About: I've been around both cats and dogs since I was a baby. We only have cats in our home, but one day, I'd like a dog too. My husband and I currently have 3 cats. We loved and cared for our special needs cat Donny for 3 years until she passed away. I have experience expressing a cat's bladder, administering medication, and giving ememas. The nasty stuff doesn't bother me. I cleaned up after her all the time and I can clean up after your baby too! I currently do real-estate and work part-time, but my schedule can be moved around depending on what I need to do. Any time can work out. I have 3 cats who are fixed. They can get along with other cats who are also cat firendly. I don't know how they would act with dogs, so I am not taking any in my home at the moment, but I love to drop in to visit them.

About: I have cared for animals for most of my life and currently have 4 fur babies, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Rest assured I will care for your fur babies as if they were my own. I have experience with animals of all ages, and with diabetes care (for my Yorkie). About: I’ve always loved being around animals and helping take care of them. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, giving lots of attention, and making sure pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I try to make them feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well. About: I have cared for many different types of animals since the young age of 6 or 7. I have always had much empathy, patience and understanding for them. We cared for stray dogs, cats and a hurt hummingbird as a child. Christie was our family dog when I was a teen that was a beautiful Collie who I cared for till I moved away for college. Since then, I have cared for many dogs, birds, lizards and cats. I have educated myself greatly on the topics of pet care, behavior, training, feeding and more. I have served as a foster mom in DFW and currently assist Ay Chihuahua Rescue group in fostering and holding adoption & educational events. I also support foster families in their needs for our group. My hope one day is to have a big farm in the country where I can foster many more animals especially seniors in the short years that they have left. I am a retired Texas school educator who runs a small Etsy Shop from home. I am free to care for pets most of the day as needed and boarding on occasion. I have no obligations except my current two small dogs. I ensure pets have their potty breaks on a frequent basis to avoid accidents. I ensure they eat the right amount & quality of food for both meals. I walk my dogs even though we have a fenced backyard so that they can explore, smell the outdoors and be stimulated by all of the sights and sounds of nature. I am very patient, understanding, kind and considerate of all animals especially rescues and those that need more training, discipline and positive reinforcement. I have had pets my entire life from birds as a young girl to a turtle to cats and dogs. I care about all animals and understand their body language and try to be attuned to their thinking so as to not bring fear or aggravate any stresses they may have. As a young girl, I grew up in a neighborhood with many stray dogs and learned from an early age how to read their body and how to move my own body to not scare or threaten an animal. I am also a foster Mom to other foster Moms that need a vacation or break. Caring for pets brings joy, fun and satisfaction to my life and could not envision a life without pets.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong dedication to rescuing and caring for animals. Growing up, I was surrounded by a variety of rescued dogs and cats from different breeds, each with their own unique needs. Currently, I have 14 rescued dogs, many of whom came from difficult circumstances. About: Since I was a teen I've taken care of my neighbors' dogs and cats every now and then. I've house sat and done drop in visits so I have plenty of experience. I did a birds and small mammals internship at the Waco zoo in summer of 2023 so I have a bit of exotic animal care experience if it is needed. I'm working full time right now but so far the shifts aren't super long so I have time to feed and take out any pets that I need to take care of. I take very good care of any pets I need to. About: I’ve grown up around pets my entire life, dogs, cats, birds, turtles, etc! I’m a huge believer that they’re like family! I had a dog of my own for most of my life that was blind and diabetic, so I’m familiar with taking care of dogs of old age and medical care. I currently work as a flight attendant as well so my schedule varies week to week! I typically have spans on days on/off that make it easy for me to take care of your pets for several days! I live in an apartment that has sidewalks and grass all around, it’s a pet friendly complex:) I have no other pets or children that affect the environment. I’m also nearby a jogging trail that I love to take pets on for walks!

About: I’ve taken care of many pets and I love what I do. Meeting new animals and being able to give a sense of peace to the owners while they are away is fulfilling. I like helping anyway that I can. I work at a Vet clinic so I see animals every day already so spending time with more animals is an added bonus. I work at a veterinary clinic full time. I work 10 hour shifts 4 times a week. Always off on Sundays. Rotate shifts on Saturdays. As long as you’re comfortable with my hours then I’ll make the pet sitting experience fun and enjoyable. I slowly approach the animals that are new to me to give them time to get used to me before they meet me. I like to gain a bonding experience by either going out for a walk with them or playing with a favorite toy of theirs to gain respect.

I make sure to follow all instructions exactly as provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication needs, and any house rules to keep the pet’s environment consistent and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain a calm, clean, and secure environment. I ensure doors are properly closed and locked, pets are always supervised during visits, and I stay attentive to anything that could affect their safety or comfort. About: I have two dogs of my own and I dog sit for friends and family. We have a small home but give plenty of out door fun all day long for those energetic puppies Weekends are mainly open for us. We would rather stay home with our pups then going out. If we do go anywhere our dogs are kennel trained. We will soon have a fenced yard but for now we use leashes for outdoor walks, runs and lots of play time to get that energy out of the puppies. Our dogs have their own futon and lots of toys to keep them busy indoors as well.

About: I have over 8 years of training and care giving experience in over 20 different species of animals ranging from livestock to dolphins. My life has always involved animals. Growing up we had at one point 20 pets (chickens to an iguana). I continued and expanded my animal experience when I decided to pursue a Bachelors degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M-Kingsville. Equipped with my formal education, I started a career at the Texas State Aquarium where I learned how to train an array of species using operant conditioning focusing on obtaining desired behaviors through positive reinforcement. When I left the aquarium I branched out to the veterinarian side of the industry. Finally, I made it back to training and decided to focus on dogs because they are such an integrated aspect of our day to day lives. Now, after a years of calling South Texas home, I was delivered to the island of Oahu. I currently work as a marine observer, taking my love for animals to the ocean. I collect data for conservation and mitigation. When I’m not out at sea, I want bring love and fun into your pets life. Being around God’s gentle creatures is truly where my heart sings!!! I understand that our pets are not just an animal that lives with us but they are family! Their well-being is a priority.
