“Jessica was supper paitient with my dog who is fearful of strangers. She took the time to build trust and a bond with him when she couldn't leash him and managed to still get his walk in. Will definitely be using this sitter again. Communication was stellar when she was struggling with my bean, and she was willing to go above and beyond with my pup”

“Dannon has been such an extraordinary help to our family. She quickly bonded with our dog who is generally mistrustful of strangers, and she’s someone he looks forward to seeing now. She’s been available on short notice; always willing to help and gives our dog the best care, making it easy to trust that he’s in good hands whenever we have to be away. Highly highly recommend!”

“Morgan is great with our Gus! He is shy around other people and we wanted him to be more comfortable around other people--so we thought a dog walker was a good idea. Morgan is gentle and patient ith him. She's only been our dog walker for a short time, but when we say "Morgan's coming today" his head snaps towards the door in anticipation of her coming. About: Animals have always been a central part of my life. Growing up in a home full of pets—including cats, dogs, fish, and birds—I developed a deep love and understanding of animals of all kinds. For over a year, I’ve worked at a boarding and grooming facility, where I started in bathing and drying, and then moved into a kennel technician role. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, administering care, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for each pet in my care. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve also provided pet sitting and dog walking services for neighbors and friends, including care for senior and disabled pets. I’m confident, attentive, and animals are naturally drawn to the calm and positive energy I bring. **What Sets Me Apart** - Over a year of hands-on professional experience in a high-volume pet care setting - Familiarity with a wide range of breeds and temperaments - Experience with special needs and senior pets - Doggy seat belts in my car for safe and secure transportation - Strong attention to cleanliness, health, and emotional wellbeing Your pet's comfort and happiness are my top priorities. I’m here to provide the same level of care and love they receive at home because they deserve nothing less. As a dedicated student, I’ve found that pet care is the perfect way to balance my schedule. Outside of my class times, I have open availability to focus fully on your pets—giving them the time, attention, and care they deserve. Whether it’s a midday walk or overnight care, I’m here to help make your life easier and your pets’ days brighter. While I’m unable to host pets in my home due to limited space, I’m happy to care for them in the comfort of yours. I’ll ensure your pets are well-fed, have fresh water, and maintain clean litter boxes or enclosures. For dogs, I offer walks, playtime, and park visits—plenty of fun and exercise! If your pup is friendly, they can even enjoy supervised play with my own dog for extra socialization. I’m also experienced with giving medications and have a strong understanding of animal body language, which allows me to recognize stress signals and respond appropriately. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities, and I treat every home and animal with the same care and respect I give my own.

“I highly recommend Rachael M. She is polite, professional, and my dogs love here. You will not regret booking her for services. Thank you Rachael M. For the great care.”

About: My affinity for dogs runs deep, rooted in a lifetime of experiences that began in foster care and blossomed when I was adopted into a loving family with two precious furry friends, Molly and Tyler. I cherished every moment spent with them – from watering and feeding to playful escapades in the great outdoors. As I navigated various social settings, whether at friends' homes or on the job, dogs would inevitably gravitate toward me, and I'd toward them. It was as if we shared a special connection, one that transcended words and spoke directly to the heart. Today, I live with two stunning Blue Heelers, Honey Sage and Smokey. These canine companions bring boundless joy to my world, and I'm constantly amazed by their ability to communicate with their hearts. As an empath, I find it especially rewarding to work with animals, tapping into their emotional landscapes and forging deep, meaningful bonds. I'm available to provide pet care services every day of the week, including boarding and daycare. I also offer pick-up and drop-off services and am happy to drive to accommodate your needs. Let me know if you're interested in learning more about my services. My Fenced-in backyard is a great space for dogs to play. I offer kennels/crates for dogs as needed, to ensure their comfort and separation when necessary. My two friendly Blue Heelers enjoy socializing with other dogs. I'll provide regular breaks every two hours and monitor behavior to keep everyone safe and happy.

About: With a background in veterinary support, I’m eager to take care of your pets like they’re my own. I’ve worked with pets from boarding settings to animal shelters. If you’re looking for a pet sitter or dog walker you can trust with your furry friend, you’re in the right place! I’ll soon be in online school and then will be in a part time school schedule allowing me to fit bookings around these different priorities. By being mindful of your pets cues, signals, and behavior, I will assure that your pets needs are always met, comfortably and safely for everyone.

About: I've grown up with cats my whole life. I currently have a 13 year old tabby named Charlie. I have watched several cats, dogs, and even chicken over the last two decades. I am very passionate about animal advocacy. I previously worked at NOAH Animal Shelter and Brigadoon Service Dogs. I miss working with animals every day. I currently work full time but will be cutting back my day job hours starting mid September. This will allow me to be more available for my pet clients. My husband and I are renting so unfortunately we can't host pets at our home. I'm more than happy to check in on your animals and/or house sit at your residence.

About: Hi, I'm Zora and I'm a graduating senior at Mount Vernon High School. I am a dedicated student, leadership volunteer, and teacher aide at a preschool. I have a cat and a small dog and I love taking care of pets! I can stay at your house or just drop by when needed, and I can walk smaller dogs or calmer large dogs - I'm just not strong enough to handle super big dogs. I am very calm and gentle and I volunteered at the NOAH animal shelter for years with both dogs and cats. I love animals and my goal is to make them feel comfortable and safe when they are in my care. I am currently in full time school so my schedule will open up June 14th, and then I’ll have lots of availability to fit your needs. I do not offer boarding, but I have a dog friendly car so I can take them for a hike or a visit to the park if you are comfortable. I will spend as much time as I can with your pets to ensure they feel loved, comfortable, and happy when they are in my care. I am gentle and patient and will not force affection on animals who aren’t enthusiastic about it.

