About: I’ve cared for dogs for 10 yrs and have owned a cattle dog mix for 6! I’ve fostered and pet sat dogs, cats, and kittens throughout that time. I have experience giving medication, basic training, and am detail oriented when it comes to any special instructions. My priority is following your lead when it comes to what's best for your pet's safety, nurturance, and play! Right now, my care schedule is flexible! Her home is perfect for dogs with plenty of indoor & outdoor space, hiking trails and a creek to splash in on hot summer days. Our dogs are pretty easy but very attached to us, and one of them needs daily meds. Destiny clearly made them comfortable with her immediately, and they looked incredibly happy in all of the photos she sent daily. The dogs were happy to see us when we arrived but also clearly happy, comfortable & well-loved in Destiny’s home. We’d love to leave them with Destiny again!”

About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. Weekends are for serious play! I live on a low traffic road near a state forest. Access to trails from my back door and a large (unfenced) yard to roam. When staying in someone’s home I treat it like my own with care.

About: Hi! I’m an upstate native who’s always needed to have some sort of pet growing up and that is still true and needed as an a adult today. A fur family member is just as important and i take great pride in treating each and every one of them with care & love. I have worked with tiny to extra large dogs, i have also worked with aggressive dogs. I am able to feed early morning and evenings, I can also give medication and deal with any other medical need. About: I have a small dog, an indoor piggy, and a caged bird. I have grown up with pets, and always make sure they are properly taken care of. I love all animals, and strive to provide them the best stay possible. I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to spend with the fur babies! I enjoy walking in the morning and evening, and if your pup enjoys that they can tag along! The animals will be taken care of just as my own. My dog is spoiled, and loves to snuggle. About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.

About: I have had pets most of my life. I quit my job and started a non-profit, St. Lewis Foundation, which didnt work out, so all the animals in my care became my pets. They were mostly senior and unwanted animals, which is where my heart is. I am unemployed right now, looking for remote work . So I am home all day. I have the time to let your pup out as many times as he/she wants. If they are a little dog I will be right by their side. I am up 6a - 9p. I have 3 senior cats that sleep up high most of the day, so your pup needs to be okay with cats. All pups sleep with me in my king size bed (if they want to). I have a dog bed next to me in my office or a couch in front of a large front window. I have locked screen security doors in case your pup likes to sniff the air. Central AC (I like it cool) and heating. I have many balls and treats (if allowed) and would love to throw the ball a bit. Back yard is not huge but sufficient. All my dogs have passed and I am missing a dog so much but cant commit right now. So let me love on your pup!

About: I am a veterinary technician who just loves all animals and spending time with them all day. I am trained in pet cpr. I love to take hikes, take the dogs swimming, plenty of walking, and have a very active lifestyle, so the pups will have plenty of playtime. I have owned many different breeds growing up including wolf dogs, so I have plenty of experience with all breeds. I have plenty of experience with my feline friends too so if you need someone to watch your adorable kitty I would be delighted. Let me help make your fur babies happy! About: Animals and nature have been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember. I’ve been exposed to, and well acquainted to a variety of animals, including fish, rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and even a baby squirrel rescue! I am also a volunteer dog walker at my local shelter, which is my therapy and brings me great happiness. I have two dogs of my own that I’ve raised since they were eight weeks old. They are my entire world. I am knowledgeable in basic dog training and obedience, and very observant and understanding of animal behavior. I have a very flexible and adaptable schedule and I am open to what works best for you and your pets needs. I am with my dogs all day everyday. They get all of my love and attention. I constantly monitor for potential hazards and act accordingly in order to limit any risks. Cleanliness and order is my main priority as I value a clean and tidy home. I have fresh water out all day and I feed them twice a day. My dogs get a specialized high end kibble which I supplement with fresh meat, organ, eggs, fruits, veggies, goats milk, coconut oil, bone broth, salmon oil, turmeric and a daily vitamin. I wash my dogs as needed or every two weeks. I brush their teeth, fur, and clip their nails weekly as well. I only have high quality chew bones and other toys available that don’t pose a risk as my dogs are heavy chewers.
About: I have been a dog groomer on and off for the last 12 years. I have gone to school for animal science, and have been around animals my whole life. Including farm animals. I have worked with tiny to extra large dogs, i have also worked with aggressive dogs. I am able to feed early morning and evenings, I can also give medication and deal with any other medical need. I am available to have an animal stay at my house. I live in the Campville area and work in Owego. Im currently a bus driver in Owego. I work several hours in the morning with time in between and then work several hours in the afternoon. I have a beagel/Jack Russell mix and a cat that can help keep your pet company. Her home is perfect for dogs with plenty of indoor & outdoor space, hiking trails and a creek to splash in on hot summer days. Our dogs are pretty easy but very attached to us, and one of them needs daily meds. Destiny clearly made them comfortable with her immediately, and they looked incredibly happy in all of the photos she sent daily. The dogs were happy to see us when we arrived but also clearly happy, comfortable & well-loved in Destiny’s home. We’d love to leave them with Destiny again!”
About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. Weekends are for serious play! I live on a low traffic road near a state forest. Access to trails from my back door and a large (unfenced) yard to roam. When staying in someone’s home I treat it like my own with care.
