About: Pets are family, right? So why not rely on someone that considers them family. I have had the pleasure of taking care of friends and families pets for years and want to extend a hand to others. I work full time Monday through Thursday and am usually off Friday through Sunday. I am flexible with my work schedule to make things work usually. As I currently have four cats at home I am only available for drop-ins and walks. I am able to adhere to your guidelines when taking care of your pet(s).
2. Brittany P.
About: I have had and cared for cats since I was just 6 years old. My late cat Rachel was with us for nearly 16 years. I currently have a 4 year old domestic long hair/ possible maine coon (with special medication needs, so I have some experience there) and a 3 year old Angora cat. I've always had a special connection with even the shyest of cats and I'm sure I'll be the best of friends with yours too! I have open availability to meet your family's sitting needs. Additionally, I am very flexible and keep an active and updated calendar here on Rover. I am comfortable with all temperaments of cats and am more than willing to learn your specific home routine for your kitties. Just let me know!
3. Sabine B.
“Sabine gave me updates. Was on time. I met with her beforehand and knew she would take good care of him. I will keep her info for future use. This was my first time. I really glad she accepted to do the job. Thanks Sabine. You really saved my day and took great care of our baby.”
4. Nyasia A.
“Nyasia did an amazing job with our two dogs. She and her partner watched them over Christmas break for a little over a week, so we could fly back home and see family. She kept in communication with me and provided daily updates and pictures while we were gone. My male dog doesn’t get attached to people very quickly, so I was shocked to see pictures of him snuggling her on day 1. My neighbors told me that they saw them taking out dogs out and walking them frequently and that they were very attentive to them. She and her partner stayed at our place while we were gone and when we came back everything was clean and tidy and well cared for. I would definitely have Nyasia back to watch our dogs again when we go on vacations in the future. She’s trustworthy, reliable, and kind.”
5. Jaidynn V.
“Jaidynn recently graduated from University of Kentucky with a 3.9 GPA in a very tech savvy field! Jaidynn is not only smart but she is also a punctual, reliable, trustworthy and an honest person. You can see her personality comes through especially when she is around pets. Playing with them, talking to them like they are people, making sure their needs are met (grooming, potty time, feeding them), taking lots of pictures so that she can enjoy their cuteness are just a few examples of how Jaidynn shows compassion toward pets. I truly believe that Jaidynn would make a great, loving pet caregiver!”
6. Allie B.
“Allie is wonderful what a blessing for my girl Lucy and for me.❤️🙏❤️🙏”
7. Angela S.
“Angela has tons of hands on practical experience with animals. Very consciences and observant in her care of your home and your pets. I trust her with my pets and happily recommend her. You will be able to vacation with a peaceful mind knowing she is your pet sitter.”
8. Annetta H.
“Annetta has been an amazing God send. We live out in the country with horses, chickens, cats, and dogs. I never have to worry about my animals not being checked on and running out of water or feed. She brings my mail in and frequently leave my place in better shape than it was when she got there. She has cleaned, organized, and even fixed things she saw were broken. My animals are NEVER in a stressed state when I get home. She has proven herself over and over again to be a good and kind care taker of my property and all my critters. I truster her completely and am beyond thrilled to have her caring for my place and critters while I am out of town.”
9. Hannah F.
“Hannah is an excellent dog sitter as well as an amazing dog mom to her two golden doodles. She is extremely caring, patient, and trustworthy and will do the best job to make sure your pups are happy and taken care of. She will go above and beyond!”
10. Haley F.
“Haley is a very reliable, smart, dependable, caring, mature young lady. She has a work ethic that is unmatched. Her love for animals extends beyond just dogs, she has a love for all furry friends. She is very responsible. I have witnessed first hand how well she tends to her own animals and she has on many occasions cared for mine as well, not just dogs but cats, pigs, chickens and horses. I highly recommend her to be your sitter. She will not disappoint.”
11. Candice M.
“I cannot recommend Candice enough! Her loving and sweet nature was a perfect match for our lively puppy Stormy. It was evident that she genuinely cared for our fur baby, and with her natural affinity with animals, she put our minds at ease. Our puppy was not just looked after but showered with affection. If you're seeking a pet sitter who treats your pets like family, Candice is the one!”
