“Meredith was great staying with my cat and housesitting for 3 nights! I got regular updates, both pics and video, and I could tell she liked hanging out with him, which was nice. Came home to a clean house. Would definitely (and hope to!) book her again.”

“Sarah was so fantastic with our animals! We don’t normally leave our dogs when we travel, so it was hard leaving them home, but Sarah made us feel so comfortable leaving our two dogs and two cats in her care. She is very communicative and clearly our pets loved her based on all the pictures she sent of the four of them surrounding and cuddling her. We came back to happy animals and our home well taken care of. Thank you Sarah! We would definitely have her care for our home and pets again.”

“We absolutely love Amy! Honestly, we were far away from home and are pretty sure our dogs were sad when she left and disappointed to see us. She gives expert walks, did bath time - which is a total circus, and even cleaned some of our muddy blankets. I will call Amy anytime we leave! She’s the absolute best.”

“Avi was laidback and great with our two 50 lb dogs. She stayed at our home, which was left in perfect condition upon our return. She was communicative and sent photos, but next time I’ll ask for more updates. Will definitely rebook!”

“This is our first time using Patricia. She just came over for a 2 hour stay this time. She was very responsive and responsible and Annie seemed to love her. We already have her booked for an overnight stay and for a 10 day stay. I will not hesitate to use her again!”

“Tram is great. Precisely on time, both to Meet and Greet and to Sitting gig. Responsive to texted questions. Sent photos of dogs playing and hanging out. My dogs loved her.”

“Wonderful folks! Very kind sweet family who I felt really confident with and it seems like my dog had a good time. Sent me pictures and kept me reassured on my vacation. Will definitely consider their services again!”

“I highly recommend Aspen H. for dog/house overnight sitting! She just sat for our two dogs and did an excellent job. Aspen followed our instructions to the letter and had the extra responsibility with caring for our senior 13 year old. Our sheltie receives medication and has to be carried up and down the many steps to reach the backyard for bathroom breaks. Our shep mix has anxiety with thunderstorms and Aspen took this in stride. I was shocked to see that Aspen washed sheets and towels before leaving! Aspen had the patience with my welfare text checks and demonstrates warmth and understanding in her communication. She has a sweet humor and clearly loves animals. Thank you Aspen and Rover for making our trip possible!”

About: I've cared for mostly dogs (with a cat or bird thrown in there) countless times, starting when I was 14. I've cared for the animals of friends, extended family, and neighbors. While most of my experience is with small adult dogs (Shih Tzu, Pomeranian, Shiba Inu, Jack Russell Terrier, Chihuahua Terrier mix, Havanese), I have also worked with a few larger breeds (English Springer Spaniel, Boxer, Golden Doodle) and three older dogs. I've had up to three (small) dogs stay at my house simultaneously while the owners were on vacation. I've also made numerous daily visits. Most of my experience is just giving a simple walk. I've had the big, energetic dogs that require three long walks a day, plus extra playtime. I've also done overnight sitting, staying over at the owner's house with the dog for a combined month (spread out over a few months). I was the primary caretaker of our family dogs (small dogs), bathing and grooming them regularly. One of our dogs had a skin condition, so I was also accustomed to using a combination of medical shampoo/ conditioner treatments. As they aged, I also started preparing specialty foods, giving medication, and administering insulin. I’m currently working part-time and actively looking for full-time work, which gives me a flexible and open schedule. That flexibility allows me to prioritize pet care—whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays. I love having the time to focus on giving dogs the attention they deserve. Spending time with animals is not just something I enjoy—it brings structure, purpose, and joy to my day. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and because I’m not juggling a rigid 9-to-5, I can be available during off-hours, weekends, and holidays when others might not be. Whether it's a quick walk around the block or a multi-day stay, I'm able to adapt my week around the needs of the pets I’m caring for—and I take that responsibility seriously. When staying in a client’s home, I aim to keep routines consistent—walks at familiar times, meals in their usual spot, and lots of affection in their own space. I keep the home clean and secure, and always send regular updates and photos to give owners peace of mind. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who needs lots of exercise or a senior dog who just wants a cozy nap, I adjust my care to meet their needs—with patience, respect, and lots of love.

