Dog Boarding in Strathmore

About: Empty nesters looking to stay busy, that’s why we got our Oliver. Had dogs growing up on the farm in Saskatchewan. Many different breeds while growing up. Work shift work and the wife works Mon-Thur til 4pm each day. Lots of days during the week that someone is around as I work 14 of 28 days. Fenced yard, backing onto green space. Lots of walking path’s in the neighborhood. Friendly CKCS. Enjoy walking around the area and meeting lots of friendly dogs.

“We are so thankful for Christine! Our one year old Yorkie/Havanese, Gio was very lovingly and attentively cared for during his stay. Gio has some anxiety and picky eating issues. Christine gave him extra cuddling and patiently coaxed him to eat. We appreciated this, since we were tending to my elderly mother and could honestly relax knowing that he was so wonderfully cared for. “This was the first time we left our two boys with Evelyn and her family. I had to change sitters on short notice. I immediately felt comfortable at out meet and greet and was able to drop them off for two weeks knowing I didn’t behave to worry about anything. We got regular updates and pictures, especially when one of them wasn’t feeling that great. It was nice to see the boys surrounded by other furry friends. I would absolutely recommend Evelyn again. “Ashley was amazing! And did my fur baby ever test her. Nilo, my Boston Terrior has a bit of anxiety and sometimes eats too fast. This was the first time with a new sitter and Ashley was patient and extremely attentive with my two pages of ‘helpful notes’. Well, it turned into a bit more than we both bargained for when Nilo would eat so fast that he started bringing it all up! We kept in close contact (but she was great, giving the right amount of information and questions, while not having me worry like a crazy fur mama); and Ashley experimented with different food amounts, timing and patience. Ashley is extremely professional and I recommend her 100%. Thanks Ashley!”
