About: I've been fortunate enough to care for many different animals since I was 12 years old. I've been blessed enough to experience growing up with cats, dogs, peacocks, rabbits, chickens, buggie and many more beautiful and equally unique animals. I'm addition, neighbours, friends and family have relied on me many times to pet sit, walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I'm currently homeschooling my grade 2 kid which usually only takes up 20 to 30 minutes of our day so I have plenty of time to play with and care for your furry or feathered babies. I have fenced yard and a very friendly cat and dog to keep your fur or feathered babies company. Both are very accustomed to growing up around different species of animals we've sat or fostered. My cat has a very large catio he loves to sit in during the day and usually perches himself on his cat castle by the window inside the house for naps or people watching (his favorite thing to do). He loves other animals and is very affectionate and protective towards them, he's a very docile breed and way too friendly for his own good. I do have a crate for dog and spare rooms for cats if a slower introduction is needed. My home is pretty pet friendly and clean and everybody in here will never be short of love, food and affection.

About: With 30 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, the occasional hamster, bird, fish, turtle… I offer calm, attentive and highly personalized care to a small number of clients. I’m selective about fit and work best with friendly, well-mannered pets whose owners value reliability and communication. Walks are unrushed and tailored to your dog’s pace, energy and comfort. Pet sitting follows their established routine, with affection, enrichment and regular photo updates. I prefer building trusted, ongoing relationships with a few wonderful dogs rather than filling my calendar with as many bookings as possible. Pet care is a deliberately limited part of my weekly schedule. I accept only a small number of bookings so I can be punctual, present and unhurried with each dog. I’m available for scheduled walks and planned pet sitting, with advance bookings preferred. A meet-and-greet helps us confirm that your dog, their routine and my care style are a good fit. Your dog’s safety, comfort and normal routine come first. During walks and care in your home, I follow your instructions carefully, double-check doors, gates, collars and harnesses, and never allow dogs off leash in unsecured areas. I provide calm, individual attention rather than large group outings or pack walks. I respect your home, communicate clearly and send regular photos and updates. Before our first booking, I prefer a meet-and-greet and complete information about your dog’s health, behaviour, veterinarian and emergency contact.

I’d love to provide your pets with the same care, love, patience and attention I give my own! :) I’m a relator with a vast knowledge of Edmonton and greater areas. About: 🐾 RELIABLE PET SITTER AVAILABLE 🐾 Hi! My name is Sheryl, and animals have been my passion for as long as I can remember. I have many years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats and understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to look after your furry family members. For five years, I regularly cared for a household with 7 dogs and 2 cats while the family traveled, often staying for weeks at a time. I provided feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and lots of love and attention. I even slept with the pets when needed to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owners were away. ✅ Pet Sitting ✅ Dog Walking ✅ Overnight House Sitting ✅ Feeding & Medication Assistance ✅ Lots of Love, Attention & Playtime ✅ Open Availability I currently live in a townhouse with others, so my ability to offer boarding is limited. However, I am happy to come to your home and stay with your pets for short or extended periods, ensuring they remain comfortable in their familiar environment. 🎉 BONUS SERVICE 🎉 While caring for your pets, I’m also happy to help with light house cleaning at no extra charge! This can include tasks such as tidying up, vacuuming, washing dishes, watering plants, collecting mail, and helping keep your home looking cared for while you’re away. Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, routines, medications, or preferences so I can provide the best possible care. I genuinely love animals and would treat your pets as if they were my own. Feel free to message me with any questions or to discuss your pet care needs! 🐶🐱 Your pets’ comfort, happiness, and safety are my top priority! 🐾 I want this to be my full time job so I have open availability to take care of the animals. I want to make this more of a priority and I would take time out of my day working to focus on the animals. I have a passion to give great pet care and services and would do anything for your pets. I do live in a townhouse with others so so I am limited for boarding but I am comfortable to go to other households and stay and take care of the house and if comfortable as long as you need and walk the animals and let them out when I need to.

About: Hi! I’m Hannah, and animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started helping with my mom’s pet-sitting business in 2011 and have since gained hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, horses and other animals. I also participated in dog training in Sherwood Park from 2015–2016, giving me experience with canine behaviour, handling and basic training. I’m comfortable with different breeds, sizes, ages and personalities, including shy or nervous pets. I know how important routine and familiarity can be, so I focus on keeping pets comfortable in their own home while following their normal schedule and your instructions closely. My schedule is flexible, giving me plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins and house sitting throughout the week. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine and can accommodate different schedules depending on their needs. I provide care exclusively in your pet’s own home, where they can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including feeding, walks, medications, crate routines and household rules. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, boundaries and any triggers or behavioural concerns before caring for them.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Westlock choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
