“Rob did a wonderful job taking care of my dog and cat, and administered medicine when my dog broke out in a rash. I will definitely book him again”

“Marissa was absolutely wonderful!! We were away for the weekend and she kept us updated and sent many photos assuring us that the dogs were well taken care of and loved! We absolutely would highly recommend her!”

“Paula was a fantastic dog sitter for our three dogs. She came on time and kept them great company. She texted us throughout the day to give us photos and updates and to ask questions. What I most appreciate about Paula is the sense of safety and reliability she brings to the job: since she made sure to keep us updated about the dogs throughout the day, I never had to worry or wonder what was happening at the house. Upon returning home, we found our dogs happy and healthy. I would book Paula again in a heartbeat!”

“Ashleigh was an amazing pet sitter! I can't say enough good things about Ashleigh! She stepped in last minute to watch my cat and dog over the Thanksgiving holiday, and I’m so glad she did. From the start, she was incredibly communicative and prompt, and both of my pets took to her right away when she came for the meet-and-greet. I could tell they were in great hands immediately. I received daily updates and pictures throughout my trip, which really put me at ease. It was clear she was keeping them both happy and entertained, and I’m so grateful for that! When I returned, she had gone above and beyond—not only was everything in my home tidy, but she also left a sweet note about her time with my pets. My dog is a bit temperamental (she’s a chow mix), and this was my first time leaving her with someone who wasn’t family, so I was a little nervous. But Ashleigh handled it like a pro! She seemed to really connect with both my pets, and I could tell they had a great time with her. I was hesitant to use Rover at first since my pets mean the world to me, but after this experience, I feel so much more confident. I will absolutely be booking Ashleigh again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone. She’s a true animal lover, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. 10/10!”

About: I have owned cats for as long as I can remember. I truly believe without a pet, your home is not complete. My love for my own two cats is everything. I have two boys. An all white young cat and an almost three year old tuxedo cat. Animals are my life! My love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I’m currently working full time so my availability for dogs is limited during the week. My hours I am available M-F would be before or after 8:30am-4:30pm. Weekends are available frequently any time as long as we book ahead. I would love to work with you. Feel free to message me to make arrangements (: I have a small fenced yard but with access to safe streets if leashed walks are asked for! Unfortunately my cats are hesitant with accepting other dogs in their home but am willing to watch them in yours if overnights are necessary.

About: I am great with animals, I'm also a big fan of animals in general. Many weekends you can find me at the zoo, and I know an unnecessary amount of animal fun facts. I grew up with a cat, dog, and my own tropical fish aquarium. I have plenty experience walking dogs, both my own, and dogs belonging to members of the community in NYC. I have a pampered pet cat, and know that they shouldn't be treated the same as dogs. Cats: - Experience with many cats - Cat sit for friends and family - Happy to clean litter boxes - Will bring cat toys - Understand that cats have complex emotions Dogs: - Used to tri-daily walking schedule - Happy to pick up poop - Listed as a trusted dog walker for BAIP - Know that dogs take time to trust people Other: - Won't overfeed fish - Just tell me how to care for your pet, and I'm on it As of right now, my schedule is completely open, and I am more than happy to work around whatever schedule works best for you. Just let me know! Each animal is unique to each household, and my philosophy when it comes to animal care, is trusting that the owners know best. In other words, I follow exactly what the owners tell me to do. If you tell me that your Great Dane will only go potty if I spin around in circles 3 times, then it looks like I'm spinning. When it comes to animals trusting me, I understand that trust isn't inherent. Generally it come from the correct tone, getting on their level, and as many pats and treats as necessary.

About: I have many animals at home and love taking care of them. I have watched and taken care of many pets throughout my childhood and find a connection with eat pet to help them trust me. I’m currently looking for a new job so I will be available at any time for your needs! I can do any time during the week besides Sundays! I will follow any direction given to me to take care of pets and make sure they are happy and safe! I also will make sure to watch them and make sure they are happy and healthy!

