About: I had two rescues, aussie mix and pit mix, for 16yrs and a massively fluffy cat for 18yrs that ruled them. Enjoyed going for walks, camping and not ready to get new pets but would enjoy a having a dog to go on walks with again. I have a flexible schedule, so can fit in walks and play. Weekends we tend to go camping but have a permanent site that is dog friendly and a great place to explore. No pets, yard is not fenced so outside time would be leashed and supervised. If your dog has a favourite toy of dog bed plenty of room to enjoy. I live in a quiet small town with lovely walking paths.

My full time job requires me to be away from the house for a few hours a day but my boyfriend is home by 3pm daily (who is also rover certified) so they’re never left alone long! I have a lot of experience watching dogs, I’ve watched for friends and family of a variety of sizes and breeds. I’m experienced with giving oral medications and insulin. I also have 10 months of experience working at a dog daycare. My dogs are open to playing with dogs of any age or size even small dogs! We’re very dog friendly at our house our dogs are spoiled and have range to lay on the couches with us, look out the window from our bed and have tons of pillows laying around as well! We have tons of treats, toys, a big refillable water bowl & even a pool for the summer time heat! Come give us a visit and leave feeling at ease while you’re away!

About: We’ve always been happiest with a dog in our home. With one of us working from home full-time, we’re able to give visiting dogs steady company throughout the day along with the walks, playtime, and routine they’re used to. After caring for our girl Nora for 17 wonderful years, my husband and I have lived through every stage of a dog’s life and still miss having that energy around. We already look after the pets of friends and family, and we’re excited to welcome a few more furry guests. We tailor each stay to your dog’s usual needs, whether that means long neighbourhood walks, extra exercise, or trips to the dog park. We’re big believers in keeping things consistent for the dogs we watch. If your pup has house rules, feeding schedules, training cues, or favourite spots to nap, we follow them closely so their stay feels familiar and comfortable. We reinforce the habits and boundaries you’ve already worked hard to build. Caring for our own dog through a few medical challenges taught us how to handle medications, mobility needs, and gentle support for older pets. If your dog needs special care or a bit of extra patience, we’re comfortable providing it. During the week, there is always someone at home, and weekends are usually spent together too. If your dog enjoys little outings, we’re happy to bring them along on pet-friendly errands or quiet park trips. If they prefer a slower pace, we’re just as happy to relax on the couch and keep things calm. We’re simply hoping to bring a bit of that tail-wagging joy back into our home and make your dog feel safe and loved while you are away. My husband works from home and I work 20% at home and 80% in office. We are both off evenings and weekends. We have a 17 year old teenager as well who is eager to help out. When it comes to your dog’s safety and comfort, we’re your people. We treat every dog like they’re part of our family—so much so, we’d probably share our snacks with them if they gave us that “sad puppy eyes” look. Hopefully we would make them do a trick first. Our yard is fully fenced, which means no escape artist dogs on our watch! While we love giving dogs the run of the yard, we also recognise that some dogs need to have their own space. If your dog has a special bed, crate, mat that brings them comfort bring it. This ensures they have a place they can feel comfortable in. For success we know following usual routines make your pup feel comfortable and safe as possible. Basically, your dog will be treated like royalty… but with more belly rubs.

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life from day one. I’ve spent 25 years caring for pets, from playful puppies and curious kittens to senior dogs and cats needing meds and extra TLC. I’ve had both large and small dog breeds, and I’m confident handling everything from daily walks to administering medications and sticking to routines. I’ve also cared for cats of all ages, including grooming, litter box upkeep, and giving oral meds. On top of that, I grew up around horses and even had two of my own, so I’m comfortable around animals big and small. I live on an acreage with an underground fence, so dogs get lots of safe outdoor time. I share my home with 3 friendly dogs and 4 cats, so your pet will be part of a loving, animal-friendly environment. We have kennels available for pets who are crate-trained or need their own space, as well as quiet areas for pets who prefer a calm, low-energy setting. I’m also happy to care for pets in their own home, offering visits, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and lots of love. I can easily adapt to whatever your pet needs to feel safe and comfortable.

