About: Taken care of dogs for my entire life, adore and cherish them. Have helped all friends and family when their in need of a sitter! Currently working part time. My hours are usually nights from 4pm to late night. Once in a while I work a lunch/ afternoon shift. I am very flexible Will be there to comfort your babies, and care for them, take them on nice walks maybe car rides if they like those and even a bath if needed/wanted to feel fresh!

About: Always had pets (cats, dogs, rodents) growing up, one year of horse barn experience and dog training apprenticehood at Summit K9 in Rochester NY! My dog training consisted of... - consistent feedback from two licensed trainers - leash walking skills - reactivity reduction (barking at other dogs, the door, people) - managing doggy daycare including half a day of one on one training and half a day of social groups - creating groups, managing consistent training across multiple employees - assessing the training and social level of any particular dog - crating skills - taking crate sensitive/aggressive dogs in and out of crates - walking people sensitive/stranger aggressive dogs - teaching cue recognition (place, sit, down, yes, no) - caring for boarding dog's needs - walking multiple dogs at once, training dogs to walk together With cats I am comfortable and knowledgeable about... - providing appropriate play - basic training using food incentive and luring - picking up a cat appropriately by supporting the spine and reducing tension on the scruff - responding to stomach issues and puke - reading body language for anxiety and aggression With horses I am familiar and comfortable with all daily care including stable cleaning and fetching skiddish horses from pasture. As for my pets.. My first cat was a stray found at 4 weeks that I learned how to teach to groom and care for himself. I also know how to manage ear mites, or any other kind of skin or tick care. Our dog was a breeder who also has needed a lot of specialized care. I am most experienced with rodents (have owned over 8 rats, 4 guinea pigs and a rabbit)! I've never personally owned a bird or a lizard, but have cared for friends and I always commit to accurate research. If you have any questions or worries regarding my experience and competency I would love to hear from you! I am very available right now, and I intend to make pet care my biggest priority. I am happy to discuss all kinds of scheduling. I love going above and beyond for my pets. Our cats are indoor and outdoor but I am always checking on them and keep a consistent feeding schedule to prevent overeating (they have sensitive stomachs). Our dog is also very needy, as she has some anxiety from her last owner so she needs to always be accompanied while outside and will not do certain things alone. I keep my rats in my room where they get frequent engagement with the whole family, and I enjoy making homemade puzzles and toys for them. Overall, all of our animals live active, healthy lives!

About: I have had my own pets since I was 18yrs old. Large ones, small one all different personalities. For some reason animals love me as much as I love them. I enjoy forming that bond with them. I will treat your animals as if they are my own. I will respect you home as I expect mine too be treated. I used Rover in my home before I decided I wanted to take care of others animals. I expected no one to touch anything of mine unless it pertained to the animals. I currently work a fairly flexible job so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I have two of my own dogs so house sitting needs to be flexible I have a fairly large sized yard that your pups can run in. My two fur babies are very friendly and will gladly keep your pups company

“Kolby is an awesome sitter and he takes care of more than dogs! I have a farmstead that includes a horse, a goat, an emu and over 60 chickens and other foul that include babies right now. Kobe did overnights and everybody was well taken care of and happy. One of my dogs is very standoffish with strangers and a little bit intimidating and Kobe handled that like a champ. I'm super pleased with Colby and I will definitely be looking to book with him in the future. His rates are very reasonable. If you have animals besides just the normal cats and dogs, Kobe will be able to help you with that. Farmsteaders and homesteaders, this guy is great!”

I’m Gigi, I work from home full-time and only take a few dogs at a time, so every pup gets lots of attention in a comfortable, home environment🤍 We carry our own private pet care insurance (not just Rover’s standard protection). We also keep a consistent routine so everything feels easy for the dogs. I help dogs get comfortable using our dog door so they can go in and out freely and keep their usual routine. I’ve worked with puppies as well and can help reinforce things like potty training, crate time, and settling into a new environment. We keep things relaxed and typically have up to 3 dogs at a time, so every dog has space to feel comfortable. We do a quick meet & greet beforehand to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. Our setup works best for small to medium dogs. We have a fully fenced yard with a custom-built dog door, plus added safety features like anti-dig guards and front porch fencing for extra peace of mind. We also have cameras covering the backyard and main dog areas so we can keep a close eye on everyone. Inside, things are clean, cozy, and dog-safe, with floors and common areas kept clear so dogs don’t get into anything they shouldn’t. There’s also a fully enclosed indoor play area if separation is ever needed. I also have pet store experience and work with small animals reptiles, and birds! i work at a doggy daycare in Henrietta. I have a pretty flexible schedule and an happy to help in mornings, nights, overnights, and on my days off! About: I have had dogs in my life since I was born really my father always and still has 2 dogs which I help with as well still, I have dog sat numerous times two Boston terriers and two cats for a lovely family I currently have complete open availability that includes weekends as well. Taking some time off from work and sitting home doing gets boring really quick and I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my time then to hangout with some animals 🤗 My house wouldn’t be suitable for housing pets due to having my own and it’s a shared house with my sister and her children as well

About: I cared for my dog for 11 years until she passed, and now I wish to make other dogs happy and safe. Will take care of your dog as if it were my own. I would be available as needed basis. I do have a friend who would help during the day if I have to do contract work. I would give them the attention they deserve to make them not feel lonely. Try to keep their mind active from thinking they were abandoned.

About: I’ve owned 3 pets of my own and trained them all as puppies. I’m very one on one with pets as I have a lot of extra time to offer. I am a full time animal nanny for my friends. A dogs typical day here whether it’s an overnight stay or daycare is ALWAYS fun! Pictures and updates will be given at least 1 time a day of your fur baby! Lots of supervised outside playtime in my large fenced in yard with bouncy balls and sticks! Potty time is every 3 hours unless a very young puppy (every hr or so). Playtime in the house is always supervised. Puppy safe and older dog safe with nothing laying on the ground other than dog toys when it’s playtime which is always haha. Fresh water is ALWAYS available! My priority is keeping every dog safe as possible. I also do grooming, deshedding, and even blow-outs! It’s all second nature to me. I can complete all this during their booked stay with me. Let’s have some fun! Dogs are family and should be treated as so. They will get lots of love and attention with lots of one on one time with me! I have a large yard with a fenced 6 ft privacy fence along with two friendly Pug fur babies to keep your baby company. If you would like to have your dog separate for any reason that is possible too. My house is very dog friendly and accommodating for any dogs needs.

About: I absolutely love dogs. My wife's family has always had dogs. They currently have a German Shepard and a chocolate lab. I absolutely adore them. I have a large fenced in yard, I am also very flexible to come and sit anytime you need. I love taking dogs for a walk and I love playing with them at the park especially fetch! I am very reliable and safe and come from a dog family. I will love and care for your dog like I it is my own. My children are now in middle school and high school and they love dogs as well. You feed them, take them out or clean up after them, and make time to play or cuddle a bit. Most days involve quick things like feeding and walks, while once a week you might do a deeper clean or grooming. It’s not too hard once you get into a rhythm—it just becomes routine. I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for, whether they’re in my home or a client’s. That includes feeding them on schedule, giving them fresh water, and making time for walks, play, or snuggles—whatever they need to feel happy and relaxed. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible to keep things familiar. If I’m in a client’s home, I also make sure everything stays clean and tidy, and I always send updates so they know their pet is doing great. I also have a fenced in yard.
