“Sara is the best. I really like that she took the time and care came to meet us before her time with my dog. She was very attentive and informative about what was going on during her visits with my girl. She is extremely kind and it is quick to see that she does this for the love of the job. My huskey absolutely fell in love with her and we will be working with Sara again in the future. 😊”

About: I’ve had multiple dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. Currently the proud pup father to 4 sweet babies of all ages. I’m currently enrolled in professional dog training courses. Whether it’s a new puppy you’re adding to the family or your senior companion, their time spent with me will be rewarding for both you and the pup! I currently have plenty of time and can fit just about any situation into my schedule! I’m looking to be involved with dogs as a full time career! I have extra crates at home if you would like your pup to be crated. If not, your dog will roam inside my home along side my fur babies to keep them company! We are in the process now of fencing 3 acres to give the pups more space than they know what to do with!

“Allie is wonderful what a blessing for my girl Lucy and for me.❤️🙏❤️🙏”

“Little extra training and confidence helped me know he is in good hands.”

About: Hello! I'm an animal lover who has experience with many types of dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, fish and more! I focus mostly with "In Your Home" care for senior, high anxiety, and special needs pets, but I am happy to watch all furbabies! I love this "job" because I get to work with your furry family members when you need it most. I promise to care for them as my own, while respecting your household boundaries and limits. If this is your first time having a stranger care for someone in your home, I know that can be stressful and I'll do whatever I can to help put you, and your pet(s) at ease; photos, videos, regular updates, & more photos! Although I may not look like I have much experience here on Rover, I have 25+ years experience working with animal shelters, rescue groups and pets of my own. I'm used to the weird, special and quirky ones. If you have several types of pets in your home that need care; I'm your perfect care giver. My own pet family includes a rambunctious, young pup, a sassy cat, a princess cat, and two bearded dragons. I am comfortable with all the things that come with each of these pets; poo duty, litter scooping, feeding insects, etc. Message me with any questions! I hope to hear from you soon! I am available for drop in care or dog walks daily Mon-Fri. If you need in-home care over the weekends, that can be discussed. Most care can be worked out with enough advanced notice. All care is provided in your home. I believe pets function best in their own environment. If you are traveling for a long period of time and need me to stay at your home, we can set up a meet & greet to see if that works for both of us before committing to anything.

About: Hey there! I’m Haley. If you’re anything like me, your pets are family. 🩷🩷 I’m confident with pets of all ages, sizes, temperaments, and medical needs. Whether your pet needs medications at specific times, your cat is skittish around new people, or your senior pup needs a little extra TLC — I’ve got it handled with patience, experience, and a whole lot of heart. I genuinely pay attention to the little things — their habits, moods, body language, what makes them feel at ease — and I always aim to make their time with me feel like a safe, happy extension of home. I’m especially tuned in to pets with anxiety or special needs. I know how hard it can be to leave your fur baby behind, and I do everything I can to make that process feel smooth and comforting for both of you. Expect open communication, photo updates, and lots of love given in your absence. I’m not just a sitter — I’m a calm presence, a routine-keeper, a play buddy, and most importantly, someone who genuinely loves animals. I treat every pet like they’re my own. If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, I’d love to meet you (and your four-legged bestie)!🩷 Pet care is part of my everyday life—I build my schedule around your pet’s needs. In your home, I keep their space clean, secure, and familiar. I follow all your routines and instructions closely—whether it’s crate time, diet, or meds. In my home, I maintain a quiet space with plenty of supervision. I communicate with pet parents frequently, with photos and updates for peace of mind.

“She was very quick to respond and did a great job with my pup. I also appreciated all of the photos she took.”

About: Hi! I’m Devon. I have 5 kids ranging from ages 15-23. We have three outdoor male cats (sometimes they come inside if it’s cold or too rainy) and six inside/outside rescue dogs. My family I and volunteer at our local shelter. I have experience with many ages and breeds of dogs, including administering medication. I have had dogs and cats my entire life and love the personality and wholeness they bring to a family. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I’m a teacher, so my summers are extremely flexible and am available before school in the early mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends during the school year. I have a fenced in yard and crates. When doing drop in service, I follow your protocol on what you need for your animals as far as feeding and exercise.

About: Hello friends of fur! My name is Sydnee B. I am an elementary science teacher. I currently live with my husband, my rescue cat, and my leopard gecko. I have had pets all my life (mostly dogs). I have lots of experience caring for and loving on most animals! Since I am a teacher, I hope to mostly work on school breaks and holidays. Otherwise the only time I have available is after school. I know how important it is to give pets love and care while owners are away. I feel the guilt when I have to leave my cat for longer periods of time. I can take care of all the needs of your pet and show them some affection!

About: I have been working with all kinds of animals since I was a young child. I have even worked at as a veterinary assistant and a zookeeper. I have been pet sitting for over 20 years and due to my specialized experience, I can take care of almost any special needs or medication requirements. In addition, I have special experience in animal behavior and training to notice when something may be wrong. Most of all, I love dogs, cats, snakes, rodents, and all kinds of exotics. I have also fostered animals to make sure they don't end up in shelters. Animals tend to notice me from across the room and I'm sitting on the floor with them before long, enjoying face licks or purrs. This is the kind of TLC that will be shared with any animal I have to chance to spend time with while you're away. My schedule is very flexible. I tutor, pet sit and volunteer at a local theater. So, it is easy to fit our schedules together in a way that works for everyone. In addition, my husband sometimes helps me out to make sure we can get the hours you need. He only comes if he is able to come to the meet and greet and be approved by you. He is incredible with animals as well. There is no extra charge, just 2 incredible animal lovers for the price of one. At home, I have 3 indoor cats and a corn snake. All our animals were either from a foster home or strays. We've also taken in animals with special needs as fosters or permanent in our home. They call us when an animal needs extra care. Our 12 yo female found us as a stray and we think she was the runt of the litter. She's a total diva princess The snake is what we call a foster fail because we ended up adopting her because of her her special needs. She came to us after having been injured by cats breaking into her cage at the home before us. We gave her special baths, pain medication and anti-biotic shots and nursed her back to health over months. By the time she was healed, she was ours. She is now the longest corn snake we've ever seen at over 5 feet. We show a lot of love to our cats and they want to be around us as often as possible. They always have access to food and clean water, and their litter is cleaned daily. When we have foster rats. They get a yummy salad and/or leftovers daily, and any leftovers are removed from her cage shortly. Our most recent geriatric rat (They only live 3-5 years and we get them towards the end of life because no one else wants them) had extra time daily because she was neglected for the first 2 1/2 years of her life and this gentle love and training turned her into a sweet rat, enjoying the last few months she had to the fullest. When pet sitting, I spend extra time taking care of all animals needs and giving them the love they deserve. I also send at least one picture a day so you can feel connected to your babies while you're away. I also have no issue bringing in mail, taking out trash or other daily things that may need to get done. I like to leave your furry children and your home better than I found it. We have had dogs, but not currently due to the size of our home and wanting to have more flexibility in our schedule for pet sitting, etc.
