rested-normally he would be quite stressed if we left him for just 1/3 of that time! We hope to be able to rebook with Rob again in the future!”

“Briana, and her little boy, always exceed expectations. My animals will be asking me to go back on the road just so they can see her again. Rover hasn’t recognized livestock yet, but Briana does!”

“I'm so happy to leave Lauren her first review! She was scheduled to watch our two kitties for a week (2 drop-in per day) while we were on the other side of the country, and her updates really put my mind at ease. She was consistent with her drop-in times, and always made sure to tell me what the cats were up to. She took the extra time to hunt for the sky kitty just to confirm that the kitty was well and good. Instructions were followed, and the kitties were safe and sound when we returned. I would absolutely hire Lauren again!”

15. Monique J.
“Monique is WONDERFUL! I actually met her at her job, Petland. I was shopping for a new collar and some toys for my boxer mix and I was going on about how I was trying to find someone to watch him for the weekend while I went away on business, and she mentioned that she actually did dog sitting and would love to do it. The next day I met with her and my little Billy got to see her house and meet her dogs, everyone immediately hit it off amd it was set! She sent me LOADS of pictures and videos of Billy having fun with her and her dogs, even ahowing me that she took him to the pool. It really helped reassure me, especially since this is the first time spending the weekend away from him. She really is the greatest and her love for dogs is evident.”

“Jane babysat my cats for two weeks while I was on vacation and she was amazing! This was the longest I had ever been gone, and with my permission she even brought her daughter to a few visits so they could both play with my cats to keep them company 🥹 (which I’m sure they loved!). 💕 It’s hard finding a sitter in the Dryden area, and I am so glad I was able to fine Jane. :) She’s reliable, a great communicator, and definitely an animal-lover. 😸”
