Our dog immediately took to her and was very comfortable. Our kitten is a kitten and needed some time which is normal. Heather followed our provided instructions and was kind enough to keep us updated and available when we checked in on the pets. Heather also left a follow-up note behind stating how both pets did and kept the house as it was. We are looking forward to building a long time relationship with Heather for as long as she is available.”

“Lynn took amazing care of our baby when we went out of town for a 3-day weekend. She did a meet and greet with us, as it was our first time booking with her. As a result of an error in start time on the day we left on my part, she was willing to come out to us the night before our trip to “learn the ropes” of our home. During our trip, she sent picture of our little guy, and daily updates. She even put our laundry in the dryer and folded laundry that I had forgotten I had run. Once we returned, she continued to check in on him to make sure he was ok and happy upon our arrival. There was one night when our doggie got a little insecure and started whining and she allowed him to sleep on the bed with her so he could be closer and comforted. It was a relief to know we could get away for a trip while knowing our fur baby was safe and well cared for. Lynn is great!”