About: Hi there I’m 28 and I love animals specially dogs I will watch them and treat them like my own. They will be safe and secure with me. Most animals fall in love with me. I have experience watching and taking care of pets as I have all my life. Love playing with them walking them and spoiling them with treats. About: I’ve taken care of my cat Lincoln for 9 years now, and am unable to adopt a dog because of the apartment I live in. I would love to spend some quality time with dogs however, I miss them so much! I’m currently working part time and trying my best to spend all my free time outdoors, I would love a dog companion for my walks! About: I have 2 years of experience plus Im a dog trainer. i have one husky and a cat in my house They both are Friendly. There’s a off leash park just rights beside my appartment and Pickup drop off service available I love spending time with pets and After every 2 hours i take my Pets to park to get socialized in pack of dogs . I have special diet available if needed and Im pretty experienced with pets. Plus I love spending time with any kind of pet breeds rather big or small.

About: I have grown up with cats, dogs, and guinea pigs my entire life! I have two black lab crossed dogs and two cats that I love with all my heart, even though I only get to see them on my visits back to my home town. I also have a bengal cat of my own that I love very much despite her sassy attitude. Family gatherings don’t feel complete until there are half as many pets as there are people. Volunteering at the Pembina Valley Humane Society for two years in high school gave me lots of experience and enough responsibility to see what all goes into caring for the dogs and cats/kittens who were ready for adoption, as well as the confidence to deal with the excitable ones. I have always found it easy to relax around pets and connect with them. I work a full time job during the week but evenings and weekends I have full availability to watch the four legged family members :) My cat is free to wander wherever she would like to go and my dogs back home have a fenced back yard to play in I work a full time job Monday to Friday so my evenings and most weekends are free to take care of your very loved pets! I currently live in an apartment that only allows cats, which I have one. I am not able to take in any pets at this time.

About: I have worked a lot with puppies. In obedience training using positive reinforcement only! I can handle big and small dogs and will make sure my pup gets along with yours before walking them together. However she gets along with most dogs. I spend most of my days making sure my girl has lots of exercise. She LOVES other dogs and is a very submissive playful girl. This is the main reason for my downloading this app. My dog needs friends. Haha! My pup will keep your pup company and there will be lots of trail walks if it’s suits your pup. Whatever your pups needs really. I’m a firm believer in allowing dogs to have “their time” if they want to sniff, they can sniff, or if they want to play or swim. This is their time to find their happy place. Of course with supervision.

About: I was renting a room and my owner have two cats they are so cute i always use to play with them and feed them. When I was in Peterborough I live with a dog which was so cute and I take her for walking. Back home I have dog I use to play with them they need care as well . We have to treat them as a family member. Dogs are the species which is loyal with man kind they are active never make you feel boring and always makes you happy. I love dogs . About: My husband and I have owned dogs for the past 15 plus years together, and our families both owned them for many years growing up. While he would not attend your home with me, I like everyone to know that our entire house is Pet lovers. My soft spot is for seniors, and dogs with varying degrees of health related issues. The ones that nobody wants and the often misunderstood ones. I have cared for a variety of breeds with varrying degrees of health issues. I have extensive experience in administering medications, IV fluids, intramuscular injections, eye drops, nail trims, and more. I have had 2 blind dogs (one of which had both of her eyes removed due to glaucoma), so am very familiar with their sometimes unique challenges. I also have experience caring for dogs with little to no hearing, as well as ones with various levels of behavioral challenges, such as resource/food guarding, stranger/leash aggression, and more. As the owner of Manitoba's ONLY small animal rescue charity, I also have a wealth of knowledge and experience with exotic and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and more! While I love a good puppy cuddle, my heart belongs to the older four (or less!) legged friends, and I would love the opportunity to meet your furry family members. I have an extremely flexible work from home/anywhere schedule with my current job, which allows me the freedom to help provide care for your furry family members. I can work from almost anywhere that has a charging outlet and a wifi connection, which i believe makes me an excellent choice for in your home care, or even a quick wellness visit! I love the idea of coming to your home to care for your pets, as it allows them to continue to feel safe and in a familiar environment. Following their regular routine helps make any time away from mom and dad as stress free as possible. Pets are never left outside unattended, and if you don't have a completely fenced yard, they will always be on a secure leash for potty breaks. If spending overnights in your home, I welcome the pets to share a sleeping space, or crate them as requested. Even if I do things different with my own pets, I want to ensure all of your rules and routines are followed while you are away.
