About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind and size since I was around 12 years old! Friends and family have relied on and trusted me to walk, feed and play with their pets! I am home full time so I’ll always be ready and available for any and all of your pets needs! Plenty of walks and lots of play and attention I have a fenced in yard and a sweet dog of my own who is super playful and loves to make new friends! He will keep your fur babies company :)

About: I will never miss a chance to take a dog on a walk to doing a simple task like pets on the head. Usually you'll find me playing with the cat or dog when I'm by myself with the animal because they keep me company. I have several years of experience with hyper dogs or dogs who are more active so I know I can keep up with those breeds like golden retrievers or huskies. If that doesnt work a more quiet and less hyper active breed of cat or dog is fine with me. I can kind of doing everything when taking care of animals. I've had animals of all ages and most recently on the older side. I have a full time job so my schedule is pretty much set, sometimes it can vary week to week. Outside of work I dont have much going on so my free time can go towards being a sitter. Always keeping an eye on them is key and depending on the breed can require more attention. I also have some knowledge in animal cpr.
About: I've been caring for dogs, cats and all types of farm animals for over a decade now. I really enjoy helping animals feel safe in whatever way I can and providing a sense of comfortability. From sweet cuddle bugs to reserved loners to senior geezers, all are welcome in my book. Whatever type of tail I'll love them regardless. I have little gremlins of my own, but that doesn't mean I'll prioritize yours any less. I can work in these timeliness almost always. If it's more than two weeks in advanced I can likely adjust my schedule. I am always respectful of boundaries both that you have and that your pet has. I like to spend extra time on walks or sitting with my clients fur babies to make sure they are comfortable and having a fun time with me. If they seem unsure I dont push them, I give them a little space. For eating I always assure if there's more than one animal they eat apart from each other to ensure no one gets too possessive over their food. Safe, comfortable, and fun are all important when thinking of your pet.
About: I currently work as a bather at a grooming salon where I regularly work with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Additionally, I have worked as a vet assistant at a veterinary hospital in Fredericksburg ,at dog daycares, and at boarding facilities in the past, as well as have personally owned and cared for dogs and cats my entire life! Rebekah is GOLDEN! She goes above & beyond in her loving care for my cats! She noticed a small wound on my Ruby Mae’s bushy tail that seemed to be bothering her. She promptly notified me & took her to the vet. Beforehand she cleaned the area & applied Neosporin. At the vet the assistant shaved the area & just instructed Rebekah to continue the treatment she had been doing & gave her a cone to prevent Ruby from licking the area. She informed me & Rover contacted me to make sure Ruby was ok. I was impressed with Rover’s concern. I have had Rebekah care for my cats numerous times. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
