About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 5 years, including a chihuahua of my own and my family’s dogs. I have experience raising puppies and caring for senior dogs as well. Even though every dog is different, I am able to provide adequate care and attention to every fur baby that I have the privilege of looking after. I am currently a student and have plenty of down time when I am not at school. This includes Fridays and Weekends and I can be pretty flexible with time! I keep frequent communication with pet owners, I’m able to accommodate to a dog needs, and am pretty knowledgeable about dog behavior to know their needs.
About: I have worked with all kinds of animals throughout my life, learning to train cats and dogs on my own. I’m also familiar with exotic pets such as pythons and bearded dragons. I can comfortably administer different kinds of medications to most animals, including oral liquids and pills, sub-Q and IM injections, and topicals. Currently I am available as a full-time pet sitter for house-stays and drop-ins. I often sit for multiple houses at once, doing house-stays for one client and drop-ins for 1-3 others depending on the services and times needed per client. When I meet an animal for the first time, my priority is gaining their trust. I spend time casually observing so I can take note of their personality and physical forms of communication, but I don’t get too close or move too quickly until I’ve given the animal a chance to take me in as well. Once trust is established, we can move on to wearing leashes and harness, medication routines, playing, etc.
About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. I would love to spend time with your animals either at your home or on walks/hikes! I can not watch pets in my own home but in my client's home I make sure to follow their rules and ask the important questions up front. I make sure to not leave pets alone too long and to be there for feeding times and to keep them company at night.

About: I have been dogsitting & catsitting for several years now. I am looking to for more opportunities to do so. I am excited to take care of your pet while you are away! I work full time but I have a flexible schedule. I am able to sit for your pet any day of the week and able to check on them throughout the day. About: Hi everyone! I have optimal experience with all types of animals. I have grown up with them my whole life, and have three babies of my own. Two cats and one border collie. Growing up, I had dogs, cats, hamsters, turtles, geckos, you name it! I rescued my one cat, and raised him back to health. My border collie, Leia, came from GBHS as an abuse case with some intense behavioral issues. Both are thriving and extremely healthy! That being said, I have tons of experience with behavioral issues or bottle feeding/some special needs cases. I also have experience in administering medication. This is my full time job as of now, So I can pretty much fit around anything until late August! I do have fur babies of my own, so I just have to be able to come home to them as well. About: I recently went on a trip for my birthday and found this app as a resort for my animals while i was off. i was so happy with this app and i decided to sign myself up for it since i have a strong love for animals and i am a college student, at UAB, so it’s easy to fit my weird schedule. About: I have animal experience in a shelter setting and in a medical setting. I’m currently working at a veterinary office as a kennel attendant. I’m also able to administer medications orally or via injections. I work from 8-6, but I get a two hour lunch. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