“Devon was fantastic while housesitting our dog and cats. We were so thankful for her care and specialized attention. She communicated with us beautifully throughout, and we came home to happy, and well cared for pets. Our little guys were excited to see us, but it was clear they had been loved and looked after exceptionally well.”

“My boys feel right at home whenever Dani and Seb come over. They always leave the house cleaner than when we left and do the laundry. Will continue to book them time and time again. Only sitters we trust! Thanks again :)”

“Sherry took such great care of my fur baby while we were out of town. She was patient with him and followed the instructions I left. I highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs!”

About: I am a research tech looking to help out in my community with four legged friends. I am happy to hang out with a couch potato elderly dog or take a high energy pup on a long walk! I have two dogs of my own— one of which is a senior dog with severe arthritis. I understand the daily challenges that comes with and how that impacts owners! I love going on walks and if the dog knows how to play fetch I will play all day long- I also know a couple tricks I could teach them!

“Gretchen was delightful to have in my home and care for puppies. She kept me informed and sent lovely pictures. I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing my dogs were in good hands. Will be booking with Gretchen again.”

“Claire stayed our home with 5 dogs, not an easy task, and did OUTSTANDING. Thank you Claire for watching our 2 dogs, and 3 foster dogs. We really appreciate your help, especially on short notice.”

About: Caring and friendly dog lover who gives lots of attention and exercise. I have a havenese at home who needs almost constant attention, he loves to go for walks in the woods and play fetch. I have lots of experience with smaller and older dogs. I have a lot patience for older dogs especially, my previous dog lived till he was 15 and needed constant care. I am available during the week and most weekends, and can house sit if necessary. I have a dog with medication and dietary needs. I have lots of experience with administering all types of pills and other forms of medication or dietary needs. I will make sure your dog and home are well taken care of while you are gone. I am allergic to cats, but can house sit if need be depending on the living situation for the cats. I prefer feeding, watering and changing litter boxes instead of house sitting. I am in between careers at the moment, and have lots of time to walk and house sit. I am open to all hours and days. I live in a house with a giant backyard. I can provide crating if necessary. I am also open to house sitting so your pet feels more comfortable.

About: I can’t have my own dog right now, so I’d love to hang out with yours! I grew up with dogs (puppies to old dogs) and I have watched friends’, neighbors’, and family members’ dogs for them. I am responsible and will make sure your pet is well taken care of. I work on campus ~9-5 pm (M-F), but my schedule is somewhat flexible if hours need to be adjusted for the pet. I am available all day on weekends and most weeknights. I am a responsible PhD student and will do my best to take care of both your pet and your home and follow any specific guidelines from you. I will take your dog on a run in the morning if you’d like, and I’d love to play with your dog/cat. :) I’m also happy to transport your pet in my car.

About: I've always loved animals, and several dogs have "owned" me over the years. I lost my bestest girl about 2 years ago and I still mourn her. Now that I'm retiring, I can't think of a better way to spend my time than helping care for your furry family members. I have experience with senior dogs, as well as giving meds. I've watched pets for friends and family for years. I'm currently retired and only working for a few hours on Tuesdays - and am home by 1:00 on Tuesdays, so I'm able to give long walks and snuggles. I'm able to stay in your home any day of the week. I live alone so your pet/s will have all my attention. I live in an apartment and will walk your pup several times a day with at least one long (@2 miles) walk if weather and their health allows. I allow pets on the furniture and on the bed if they are used to that. I'm happy to send update pics during the day. I admit that I have lots for my favorite pet friends, but I don't often do selfies, so the pics on here show pets that I've cared for doing activities, but don't include me.

Alexander R.
“Alex has been our pet sitter for 5+ years. He has lovingly taken care of our aging pets! Our old dog, especially, needed extra TLC and Alex was always willing to go the extra mile (slowly, very slowly for old Bodie!). Bodie needed meds, and wound care, and Alex was tender and patient with him. He has even won our cat over, she greets him when he comes in the door. Alex has always been prompt, responsible, and quick to communicate when scheduling, or while pet sitting. I highly recommend Alex to take care of your pets.”

She has even taken them to the vet for me when I wasn’t able to. Abbie’s caring and adventurous personality makes her a natural with helping pets feel comfortable and have so much fun!”
