About: Hey there my name is Danielle, I have taken care of dogs of all ages ranging from puppies going through their first heat to senior dogs with lack of abilities. Growing up I had all sorts of pets in my home and enjoyed sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. Also one of my first jobs was at a dog boarding and day care facility. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and just want to keep them happy and healthy and have a fun time. I am new to the area and do not have a set schedule yet. I am free during most week days during typical working hours. I love the outdoors so any chance to get some sunshine. I have a fenced backyard, and my dog is friendly. I do not leave dogs unattended outside because I want to be sure they won't try to escape the yard or dig holes. When in a client's home I am sure to read all instructions given prior to my drop in. I make sure that the their pet is given my full attention during my time there. If I have any questions I am not afraid to ask. I will also send updates and photos if requested.

About: Hi! I’m Barry, and I’m excited to offer pet sitting and dog walking services here on Rover. I’ve been around animals my whole life and have hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs, as well as birds and reptiles. At home, I have two pups of my own—Sergio, a husky mix, and Emi, a Shiba Inu—so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. I’m comfortable administering medications, sticking to specific feeding schedules, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I offer drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care. I also welcome fixed dogs into my home, where they’ll enjoy a large, fully fenced-in yard for safe, supervised outdoor time. I’m new to the Aiken area and currently live in Trolley Run. I’d love to help give you peace of mind while you’re away—whether it's for a weekend, a vacation, or just a long day at work. Feel free to reach out with any questions—I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! As a retired pet lover with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. Whether it’s a daily check-in, a fun walk, or providing a safe and loving home environment, I’m here to help. I offer pet sitting in my home, which includes a spacious, secure fenced backyard and the companionship of my two friendly dogs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities, and you can trust that they’ll be treated like part of the family.

About: My name is Alexandria, and I’ve had a passion for animals since childhood. I grew up helping on a farm until I was 12 and began working for a dog groomer at 14 which i stopped around 16, gaining valuable experience in animal care. I currently have two German Shepherds and three cats, and I’ve always been the go-to sitter for family and neighbors. Whether it's walking, feeding, or providing special care for senior pets or puppies, I bring love and dedication to every pet I care for. Currently on summer break from college and working part-time, I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. Whether it's daily walks or playtime, I can easily accommodate any pup or kitty into my routine. My schedule allows me to give them the attention and care they deserve, ensuring peace of mind for you while you’re away. While I don’t have a fenced yard due to Hurricane Helene, I’m happy to walk your pet using your preferred method. If your pet has access to a fenced yard, I’ll keep a watchful eye to ensure they’re happy and safe while they run around. I prioritize their well-being, making sure they get the exercise, play, and attention they need, whether it's on a walk or in the yard.

She checked in on Beau for us while we were away for a long day - she was punctual and made sure our boy got lots of attention and exercise to hold him over until we got home. I have a calm disposition when working with animals and I have a bachelors in animal science. If you have more than just dogs and cats I would be willing to negotiate taking care of them as well. About: I love all animals, especially dogs. I grew up in a home where in addition to the 2-3 dogs of our own, we fostered up to 3 other dogs. I've cared for dogs with medical needs, dogs that are aggressive, and dogs of all sizes. I have had my own dog, Stranger, a mix of a few breeds, who was too smart for his own good, which increased my creativity with how we played or tested his intelligence. I love running, playing fetch, or simply sun bathing with dogs so that they get excercise and enjoy outside for a while. I have also taken care of cats, reptiles, and enjoy any animal interaction! I just moved to Aiken, SC and am working part time while going to school. I currently work retail, changing hours weekly. But I try to update my calendar two weeks out per how I am scheduled at work. I can easily adapt to any and all rules of the house. I had my dog crate trained, but he also slept on the bed. I spend a lot of time with the animal outside, if possible. I will do whatever is needed to make the animal more comfortable. My dog Stranger used to have separation anxiety so he had a safe space when we were out. He LOVED snow but had such tiny feet that we had to put booties on his feet to go play in snow or go hiking in cold weather. My friend's dog couldn't climb stairs but wanted to be where I was, so I carried him up and down so he felt safe. Whatever is needed, I can help.

“I usually never leave my cat Whiskers with anyone. I try to bring him with me when I have to travel but recently I couldn't make it back home to feed, and check on him. Luckily I found Danielle through a friend from our church. She was able to drop in feed, and care for him since I was couldn't make it back home. She did a great job and eased my anxieties.”

“I’ve been using Barry as my dog sitter for over 5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he provides. Whether he’s doing check-ins at my home or keeping my dogs at his place, I always know they’re in great hands. My dogs absolutely light up when they see him — it’s clear they’re excited and comfortable around him. One of my dogs has a strict medication schedule, and Barry has always been incredibly reliable and attentive with it. He also takes the time to play with them, making sure they get both the physical activity and attention they need. I love the picture updates he sends — it’s reassuring and sweet to see my babies happy and well cared for while I’m away. If you’re looking for a responsible, compassionate, and consistent dog sitter, I highly recommend Barry. He’s truly become a trusted part of our extended family.”

Alexandria M.
“Alexandria by far surpassed my standards!!! I have four cats and she managed to give each of them my love while I was gone for the week. One of my babies is on the bigger side, and she made sure to keep him to his diet and feed him separate, exactly as requested. She sent frequent updates of her engaging with the babies, taking her service to the next level. Would definitely recommend if your pet has special accommodations or just loves to play!”

“Melanie watched my two dogs many times for me when I had to leave on work trips. My dogs know her house and are always excited to go inside. They love sleepovers at her house.
