About: I have three dogs, two wonderful twin golden retrievers that are 5 years old. They are my whole world and so are my sister and brother’s dogs/cats! My sister has been doing rover in KC for over 7 years so it’s been a great way to experience rover and the necessities for all kinds of pets. Additionally, I’ve been a volunteer at Unchained Melodies puppy nursery and KC Pet Project for the last few years <3 I’m currently a post-graduate student preparing for medical school here in a year so I have a lot of time for longer term pups. I’m preparing for work part-time as well in the fall but I have a very open and flexible schedule. I have helped dog sit for years now and of course I’ve taken care of my own dogs since they were just babies. Unfortunately, I’m unable, for the most part, to have animals stay at my house however, I’m open if necessary. I walk and feed my own dogs daily and they take a lot of space so I want them to feel comfortable in their own environment.

I will make sure to treat your pet as if they were my sugar, I know how important pets are. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting during weekdays and weekends. I’m reliable, responsive, and happy to work with different routines and schedules to make sure your pets are comfortable and well cared for! I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, medications, and any special instructions provided. I’m very attentive during walks and visits and make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention and playtime. I understand how important trust is when caring for someone’s pets. And I’ll always treat them with patience, kindness, and care like they’re my own
About: I’ve also had guinea pigs and rabbits and birds and goats. I love all animals and am happy to care for them no matter what shape or size. They all deserve love and attention and as long as I have solid instructions then I got it covered and they’ll feel like they’re my own babies. I’m currently unemployed. I’m getting certified to sell insurance and am home. I have two children in pre school and elementary school and the extra money would help a lot in this transitional period. I can happily come to your home and give your animals all the love they need. I’m in an apartment so coming to my home isn’t available currently but I can do check-ins or extended stays at your home depending on what you need.

About: Hello! My name is Kamryn, I'm not just another pet sitter – I'm a fellow pet lover who's been in your shoes. For the past four years, I've been a devoted cat parent, understanding the unique joys and responsibilities that come with feline companionship. Beyond my own furry friend, I've also had the pleasure of dog-sitting for many wonderful families, including overnight stays and regular check-ins. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust completely with your animals. My most transformative experience came when I cared for my aunt's senior husky, Xander. He was battling seizures and diabetes, and it was a challenging time for everyone. But I saw it as an opportunity to make a real difference in his life. From administering insulin injections to ensuring he got his daily walks, I was committed to providing him with the best possible care. What I learned during that time was invaluable. I discovered the profound impact of consistent, loving care on an animal's well-being. Seeing Xander's health improve and his spirit lifted was incredibly rewarding. Now, he's thriving, and I'm inspired to bring that same level of dedication and compassion to your pets. Whether you have energetic puppies still learning the ropes or senior dogs who prefer a gentle stroll, I'm equipped to handle their unique needs. I offer flexible walks, from 30 minutes to an hour, tailored to fit your pet's schedule and preferences. Let's connect and create a personalized plan that ensures your animals are happy, healthy, and well-cared for. I can't wait to meet them My day starts bright and early around 3 a.m. because I'm up early for work. I let Xander out for a quick potty break, then I get myself ready for the day, making sure his food and water bowls are topped off. Before heading out the door, I give my cat Lana a quick check-in, making sure she's doing okay. We grab some treats and squeeze in a 30-minute walk. Since my job allows me off at 1, my evenings are reserved for child and pet care. After my day is done, I make sure to dedicate an hour to a longer walk with Xander as soon as I get home. In the evenings, Lana and I unwind on the couch or in my room. I feed them both at the same time. Since I have a set schedule, Xander, Lana, and I all thrive on the routines we've established! When caring for pets, I offer a range of services tailored to their needs and the owner's preferences. This includes daily or weekly walks to ensure pets get enough exercise and fresh air. I also provide overnight pet care at the client's home, which involves maintaining their regular feeding and potty schedules, as well as offering companionship and playtime. Additionally, I offer check-in visits at the client's home, where I can provide food, water, and offer some attention. Since my job allows me off at 1, my afternoons and evenings are reserved for child and pet care. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets while their owners are away, always respecting their routines and the owner's instructions.
“Kylie has taken care of our fur kids when needed. She walks and plays ball with them. She treats them like they are hers. They both adore her. We appreciate how well she takes care of them.”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Camden. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
