“Svetlana was great with our 3 pugs. She sent pics and video while we were out, which really put us at ease since this was our first time working with her. She stayed at our home to watch our babies and she left the house just as it was when she arrived. During the meet and greet, all 3 dogs went straight to Svetlana without hesitation. One of our pugs is more skittish around strangers, so this was a great sign to start. They all seemed to love her right away, and still seemed to when we returned from our vacation. She even brought in and secured some packages that we forgot were arriving during our vacation. We'll definitely be working with Svetlana again in the near future.”
