“Over the holidays we entrusted our dog, Pliny, to the care of Chelsea and Derek. We couldn't have been more happy with their care, their attention to detail, and the overall process. My husband and I met them twice prior to the holidays to get comfortable with the arrangement and they were more than willing and accommodating. Consistent and clear communication while we were gone along with photos were really appreciated. While we missed Pliny dearly on our trip, we felt comforted that he was under great care. Pliny returned home happy and clean and quickly adjusted back to home life. This is the best dog care experience we've had so far and we will absolutely continue to trust Chelsea and Derek for future trips.”

“Abigail was so great to work with, she went above and beyond for our dogs, they were able to play and exercise and she sent us a ton of great pictures while we were away! We will absolutely have our girls stay with her again!”

“I have a very high energy, 120 lb German Shepherd, and I worry about boarding him because of his initial impression. I cannot say enough good things about Jess & Christopher. They set up a meet and greet so we were able to meet them, and their dog, before his stay. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times, excellent communication through his stay, gave him medication as requested, and did everything possible to make it a great experience overall. I’m getting ready to book Coopers will definitely be staying with them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter!”

“Lindsey did a fantastic job watching our goldendoodle. He loved the long daily walks and play time with her cute dog, and I enjoyed the daily updates and pictures. Vacations are much more relaxing when you know your dog is also having a great time. Looking forward to another booking, thanks Lindsey!”

About: We've had 2 dogs who have unfortunately left us. Mickey was an 80 pound pit bull that I did everything with - walking, running, hiking, sleeping, traveling. I still miss him every day. One year after his passing we adopted a senior (9 yo) pit bull mix, Bella. Shortly after adopting Bella she was found to have heartworm. We were able to nurse her through the treatments back to health. Bella was a lazy girl who didn't have the energy level Mickey did but she was sweet and we spoiled her the 2 years we had her. I miss having a dog but my wife said "no more." Providing a service through Rover will help me get my "dog fix." Although I have used to pronoun "we" in my pet care experience that refers to our past 2 dogs. Going forward I will be the sole provider. I am retired so I have all kinds of free time to provide daily walks and the option for having overnight stays in our home. We have had dogs for 13 or so years and I am very capable in providing the care and attention to safely provide for them.

About: Certified in pet first aid. Experienced in caring for diabetic dogs requiring blood sugar testing and insulin. Fantastic at understanding happy and unhappy canine behaviors. I am self-employed, so it is very easy for me to schedule around others schedules. I enjoy being home with my fur babies, so I always have availability. I have a big fenced in yard and I do not have any neighbors. My home is surrounded by woods. My small dogs are very happy to have playmates come over.

“Alyssa did an amazing job watching our 2 doodles. They were in great care, and they loved being there for the night. She was super responsive and was willing to watch them on short notice. Totally recommend her!”

About: I currently have an Australian shepherd husky mix who has grown up with cats and is quite friendly. He would love to keep your pet entertained during their stay! We have a fenced in yard that is nice for when your dog would love a bit of fresh air and an ability to run around rather than remaining indoors at all times. We also have three grown cats and would be happy to host your feline friends as well. Please let us know if there are any accommodations for your pets so that we and you can determine if it would be a good fit for you! I currently work full-time on nights; however, my girlfriend is available most days. I walk my own dog in the early afternoon prior to leaving for work; however, I am open to walking other dogs into my routine. I'm available mostly on the weekends but I can accommodate overnight stays for your pets as well. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I have a fenced in yard that I allow my dog to run around in. It is filled with toys that he enjoys. He does not signal to me when he wants in, so I usually check on him every 5 to 10 minutes. I have a play routine with him outside as well. Wolfie is very friendly and loves meeting new playmates! He is more than happy to entertain them! We leave dry dog food and cat food out at all times. We also have a 2 gallon water fountain that we clean and replace the filter in on a weekly basis. Water is available at all times to ensure hydration.

About: I'm extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of so you never have to worry. I love taking photos so you’ll definitely get special photo ops of your babies while you're away! I live on 5 beautiful acres so there’s plenty of room to run and play for your pups. I have a mini schnauzer named Geezer who can help your doggie settle in. There’s alot to do here whether your dog likes to run, play fetch, frisbee, go swimming in the creek, or just curl up inside on the couch, I’m pretty easy going and can make sure your dog is able to have as much excersize or relaxation as they need. I'm available Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to drop me a line. Always staying on top of your dogs food schedules and regular potty breaks.

“Jackie was amazing with our pittie! We were hesitant about letting someone we didn’t know watch over our dog. She eased our mind and allowed us to introduce our dog to smells prior to dropping him off. Jackie sent updates throughout the day which made us feel relieved. Jackie was super professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. Char loved his stay with Jackie and can’t wait to be back.”

“Bill M is an incredible lover of animals, both dogs and cats. I have known Bill for over 40 years and I have seen his love and care demonstrated all the time - with his many daily walks with his pet and with his loving interaction with the pet. But to Bill they are not pets, but members of his family and are treated as such. His calm demeanor and his gentle nature are perfect attributes for Bill to become a caregiver to pets with Rover.”