About: Hello, my name is Kaitlyn! I am a responsible and dependable person. I am very passionate about animal care and will take great care of your pets. I have two pets of my own, a golden retriever and shorthair cat. I am able to administer medications. I have experience socializing dogs and cats through work at the humane society. I enjoy taking dogs for walks and can even take your pets to appointments (vet, grooming, etc.) if needed. Responsibility, dependability, empathy, and communication are qualities that are very important to animal care and I will provide those for you and your pets. I work full time which is why I like to fit pet care into my weekend routine most often but I can figure out fitting it into the week if you need it. Safety and trust is most important. I will always follow what you feel is best for your pet. I always ask questions if I have any and make sure you feel comfortable with me taking care of your pet.

About: Hey there! Thank you for checking out my profile. My name is Riley. I am happy to have the opportunity to take care of your pets. Growing up, there has always been at least one cat and dog in my home. And over the course of my life, I have owned seven dogs and six cats. I take personal pride in developing strong bonds with animals quickly. Making new friendships with animals and being able to support my community in meeting their animal care needs is something I love to be able to do. I started taking care of pets when I was around five years old. My responsibilities were feeding and watering, brushing, pottying, and playing. Since then, I've developed a passion for taking care of animals, and I hope to one day become a vet tech. If you have any questions or would like to get to know me better, please feel free to send me a message. As of Spring 2025, I have a very light school schedule: just one in-person class on Tuesdays (8:00–9:20 AM) and two in-person classes on Thursdays (10:00 AM–2:30 PM). I will be taking Summer 2025 off from school, so my availability will be even more open then. Outside of school, my schedule is flexible and very open. I do make time for things like self-care, errands, creative hobbies, or short personal outings, but when I am with your pets, they are my top priority. I intentionally structure my days around providing pets with a calm, attentive, and nurturing environment, which comes with walks, playtime, snuggles, or simply just peaceful companionship. When I am with animals, I love incorporating brushing, exercise and playtime, and enrichment into our routine. Snuggles are always a welcome bonus if your pet enjoys them! I provide regular potty breaks every few hours (or sooner if needed), always ensure water dishes are full, and stick closely to your pet's usual schedule and routines. I follow all care instructions carefully, whether it's feeding times, medication needs, specific walking routes, or household rules. It's really important for pets to feel safe and secure, especially when their people are away, so I am very attentive with pets' body language and behavior in order to identify their needs and wants, and to help them be more comfortable when I can. Because pets can feel vulnerable when their people are away, I pay close attention to body language and behavior so I can better understand their needs and help them feel safe and secure. I’m more than happy to accommodate special care requirements. Let me know your pet’s needs when you reach out, and I’ll confirm whether I can meet them. My goal is to make the experience as smooth and positive as possible—for both your pets and for you. Please don’t hesitate to message me with any questions or concerns!

“I'd like to write about my experience, and more importantly Odin's experience with Jeanie. I was always skeptical about letting other people take care of my pet. I decided to give someone a chance. I hired Jeanie to take care of Odin when I was unable to. She was incredibly polite when we first met and Odin instantly took to her. While he was friendly, she was something special. I only wish I could share the pictures I have of them together on here. She treated Odin just like family, and you could tell he felt the same about her. She kept me updated with pictures of him playing, when I couldn't be there. Everything from him playing in a little pool she set up, to relaxing and watching some of Odin's favorite TV shows. In my opinion there is no one that I could have trusted more to treat him exactly how I would have. She is the perfect choice for anyone looking for someone to take care of their furry extended family.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Maria! She was attentive and truly cared for our cats as if they were her own. From regular updates to thoughtful attention to our pet's routines and quirks, Maria went above and beyond. We returned home to happy pets and a clean space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for dependable, compassionate care!”

Roxanne R.
“I cannot recommend Roxanne enough. She is loving, kind, patient, compassionate, caring, and also a dog whisperer. She stayed with my senior Papillon in my home many times over the past two years before he passed away at age 15 in July 2018. She stayed here for 10 days last year, six weeks after he had hip surgery (when he needed medications, passive motion exercises done on his hip, and to be driven to physical therapy appointments) as well as a few months ago when he was suffering from late-stage dementia. I don't know how I would have survived my dog's final year without her. If you are worried about leaving your special needs or senior animals with someone, I totally understand. I barely left my house for the past year, except when I had to go out of town. Roxanne made it possible for me to do so and to feel like my dog was in the best hands possible other than mine. I am forever grateful to her.”

She takes him on walks and keeps him entertain while I’m away at work or on vacation. Definitely recommend!!”

“Kate has a lifelong love for animals and extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. She has provided care for the pets of family and friends over the years, and grew up with a dog in the household. Currently, she helps care for a Great Dane, giving her experience with large breeds. Kate is warm, attentive, and has a natural ability to understand animal behavior. She’s dependable, follows instructions precisely, and ensures pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in her presence.”