About: I've been caring for dogs for years—from playful puppies to wise senior pups. Whether it's a high-energy walk, some slow-and-steady strolls, or just quality cuddle time, I tailor every visit to fit your dog's needs. Your pup’s happiness and safety always come first—and I treat every dog like they’re my own. This is one of my various part time jobs but I'm making more time for it now, as I enjoy the flexibility this offers me and those I work for. When I visit your home for walks or drop-ins, I make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I follow your instructions closely—whether it's feeding, giving medications, or sticking to a specific walking route. I always give plenty of love, playtime, and attention, and I keep things tidy before I go. You’ll get updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your dog is happy and in good hands while you're away!

“Vincent was amazing with my two pitties - he kept me updated throughout the day with photos and notes on how they were doing. I get a little anxious leaving them overnight, but he was great to work with and put my mind at ease. My dogs can be a little leash reactive and one of them gets a shot every other day on top of a few other medications, but he was able to handle all of that no problem. I definitely recommend him and will be booking with him in the future!”

About: I am not in a hurry to leave your pet alone. I am taking care of your animal because I love this job. So I will do the job as well as I can, because I love being given the opportunity to be around your pets. I currently dedicate nearly all of my free time to the care of pets. I love that this service exists because it fills up my spirit I’m a very conscientious person who understands the need to keep all dangerous products and liquids out of reach of any pet. My home has plenty of space and I have a runout in my backyard

About: We have a beautiful country home that we love offering to area residents looking for a warm, quiet and relaxing haven for you to have your adult dog or puppy stay while you are away. Our home is on 20 acres and includes a 3/4 acre pond, fields and woods to explore. We are even in the process of creating walking trails through the wooded areas of the property! After growing up with horses and training/showing for 50 years, and have always had a variety of dogs on the farm, I've recently transitioned to the world of dog showing. I am thoroughly enjoying this phase of life. I have created a boutique style of dog boarding, and will only be taking on a couple of dogs at a time, to provide the utmost attention to detail and one on one care of your precious family member(s). I have fostered several dogs in the past that have come from horrific conditions, so I'm comfortable with working with scared, traumatized or “difficult” dogs. I am adept at administering medications, subcutaneous or IM injections and providing whatever feeding style your dogs currently enjoy. I personally raw feed my own dog, and always welcome other raw feeders. I do insist, for your dogs safety as well as my home, that your dogs be comfortable with crating. They will only ever be in a crate if we are not in the home, however to not unduly stress your dog, they do need to be familiar with and accepting of a crate. I have several styles and sizes in my home, so crates and appropriate bedding will be provided. We do work outside of the home however we’re never gone for more than four hours at a time. I am home every weekday at lunch for play/walkies with my own dog as well as those in my care. My property is an unfenced 20 acres with plenty of enrichment areas for your dogs stay. Your dog will be leashed on the property at all times as we explore the pond, fields and abundance of wildlife that make their appearance. I am able to accommodate your current feeding schedule, and prefer to use your provided dog food so as to eliminate upset tummies, though can provide a quality kibble for an additional cost per day should it be necessary.

I do have a 7 year old husky that has gone to daycare. He's been around a lot of different dogs. If your dog needs to be crated, I can do that as well. I am available to come feed your animal in your home. I can let them out and walk them if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of several dogs over the years. One of the dogs was an older dog who needed me to stay at the house for two weeks and give up to 6 medications a day, so I have experience with elderly dogs. I have also watched 3 week old kittens for an entire week and had bottle feed them every 4-6 hours, so I have experience with young animals like that as well. In addition I have taken care of dogs who are very territorial, and am able to read their body language well to ensure a safe visit for me and the dog too. I’m currently working full time at UHS. Although while I’m at work your pet will be home, I have most weekends off and visit the pets right before and immediately after work. I make sure when I’m in a client’s home I’m not only kind to the animals, but to the house as well. I absolutely love all animals so I give them as much attention as I can because that’s what I would want for my pets. And I update the owner as many times as they ask me to so that they can feel at ease being away from their pet.

“Destiny has been just fantastic. I needed a house sitter to watch over my 10 week old puppy as I could not travel with her. After a meet & greet that went extremely well, Destiny agreed to house sit for the three consecutive days. I could not be happier. Destiny took fantastic care of my puppy, taking her outside for potty breaks as needed, day or night. The regular updates with photos, videos and messages were reassuring and calming for me. Destiny also was so respectful of the house and left it as nice as when she first got here. I could not have been happier with a house sitter for my puppy. Thank you! I know my puppy misses her!”
