She is great about picking up extra walks when we need, so our fur baby has some consistency with all traveling I do for work. Bruno loves her and I love the peace of mind she gives us! Thanks Melissa for all you do!”

“We have been consistently using Beverly since our pup was 3 months old. Beverly does weekly walks for us as well as daycare and overnight stays. Charley loves her Beverly and she has quickly become part of our family.”

About: I have 4 dogs that I’ve owned for 5 years now. I adopted two of them as puppies, so I potty trained them and taught them how to sit, lay down, walk off-leash, etc. I adopted my other two as adults, but I did train them how to walk off-leash as well. I care for them every single day, which includes feeding them on the same schedule every day, walking them, playing with them, bathing them when needed, taking them to the vet when needed, cleaning up after them to ensure a healthy and clean environment for them. I’m currently a college student who is out of school for the summer, so I am available 7 days a week at all hours of the day! In my client’s home, I will complete any task they ask of me in the way they ask to do it, as I completely understand that certain dogs need certain routines and strategies. I respect my client’s homes and the way they operate their home lives, and will do all I can to ensure their pets are happy and healthy.

“My Stella and I were extremely happy with Margaret’s dog walking services. My Stella loved her at first sight. A sixty-one pound dog can be hard to handle and Margaret handled Stella with ease. Always willing to accommodate changed walking times, extremely reliable and very friendly. I plan on using Margaret in the future. Five star service for sure!”

About: Because of my living situation, I can’t have a dog of my own, so I’d love to take care of yours! Available for walks, let outs, house sitting, anything! I have a cat if my own, so I’m very comfortable taking care of kittys too! I’ve pet sat for friends and family before and can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I’m a teacher, so summers I’m very available and during the school year I’m available after 3 and on weekends! Contact me and we can work something out! I’m willing to do whatever it takes to keep your pets happy and healthy! And will communicate with you as much or as little as you’d like! I know it’s stressful leaving your pets, so I’ll do what I can to make things as stress free as possible!

About: I was raised in a household filled with dogs, cats, fish and birds and my fascination with and love for animals has never waned. I have more than two years of kennel experience, have received a lot of kisses and cleaned a lot of poop. Proud Cat Daddy to three gorgeous felines. I am currently looking for a full time job and I have a lot of availability. I can do most jobs in the morning and afternoons. As a visitor to your home, I'll have the utmost respect for you and your animals' sanctuary. I will always give attention to each and every animal and let no one feel left out.

About: I have had and been around dogs since I was a child. Dogs seem to come to me naturally; without fear or hesitation. I honestly believe this is because I approach them with ease and am not forceful. It seemed like a natural step for me to join the Rover community. Ive also been a dog owner and currently have Jazzy who is my beloved Boston Terrier Mix with a big personality and sweet nature. Jazzy and I chose each other and its been an adventure ever since day one! she loves everyone but at times can be a little bossy. I'm well aware of who runs the household! I pride myself on ensuring that Jazzy stays healthy by giving her quality food and treats, Along with that she enjoys her fenced in yard and takes daily walks. We have lots of playtime and cuddles. I'll treat your dog as I would my own. That is my motto as I don't want you to worry or be concerned when you are away from your precious fur baby. I can't replace you, or would never try but rest assured your pet will receive all my tender loving care. I have had the opportunity to care for some dogs on Rover who have become regular clients. The owners have told me that they reach out to me first and hope that I am available. That is a huge compliment and I'm honored that I made such an impact on their four legged friend. All the pets I have met have their own unique personality and what I do as a sitter is simply take them for who they are which includes any little quirks. Canine or human, we all possess them. If you like what you see, let's schedule a meet and greet and see if I'm the right fit for your pet and their needs. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me and read my profile! I work remotely on a part time basis so can be available in the afternoon/evening and do pet sitting on the weekends away from my home. Well I make sure my dog Jazzy is loved and cared for each and every day. I give her good food and healthy treats. Daily walks and preventive meds to keep her healthy and strong.