12. Maggie S.
About: I've had pets all of my life, having pets is a blessing. I have 4 cats, Astra, Echo, Nyx, and Stormi. They're my babies! So a little about me, my name is Maggie, I'm 21 years old and I love animals. One day I hope to start a few businesses including a Catfé (cat cafe), a pet store and an animal sanctuary. I also want to start an etsy shop selling homemade items and 5% of my earnings will go to animal charities. A couple of my hobbies are crocheting, learning different languages such as Japanese and sign language, guitar, sewing and video games. I volunteer at an animal rescue in Bardstown called Barktown. I look forward to meeting you and your furbabies! I currently am unemployed and not a student, so caring for your furbabies fits perfectly into my schedule. I do occasionally DoorDash for some extra cash. Your furbabies will have someone to give them love and attention. Depending on the weather depends on how much they'll be outside, and play time is a given. I also know how to give your pets mental simulation, lick mats are amazing for both cats and dogs, unraveling toys with treats is also a great option for simulation if you don't have a lick mat.
13. Nicole F.
“Nibilz so enjoyed her walk. She was so tired afterwards. Thank you Nicole.”
14. Kylemarie B.
About: I've taken care of all variety of pets since I was a child. I have also personally had a variety of pets ranging from dogs and cats, to snakes, lizards, ferrets, rabbits, rats, hedgehogs, chinchillas, (multiple) fish (salt and freshwater) and a lot of different critters in between. I am very knowledgeable in all life stages and a variety of health conditions. I love all critters large and small. I'm pretty flexible as far as availability for all of the services I provide. All services I provide are outside my home environment as I currently have senior pets residing in my residence that need special care as well as are very old and not so much the hair these days days but more the tortoise. I appreciate your understanding. Available anytime with proper notice and am very flexible as far as the service I do provide even as far as late at night for those who work the graveyard shift. Even though your work schedule may not be of the norm, your babies still need care and love while your away. Caring, loving and most of all knowledgeable on a variety of pets. I personally feel fuzzies, feathered or scaly babies all have their own personality and needs. One must just need to be able to read and understand the difference in the way all animals communicate these thoughts, ideas, and feelings. Other than doctor appointments and health care needs, I am free almost any time day and night. As I also understand fur baby parents have all sorts of schedule's they need addressed to have care for their critters. I prefer as much information that can be given on how you prefer your furries to be cared for, or how they are accustomed to be cared for. As well as I wish for an emergency phone number list including vets and and other important phone numbers I may possibly need. Though hopefully will not. Pet care is my daily routine lol. Personally all of my little zoo all come before I do. I have always been this way even when I was very young. Daily routine starts with walks and then what I like to call "foodication" for my older ones and breakfast for the others. Play time is a must, or for my snuggle bugs just a bunch of belly rubs and loves all through the day then dinner for some and "foodication" for the others and then off to bed. Rinse wash repeat lol. In my household it just has been meshed into to my everyday routine. It is not nor has it ever been "fit" into my day, it is just part of my day! I currently only care for my fur babies at my home. I do not provide any services that include boarding at my house due to the ages of some of my critters.
15. Kaitlin P.
“She provided the BEST care to our horses and dogs! She really goes above and beyond for everyone under her care. She is the only one i trust to take care of them. Highly recommend!”
16. Megan M.
“I had Megan keep our dog Rucker for 9 days during our vacation to Oklahoma. He was well fed, happy, clean and safe the entire time. Megan provided me with photos and updates daily! Theres no better feeling than to know someone is taking great care of your fur baby is safe when you can't be there. I'd recommend Megan a million times over!”
17. Alexis L.
“I've known Alexis for a long time and the one thing she is passionate about is animals. She loves dogs and her three dogs are some of the nicest and best taken care of dogs I've ever met.”

About: I have had pets my entire life. I think of animals like family. I currently have two cats and three dogs that are spoiled rotten. I love to care for animals. I am new to Rover, but I assure you I am reliable. I have always cared for family and friends pets while they are out of town. Pets are not just another job to me, it's a passion! I work full time at home all week days except for Wednesday. Wednesday I only work 6 hours in office. I am available to care for your babies almost 24/7. I have no issues staying at your home or dropping by for visits to feed and play with your pets. I currently have 3 dogs so I don't offer sitting in my own home.
