“K2 had a blast staying with Joy & Joe & Scout, their Golden Retriever. The yard was small and secure. K2 enjoyed meeting the chickens from across the fence, which was a new experience for him. He had some play time with Scout and came back super happy and tired. Joy took K2 on a walk and did some training and was a very attentive host. Highly recommended. We felt reassured K2 was in good hands.”

“I can't say enough great things about this family and the care they took of Hazel. These are truly amazing human beings. They went above and beyond in every aspect of taking care of Hazel and me.”

“Amber takes great care of the dogs in her care. She pays attention to all of their individual needs and has a very kind demeanor. She’s communicative and flexible and sends lots of pictures throughout the day. She seems to understand dogs in a way that not every person does. I would recommend her ten fold to people looking for a great dog sitter.”

About: Hello! I'm Pamela, a passionate dance instructor living in the beautiful Wood River Valley. I feel incredibly grateful to share my life with my three wonderful dogs, whom I affectionately call the “Tres Amigos”: Tate, Rudy, and Boscoe. They're over three years old, full of energy, friendly, and love to have fun, bringing so much joy to my daily life. I treat them like family, and my 5-acre ranch is a lively, welcoming space with two large, beautifully landscaped fenced yards filled with toys and love. I can host two potty-trained and friendly dogs at a time—no worries, just happy pups! Since 2017, I've gained extensive experience pet-sitting in places like California, Washington, Arizona, Wyoming, and Idaho, completing 20 five-star assignments with a company, Trusted House Sitters, as a professional sitter. Now that I spend most of my time at home, I’m excited to start a Rover business to share my love and care with even more pets in our community! I work as a dance instructor in the beautiful Wood River Valley, teaching three days a week for three hours. My husband runs a software company and works from home, and we really cherish our time at the ranch, spending our days enjoying the peace and beauty of our home. We have three lovable dogs who just adore making new friends, and they always enjoy some bones, tasty popsicles, and a variety of fun toys and playtime. We treat all dogs like family, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved during their stay.

"As soon as Kim handed me forms requesting detailed info about my vet, as well as my dogs habits, personality and preferences, I knew she was a professional!". "Woof, woof, woof!!" I’m currently working part time and my schedule varies. My dog gets on average two 45 min walks per day and play dates so yours would be included Of course, each situation is different as to specifics but basically I care for your dog like I would my own. Dogs need consistent schedules for meals, walks and play.

About: I’ve grown up with labs for as long as I can remember, and have 2 at home now. I take them on walks every day and give them love and attention throughout the rest of the day. If I am able to watch your dog, I promise that it will be very loved and get tons of attention while you are away. :) I’m currently working about four evenings per week, so I will have plenty of time to take care of any animals during the day :) I spoil my dogs and will take great care of any animal I am watching. I give them so much attention and walk them daily.

About: I love to be outdoors hiking, running, rollerblading and would love to take your fur baby on my adventures! I love all types of dogs. I have plenty of time on my hands. I like to get up and outside early in the morning. I have time all day for your best friend. I have a fenced yard that smaller dogs may be able to escape but I have plenty of green space and bike paths around me for walking.

Sydney J.
“It has been such a pleasure having Sydney care for our dog, Lila for several different vacations my husband and I have taken. Lila is pretty shy and weary around people outside her immediate family, but whenever she sees Sydney she wags her tail and goes with her no problem. That is why I have confidence in knowing that she’s in such good hands when we’re traveling. Also, she will often send me pictures of her and it is obvious that she cares for her the same she cares for her own dogs. It is a great feeling knowing that’s she’s receiving great care and attention- thank you!!”