“Sara's been taking our two pups on daily walks for us. She's great with the dogs, great about communicating walk times, and flexible when we need to switch things up. I couldn't recommend her more!”

About: Tail-wagging care you can count on! I have 20 years of pet sitting experience with a wide range of pet personalities and temperaments and 25 years of loving my own fur babies as well. I specialize in puppy care and basic training reinforcement (housetraining, play based development, leash manners), senior pet care (gentle handling, mobility support, medication administration), and special needs and rescue animals (with an understanding of anxiety, therapeutic support, and slow-trust building). I treat every pet like my own—with kindness, reliability, and plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles. You can relax knowing your pet is not only safe, but genuinely cared for. :) I'm currently working part time from home so I prioritize caring for your pet with the same attention I gave to my own pets - making sure they’re happy, healthy, and safe while you're away. I have a fenced yard and an animal-friendly home. Currently there are no other pets in the home because my three fur babies have since passed on after 15-17 years of life. I now have two children (my daughter is 7, and my son is 4) who love animals and are very gentle and caring. If your pet doesn't prefer children, please let me know and I wouldn't bring them with me to care for your pet. :)

About: I’ve been a dog mom for 10 years. Lost my baby in 2021 and every pup I’ve met since shared an immense amount of love, almost like they could sense my grief. I feel like I owe them everything and its my goal to give love to every pup I meet and maybe one day I’ll be ready to be a dog mom again. I am a freelance artist so my schedule is very flexible. The wedding season usually picks up in May but I only work weekend nights. I live in a quiet area with low traffic and a few close parks. I’m also next door to a police station so the are is also very safe. I have concrete floors so it’s okay if your fur baby is still potty training or up in years.

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for cats. I grew up with dogs and I've been a dedicated cat lady for over 20 years. I can't imagine life without my fur balls! I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets and I treat every pet in my care like one of my own. I currently work full time, between home and office, so I am unavailable for morning/afternoon check-ins and walks on Wednesdays & Thursdays. If your pup is staying the day with me or boarding overnight, my office is dog friendly and I'd be glad to take them with me to work! I do not currently accept any other type of pet for boarding at my home. My second floor apartment is a quiet, relaxing oasis with many good spots for napping and listening to the birds. I live in a relatively quiet and large neighborhood with lots of blocks to go for walks. Whether I'm caring for your fur-child at your home or mine, you can expect that I will fulfill all discussed expectations. :) My two cats are very chill and friendly. However, Nermal does not have much experience yet with dogs/other cats and may act shy and hiss/meow upon meeting. If this a concern, I can separate the pets with a baby gate so they can still check each other out. :)

About: My family’s had our beagle for 12 years and it’s transformed my relationship with dogs. I’m fun and responsible toward my dog, and in return she’s the same to me. I’ve dog-sat for 8 years now for family and friends and love any opportunity to do so. My dog and I go on a 30-minute walk each evening and an hour-long walk each night. These are not only opportunities for exercise, but also mediums for teaching and developing our mutual respect for one another. Engaging a dog is formative for their development physically and mentally. I love being playful and energetic, but I view it essential to make any boundaries clear.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and care I bring to every pet I watch—whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior dog who needs extra TLC. I have experience with all ages and temperaments, including administering medication, handling senior mobility needs, and reinforcing basic training commands for puppies. I’m attentive, patient, and treat every pet like my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I also send regular updates and photos, so you always know your furry friend is in good hands! As an unemployed veteran currently pursuing my master’s degree, I have a very open and flexible schedule—making pet care a natural and fulfilling part of my daily routine. I genuinely love animals and find joy in spending quality time with them, whether it’s going on walks, playing, or providing calm companionship. My background has taught me discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail, which I bring into every pet-sitting experience. Since my schedule is so open, I’m able to give pets the time, care, and attention they deserve—without rushing or distractions. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs to create a calm, familiar environment. In my home, I keep the space clean, secure, and pet-friendly—free of hazards and full of cozy spots to relax. When in a client’s home, I’m respectful, tidy, and follow all instructions closely to maintain consistency for your pet. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away.
