About: Large dominant dog experience. Drop in visits and walks during the week available at this time. New puppies to seniors and special needs that need some love. Early morning and late day drop ins and walks. I work mid shift with flexible hours. Looking to help with short potty breaks before pet parents can get home from out of town. We use crates but understand it's not necessary for all dogs at home. I need to know the client's local veterinarian in case of emergency and if the dogs know basic obedience when coming to your home.

“AlexMatthew was such a pleasure to work with! He not only cared for my animals, but noticed that someone else had been in my house while I was away. (Just my daughter :)... ❤️ I truly appreciate all he did & will not hesitate to ask for him again!”

“Ashleigh was fantastic with my shy boy, he warmed right up to her! She was so communicative and it really made me feel better about being out of town :)”

“Landry and her husband did a great job taking care of our cat. They did a good job with the basics (food, water, etc) and gave him his medication. I got pictures from each visit when they were playing with him.”

I’m very experienced with behavior, giving medicine, you name it! I’m currently working full time, 4 10hr days so my availabilities are sunday- tuesday for dog walking. Sunday-Saturday for check ins! I’m hoping with time I can expand my hours and offer more availability! My dog Arrow loves all and any animals, I can bring him with me to play your pets and keep them comfortable and happy! Working at the shelter I’m very diligent at monitoring the animals and will make sure your pet is kept safe, and if I have any concerns I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out.

About: With 3+ years of professional experience working with animals, as well as 26 years of being surrounded by hundreds of pets of my own, my goal is to create the best, most memorable time for your animal friends. I treat every animal as if it's one of my own. From dogs to cats, rodents to reptiles, ducks to goats, and from newborn to senior, sick or in good health, I have cared for and nurtured just about any domesticated animal throughout all stages of life and am here to make sure that, no matter what, each and every animal is as happy as can be, because they deserve it. Four years ago, I lost my dog, Sugar, who I had since I was nine years old. We grew up together, and she meant everything to me. I've been trying to figure out how to fill that void ever since she left, but it's been tough man. Then I came across Rover. Now, I get to spend time with everyone else's dogs, and I see Sugar in every single one of them, which makes me want to give them the time of their lives. I appreciate everyone letting me watch after their pets. Most people do this for money; I do it, genuinely, because I love animals. Not just dogs, not just cats, but everything else in between. I've worked on farms and at pet stores, volunteered at animal shelters, fostered cats and rabbits, and even bred rodents for years - not to sell, but rather, just to care for and love. So this definitely is not limited to just canine and feline friends. I will care for any kind of animal. I have experience with them all. I work as a supervisor on 3rd shift right across the street from my house at a pet food manufacturing plant, making it super easy to take great care of your pet even throughout the night. I am home all day from 8am until 10pm, so there is really not much time ever where I won't be able to give your pet the care that it needs! I have a fenced yard with lots of room for your dog to run outside freely and plenty of room inside as well for a dog or cat or any other animal to roam about and go wherever their little heart desires. I have a young indoor cat who is very friendly and playful, a senior cat who stays in hiding, as well as two pet ducks that roam the yard who love friends. They have an enclosure of their own to lock them in if you are unsure of how your pet may react to ducks.

“Julia was great! She made everything easy and did exactly what we asked during her visits. She sent us some really sweet photos of our cat Cowpoke, who’s usually shy around strangers but seemed at ease and friendly with her! It was a smooth experience overall. I’d definitely recommend her to other cat owners and would be happy to book with her again!”

“Hunter is very reliable and is always so good to our pup! She even sends us pictures of our dog during her visits so we know that he is taken care of 😊”

Robyn S.
“Robyn is not only a dog lover but is also passionate about dog care and training and even dog genetics and behavior. For over a decade, she has had large guardian type dogs and so she both enjoys and understands the different temperaments and needs of all sorts of breeds and mixes. I would have absolutely trust her to take care of any of my own dogs and know she would treat them as lovingly as her own. I personally don’t know anyone else who knows as much about “all things dog” as Robyn! Plus she has the funnest personality and is very nice and easy to talk to, responsible and mature.”

Alaska Y.
“I’ve known Alaska for several years and can tell you she is the most dedicated, dependable and loving person I’ve literally ever met. She is an expert with dogs and cats. But she loves all animals. She has handled my extremely high strung and reactive Pitt bull without any issues. She walks him regularly, sends me pictures of their adventures and he comes back happy tired out. Whatever position Alaska is applying for, you should hire her immediately. You will not regret it. Feel free to contact me with any further questions. Regards Linda Littlejohn”
