About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have been lucky to spend my life caring for them in many different ways. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, and bunnies, so being around animals feels completely natural to me. I currently work at an animal shelter, where I care for pets with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I plan my day around pets’ needs to ensure consistent, attentive care. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I take the time to learn each pet’s needs, preferences, and personality, from feeding schedules and walks to playtime, medication, and cuddle preferences. Because I work at an animal shelter and have experience in a doggy daycare, I’m attentive to behavior, safety, and stress signals. I provide calm, patient care and adjust my approach based on each pet’s energy level and comfort. I make sure pets get appropriate exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection. In a client’s home, I respect the space and keep everything clean and consistent. I also send regular updates and photos so owners feel confident and connected while they’re away. My goal is always to create a positive, low-stress experience and treat every pet as if they were my own.

About: I’ve been a huge animal lover and taken care of animals since I was about 14 years old. I have fed, walked, and spend time playing with dogs and cats of all ages. I’m very comfortable around dogs with different personalities and energy levels, and I always make sure they feel safe, cared for, and happy while their owners are away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I work from 7am to 5 pm monday-thursday every week, but I’m available most evenings and have open availability from Friday through Sunday. This allows me to spend quality time walking, playing with, and caring for pets. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space indoors and outdoors for animals to roam freely. I have over 5 years of experience as a professional animal care-taker where I cared for all sorts of animals as well as gave advice to customers on individual issues with their pets. My family also owns a farm so I learned a respect for animals at a very young age! Currently I have 2 rambunctious pet ferrets but growing up I had 2 dogs, 2 cats, a bunny, and fish! I have cared for many dogs and puppies in my neighborhood and for family and friends. I love dogs of all sizes and don't mind caring for multiple pets. I am currently a student, so I'll have plenty of time for walks, to play fetch with your energetic puppy, clean up soiled puppy pads, whatever you need! I'm available for housesitting, drop-in visits, and walks. I can take your pups for as many walks as you'd like; I am a very active person who loves walking/hiking! If you have a high-energy dog I can also take them on my daily runs! If your pet is more relaxed, I also love just spending time playing and giving lots of pets.

I’ve fostered 8 cats and 1 dog to date, helping them adjust to new environments and getting them ready for their forever home. I also have two cats of my own and two family cats, so I understand the care, attention, and patience they need. I’m also the go to pet sitter for my friends whenever they’re away. I’m also a certified sitter through Southeastern Guide Dogs, where I’ve cared for and trained puppies and service dogs in training. I recently graduated, so I currently have a very flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate my time to caring for pets. Between pet sitting and other flexible work, my routine revolves around the pets I’m caring for, not the other way around. This means I have plenty of availability for drop-in visits, walks, overnight stays, and can easily adapt to your pet’s normal routine! As of right now, I am only able to provide care in my client’s home so pets can stay where they’re most comfortable, but also to ensure that my own cats, who are nervous around other pets, remain comfortable. I carefully following feeding schedule, medication instructions, walking routines, and any other care preferences you provide.
