“Xanthia is an amazing pet sitter! We used her services for mid day walks when my partner was out of town. She is diligent, kind, reliable and so fun! She was very communicative and showed a lot of care. I would highly recommend her for any pet care.”

“Just wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of Leo while I was away. It’s always a little nerve-wracking leaving my pup behind, but I could tell he was in good hands. The updates were really reassuring, and I appreciated how attentive and communicative you were the whole time. Leo looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for when I got home — honestly, that means everything. I’d definitely recommend you to anyone needing a trustworthy sitter who actually gets dogs”

“Kayla did a wonderful job looking after our cat Neko while we were out of town on a long trip. She was totally reliable, a great communicator, and she went above and beyond to make sure that our plants didn't die. Highly recommended!”

“Tammi was great: reliable, professional. She took good care of my sweet cats”

About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since high school for neighbors and friends. I also have a cat named Daisy, so I'm familiar with daily pet care and giving them attention and love! I'm currently finishing my last two classes at the University of Oregon fully online, so my schedule is very flexible. I'm available on both weekdays and weekends. I currently don’t offer pet care in my own home, but I take safety and comfort seriously in my clients’ homes. I follow all care instructions closely, make sure pets feel comfortable in their own space, and always treat them with patience and care!

“Thank you, Margaret for your attentive care of our fur babies! We were admittedly a little nervous because we had not used Rover yet for them, nor had we used drop-in visits. It was a quick trip, less than 24-hours and two 60 min drop-ins worked out perfect!. Margaret offered a meet and greet ahead of time to get to know our girls and their needs and routines. She was super sweet and attentive with our dogs. The shy, nervous one had warmed up and was giving her kisses by the second visit. We appreciated the photos and descriptive check-ins, reassuring us our dogs were well taken care of in our absence. We would definitely book Margaret again for similar circumstances.”

About: Hi my name is Jenna, I am located in Wilsonville, Oregon and am a huge animal lover! I grew up with dogs and helped care for, train, and raise two family dogs, three family cats, and I currently have a dog and a cat whom I love very much! I have attended numerous puppy training sessions as well as volunteered at local animal shelters cleaning, walking, feeding, and caring for dogs in need. I have a very active lifestyle and love to walk with dogs of any size. I can also play and entertain cats of all kinds, and can make sure they are given proper exercise and mental stimulation. I am extremely responsible and share a passion for the care and well-being of animals of all kinds! I would love to help out anyone looking for care for their loving companion! I’m currently a full-time student with a very calm schedule, so I have plenty of time during the weekdays, nights, and weekends to care for your companion! I am dedicated to following any instructions for pet care in your own home to make sure that your animal is safe and happy. I am CPR trained, I have lists of 24/7 veterinary care in the surrounding area, and will pay close attention to any special needs of your furry friend. Any specific care needs for your animal or home I am able to accommodate!

“Gabrielle took great care of our Maine Coon while on vacation. She was super nice, communicative and great to work with!”

About: I’ve always been around animals since a very young age and I have nothing but love for every single animal! I cater to all needs I am currently working a part time job and usually get home around 5pm, but after 5 I am more than happy to help you with your pets! I love being with pets because it makes me happy. I like to give them the attention they need and I like to keep them entertained.

