My parents brought home a beagle three years ago, and from teething to training, I’ve been part of his puppy journey ever since. More recently, I’ve helped care for my boss’s 11-year-old dog, Iggy, which gave me insight into the gentler pace and extra care older pups sometimes need. What makes me different? I approach every dog with curiosity—no two are the same, and I love figuring out what makes each tail wag. I’m dependable, warm, and genuinely enjoy long walks, cuddle breaks, and the little routines that make dogs feel safe and happy. Whether it’s playtime or quiet time, I adapt with heart and care. I currently work part-time, which means I have plenty of flexibility during the day to focus on pet care. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, so whether it’s weekday walks, playtime breaks, or weekend visits, I’m available and ready. My weekends are completely free, so longer stays or extra attention when you’re away is no problem at all. I care for pets where they’re happiest—right at home. Whether it’s walks, visits, or overnight stays, I keep things calm, familiar, and full of love. About: I have had a family dog all my life and have ample experience taking care of pets. Recently I got into pet sitting for 3 different people regularly in Thunder Bay, and have spent up to 2 weeks full time sitting for 3 pets (2 large dogs and 1 cat). I will send you photos and updates of your pets as much as you desire! I love going on hikes with dogs and spending time playing and learning with them. I genuinely adore pets and love taking care of them. I am currently an Occasional Teacher for TBCDSB at the moment, so my work hours are fairly flexible and accommodating for caring for your furry friends. Most schools days start around 8am and end around 3pm, with a lunch break that I can use to let pets out if needed during the day. I live in shared housing, therefore boarding is not an option for me, however, I feel that pets are more comfortable in their own homes anyways. I really genuinely could spend all my time with dogs, so I promise you your dog(s) will get all the love and spoiling they deserve. I have lots of walking trails around my house, but also can walk wherever is accessible and don’t mind driving with or to your dog(s). I strive to keep pets schedules as familiar as possible and provide them with lots of exercise and love.

About: I spend my weekends caring for dogs who’ve been abandoned, mistreated, or forgotten—some so scared they won’t look you in the eye, others so full of love they jump into your arms. I’ve walked dogs who panic at the sight of a leash, and others who run toward life without fear. Every one of them teaches me something. On my days off, I volunteer for a rescue to give even more dogs what they deserve: kindness, patience, and someone who understands them. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands your dog’s heart, please reach out—I’d love to meet you both. i work weekends from 8-6 in animal care. i work part time weekdays in a grocery store. my schedule changes weekly. i get my schedule every thursday for the following week. in my own home, i have a fully fenced in yard. i live with my parents so my dogs get two long walks a day and yard time, however i am unable to sit for dogs at my own house as i have a reactive dog

I understand how hard it is to leave your furbabies, and I know how much attention they deserve! I have a very flexible work schedule that allows me to be able to be around when you can’t be. Safety is the number priority in my book and having a dog who likes to take off myself I have lots of experience and training on how to keep our friends safe.

From chihuahuas to Great Danes and puppies to seniors I’ve had a great deal of experience with them all. I am comfortable to continue training if provided instructions and give medications to pets who may need it! I own my own business and make my own hours so I can adjust as need be! I am happy to do early mornings or late nights. I love to get to know pets and their routine so I am able to make things as smooth as possible while the pet owner is away.
