About: I currently work at a doggy daycare and am in school to become a veterinary assistant, so I have experience caring for all different kinds of dogs and animals! I have 2 dogs of my own, one is a puppy I’m raising, and they are just the sweetest things. I work 1 day a week, so other than that all of my time is free and flexible to work around your schedule and your needs! I promise to take as good of care of your fur babies as I do of my own! I care for them in the comfort of your own home! So they don’t need to get used to a whole different environment. I do daily drop-ins, dog walks, and overnight pet sitting.

I understand that every dog has different needs and energy levels, and I’m happy to provide a calm, comfortable, and caring environment where they can feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. Whether your dog loves active play, relaxing naps, or lots of cuddles and attention, I’ll make sure they feel right at home. I have a fully fenced yard with a park connected right behind my backyard, giving dogs plenty of space for safe outdoor time, play, and walks. It’s a great environment for dogs who enjoy fresh air, exploring, and getting their energy out in a secure area. I also have one small, friendly dog who can help keep your pup company and make them feel more comfortable during their stay. I always make sure pets are introduced carefully and supervised to ensure everyone feels safe, relaxed, and happy. Whether your dog enjoys playing with other dogs or prefers a calmer environment, I’ll do my best to make them feel at home and cared for like family.

About: We’ve always been happiest with a dog in our home. With one of us working from home full-time, we’re able to give visiting dogs steady company throughout the day along with the walks, playtime, and routine they’re used to. After caring for our girl Nora for 17 wonderful years, my husband and I have lived through every stage of a dog’s life and still miss having that energy around. We already look after the pets of friends and family, and we’re excited to welcome a few more furry guests. We tailor each stay to your dog’s usual needs, whether that means long neighbourhood walks, extra exercise, or trips to the dog park. We’re big believers in keeping things consistent for the dogs we watch. If your pup has house rules, feeding schedules, training cues, or favourite spots to nap, we follow them closely so their stay feels familiar and comfortable. We reinforce the habits and boundaries you’ve already worked hard to build. Caring for our own dog through a few medical challenges taught us how to handle medications, mobility needs, and gentle support for older pets. If your dog needs special care or a bit of extra patience, we’re comfortable providing it. During the week, there is always someone at home, and weekends are usually spent together too. If your dog enjoys little outings, we’re happy to bring them along on pet-friendly errands or quiet park trips. If they prefer a slower pace, we’re just as happy to relax on the couch and keep things calm. We’re simply hoping to bring a bit of that tail-wagging joy back into our home and make your dog feel safe and loved while you are away. My husband works from home and I work 20% at home and 80% in office. We are both off evenings and weekends. We have a 17 year old teenager as well who is eager to help out. When it comes to your dog’s safety and comfort, we’re your people. We treat every dog like they’re part of our family—so much so, we’d probably share our snacks with them if they gave us that “sad puppy eyes” look. Hopefully we would make them do a trick first. Our yard is fully fenced, which means no escape artist dogs on our watch! While we love giving dogs the run of the yard, we also recognise that some dogs need to have their own space. If your dog has a special bed, crate, mat that brings them comfort bring it. This ensures they have a place they can feel comfortable in. For success we know following usual routines make your pup feel comfortable and safe as possible. Basically, your dog will be treated like royalty… but with more belly rubs.

About: I am comfortable around dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I’ve dog sat for friends and family friends throughout the years. 16 years ago, I brought a puppy into my family home. From day one, my goal was to make sure he was loved and taken care of. Whether that was by walking him, feeding, or playtime. The same principle applies no matter what animal is under my care. I am very flexible during the month of August throughout the week and weekend. Come September, I’ll be at university during the day, but I would be more than happy to help out on weekends! About: I have only recently begun expanding who's animals I take care of but have been taking care of my personal pets all my life. I have experience with cats, dogs, small mammals and amphibians. I have cared for all ages of pets including newborns and geriatric. I can handle administering medications of different sorts. I have first aid training, human and animal. If you have a specific way of doing things that you'd like continued I am more then happy to do so. My main concern is that your family member is well taken care of whether it be for an hour, a day or several days at a time. I have a schedule that is constantly changing. I am doing a training program come early 2025 so my schedule will be tighter than it is now but I will still try to arrange you to fit in. Keeping your pet safe is a big concern. I always check collars and leashes prior to use to ensure their functionality. I do have a dog who loves playing with others if yours needs a companion.

Whether it’s playing or feeding your dog or cat, cleaning out it’s litter box, heck I’ll even shovel your snow while you’re gone(seriously!) I currently work full time in the south end of the city from 8-430! I have my own vehicle and can get to you within city limits. I currently live in a condo, so having your pet stay with me may not be the best but I am more then happy to take care of yours from an environment they are more comfortable with.

About: My husband and I have owned dogs for the past 15 plus years together, and our families both owned them for many years growing up. While he would not attend your home with me, I like everyone to know that our entire house is Pet lovers. My soft spot is for seniors, and dogs with varying degrees of health related issues. The ones that nobody wants and the often misunderstood ones. I have cared for a variety of breeds with varrying degrees of health issues. I have extensive experience in administering medications, IV fluids, intramuscular injections, eye drops, nail trims, and more. I have had 2 blind dogs (one of which had both of her eyes removed due to glaucoma), so am very familiar with their sometimes unique challenges. I also have experience caring for dogs with little to no hearing, as well as ones with various levels of behavioral challenges, such as resource/food guarding, stranger/leash aggression, and more. As the owner of Manitoba's ONLY small animal rescue charity, I also have a wealth of knowledge and experience with exotic and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and more! While I love a good puppy cuddle, my heart belongs to the older four (or less!) legged friends, and I would love the opportunity to meet your furry family members. I have an extremely flexible work from home/anywhere schedule with my current job, which allows me the freedom to help provide care for your furry family members. I can work from almost anywhere that has a charging outlet and a wifi connection, which i believe makes me an excellent choice for in your home care, or even a quick wellness visit! I love the idea of coming to your home to care for your pets, as it allows them to continue to feel safe and in a familiar environment. Following their regular routine helps make any time away from mom and dad as stress free as possible. Pets are never left outside unattended, and if you don't have a completely fenced yard, they will always be on a secure leash for potty breaks. If spending overnights in your home, I welcome the pets to share a sleeping space, or crate them as requested. Even if I do things different with my own pets, I want to ensure all of your rules and routines are followed while you are away.