About: Growing up, my family was very pet oriented! Mainly dogs and cats, but also a few other creatures. Growing up with animals taught me the basics, and as time moved on I honed my skills and learned to listen to animals and respect their boundaries. When I was in my teenage years, my parents had a couple litters of puppies that I would take care of a majority of the time. They were my favorite memories, and I will still tell anyone that will listen that their tiny ears were like velvet. We began training the pups before they were adopted, and I have trained quite a few dogs in some areas; my shining achievement so far is my dog balancing a treat on her nose- yet only for a few moments before she gets excited and flicks it off to eat it. In high school I volunteered at my local animal shelter, my duties there were help with cleaning and socializing animals, and talking with people about the animals I knew and helped them get adopted. I have also pet sat for different friends and families over the years, and have heard positive feedback each time! I have a motivation and passion to keep animals happy, and will go to great lengths to ensure their happiness. :) I am a currently a student at Chemeketa! I am mainly an online class taker, so I am in the Portland area most of the time. At the time of writing this, I am on summer vacation, so my schedule is much more flexible. Come September there will be some changes to my calendar, but for now I can work with you and your specific needs very easily. I cannot bring animals into my home (we have a cat that does not like to share) but I can ensure you that I am a very dependable person! I can walk dogs (or cats!) at their own pace and needs- whether that's in highly populated areas for lots of attention, or quiet trails to run around and enjoy nature. I also understand that there may be a level of unease for allowing a stranger into your home or around your beloved pets, but I can promise that the only thing I am focused on if ensuring your pets happiness!

“Kaitlyn is very prompt and courteous, sends lots of photos, and had no trouble with our directions. Thanks for helping make our vacation worry-free. Will hire again.”

“I have asked for Erich’s help watching my cat Yoko several times now, he is fantastic! Really great communication and is willing to help on short notice. Most importantly he takes great care of Yoko. Truly one of the best rover sitters I’ve ever used.”

About: I have watched family and friends pets since I was 15. I have worked with a variety of animals including cats, dogs, and horses. I would love to help you out and get a chance to keep your pets company! I have classes spread throughout the day most days of the week so I would check in on your pets in between classes. I would also spend majority of my evenings with them. I spend most of my time with the pets I care for. I am happy to accommodate any needs your pet may have and try my best to work with their schedule.

“He was really kind with Earl Grey, after 2 visits they were already friends and when I returned home, my cat wasn't angry with me at all, what is great!”

About: Let your pet roam 5 acres of fenced property. On my hobby farm I have two friendly dogs and will take care of your pets needs while you are away from your loved one. We have boarded our dogs when on vacation and alway wanted to leave them somewhere they can be "dogs" and be tired when we return. Our Hobby farm gives your pet that option. I work from home and will take very good care of your pet. Our property is fully fenced for a long walk or possibly frisbee or ball to be thrown. My family has 5 acres with a fenced in grass field that your pet can play in. Once they are done playing outside, we have a converted horse barn with individual stalls and/or depending on your pet's personality and need, our home.

About: I love to play with puppies - small dogs are my favorite. I own a pure-bred chihuahua and she is the light of my life. I've been caring for small-medium dogs for 6 years now and know how to walk, play, fetch, and run with all of them. Pet care fits into my flexible schedule because I own my schedule. I am a serial entrepreneur and I have the ability to manage my time efficiently and effectively. While I do not offer my-home pet care, I can guarantee your fury-friend will be safe and anxious-free in the safety and comfort of their own environment. I mainly walk dogs and do drop-in visits for play and outdoor adventures.

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals and my commitment to providing them with the best possible care. Growing up, I've had three dogs and one cat, and I've also cared for bunnies and chickens. This experience has taught me to understand and cater to the unique needs of different animals. I'm dedicated to ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy. I truly value every opportunity to pet sit and make it a positive experience for both the pet and their owner. During the week, I work as a nanny and pet sitter on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Outside of those hours, I have a lot of flexibility and am available to care for your pets. When I'm caring for pets in my client's home, safety and trust are my top priorities. I follow all instructions carefully and maintain open communication with the pet owners. I'm committed to providing a loving and attentive atmosphere, making sure each animal feels comfortable and cared for.

About: I’ve taken care of animals from a very young age. I love caring for dogs my own and others. They are a man’s best friend and there throughout it all. I provide the care I would want my pet to have. I primarily work from home. My dogs go out about every 4 hours and one two walks a day. I don’t leave my dogs for more than 4-6 hours at a time. We do not have a fenced yard, so we make sure leashes are on before any doorway is opened. If the dogs are not accompanying us out of the house we utilize baby gates and crates to keep them safe.
