“We traveled from Pittsburgh to Marion for a family wedding and needed someone to watch our dog Paddington during the ceremony and reception, and Jennifer was wonderful! We got to meet her adorable Bulldog, Diesel, which was a great bonus. Jennifer's communication was excellent throughout, keeping us updated and sharing photos so we could fully enjoy the celebration without worry. We would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative pet sitter!”

“Johnathan was incredible at communicating! He also had a nice clean home with two very nice dogs. Remy was extremely happy when I picked him up! Will definitely be using him again!”

“Excellent experience! Both of my dogs were well taken care of, and my 1-year-old came back calmer around other dogs after all of the playing and socializing. Highly recommended, and I certainly will book with Tiffany for my next trip.”

“Rumi took great care of my Bernese mountain dog Flynn! He was in literal paradise, she sent updates with photos, she was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with, and made his entire stay so wonderful! We will for sure be using her services again!!”

“I reached out to Mary Kathryn on short notice for a weekend trip. I'm always nervous leaving my dog Franklin with someone new, but he was well taken care of by Mary Kathryn and her family.”

“Rachelle was a wonderful dog sitter while she kept our dog for 10 days. Our dog came home healthy, happy and tired from wonderful play time. Rachelle is very responsive and sent pictures of our dog to keep us updated. We will definitely use her services again. I do highly recommend her.”

“Caitlin was the best, she was very easy to work with given my unusual schedule. My pup absolutely loved staying with her and I'll most definitely be booking with her again.”

About: My love of animals led to my passion for taking care of them. I am a Registered Veterinary Technician. I graduated from CSCC Veterinary Technology program in 2021. I work at a vet clinic, so I've learned the signs of a happy pet and a pet in distress. This makes me the perfect person in any situation involving your beloved fur baby. Besides providing a copious amount of loving, I can give cats/dogs their medication including pills, liquid and insulin. If there is an emergency, I can drive them immediately to your Veterinary or Emergency Hospital. With the few years of being in the Veterinary field, I've given plenty of baths, nail trims, ear cleanings, and medications. All of which I can provide for you. In the clinic setting, I was in charge of vaccines, putting patients under anesthesia and monitoring them. I've drawn blood, performed dentals, taken X-rays and cleaned wounds. I feel that all of this information will give your mind ease that your pets will be completely safe in my care. I'm currently working at a dermatology vet clinic Monday thru Thursday but, I’d like to help with your fur babies after my shift and/or on my days off. I have a wonderful 13 year old daughter that goes to Delaware Schools that likes to come with me to help (we ask your permission first). When taking care of your pets, I will follow your feeding schedule and instructions along with refilling their water bowl as needed. I'll provide exercise and playtime that will include walks, fetch and toys. I can administer any medications needed and keep track of both times and dosage. Bathing and grooming your pets can be a part of the care as well. If you have a cat, I can clean and/or change the litter box. Not only will I give them so much love and companionship, but I will also monitor for unusual behavior, signs of illness, and changes in appetite or bathroom habits. I will keep them safe from anything potentially harmful. I would love to send updates and pictures of your fur babies whenever you'd like. If there happens to be an emergency, I will call you immediately and drive them to your veterinarian or closest emergency hospital. Lastly, I will lock up the house securely after each visit and follow any security measures that are in place.
About: With 5 years of hands-on dog sitting experience, I provide not just supervision, but genuine companionship. Since either my husband or myself are home at any given point of time, your dog will never be left alone — they’ll enjoy constant care, attention, and interaction throughout the day. Either myself or my husband one of us are always at home and can pet sit at any given point of the day / overnight I do have my own pet so we make sure they dont have access to harmful items. They will be continuously monitored especially during meals, walks. Also every pet stays after the initial meet and greet to ensure comfort and fit. I will also be sending out photos/videos on daily basis:)

“Kristin & family are the best!! She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while I was out of the country to keep my mind at ease. She even allowed me to come do a meet & greet prior to my trip to make sure Cooper knew them and was comfortable! He was allowed to sleep in their bed and their couch so I know he felt right at home 😊. I even had a last minute car emergency and Kristin so kindly made it work in her schedule to pick Cooper up and return him at the end of his stay. This was a HUGE help. He is a senior dog who had meds and needed a little extra TLC this stay due to some help stuff going on and she followed all the instructions with ease. I know Cooper will be back to stay with them for the rest of my out of town trips 😊. Thank you!!”

“Savanah recently watched all 3 of my dogs, and I could not be happier with how well she treated them, and welcomed them into her family. She was very responsive and I was able to feel confident in my decision to have her watch my dogs, while traveling out of the country. 10/10 recommend !!!!”

“Angela is the absolute best! She was more than willing to meet our babies before their visit and stayed in communication with us the entire time they were with her. She sent videos and pics. We felt so good knowing our fur babies were in such good hands. Thank you Angela. We appreciate the extra care you gave Zeus and Penny while they were in your care❤️You will be the only person we seek out to watch our pups when we leave town from this point on.”

About: I helped train my mom’s 2 pit puppies and taught them tricks (shake, sit, etc.) I will love them like no other just like they’re my own! I am willing to spend majority of the week , every week, doing what I love most ! Whether that is having animal sleepovers , sightseeing , or just making sure they are fed and happy , I can always make time for you & your animals needs & wants . I have a kitten & a dog that just got out of their puppy stages ! I know what it’s like to have the mischievous zoomies ,the crazy jumping puppy kisses , and the leash pulling sniffers , but know how to handle it in a way that your animal will always be safe while with me .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
