“Courtney and Ryan were very friendly and professional. They responded back quickly when I reached out to them. I enjoyed seeing the photos that they took of my two cats. I will certainly use them again.”

“Carley is doing a wonderful job with daily drop-in visits for our 10 week old puppy. She has quickly bonded with our pup and has been a huge help with our busy schedules. Thank you Carley!”

About: I absolutely love animals, and have previously volunteered with the humane society of Oakville. I have been taking care of dogs for my friends for the past 5 years. Recently I got a rescue that was aggressive and reactive towards people. I know how hard finding a loving and caring and patient home can be. Looking to help other dog owners in the area and have our dog make some new doggo friends. I am fairly active and would love to take your dog on walks or follow whatever routine you have in place. My dog Bailey currently gets a minimum of 1 H walk a day in addition to lots of backyard time. I work from home and have a backyard so walks and outside time are easy. Typically I go on 1 to two walks a day with my dog and your doggo is welcome to join. I have a large fenced yard and an active doggo that loves to be chased and is looking to play. I also have experience with behavior challenged dogs.

About: I’ve spent the last 9 years actively caring for dogs and have grown up with them my entire life. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and temperaments — from energetic puppies to gentle giants. Most of my experience comes from hands-on care with my family's senior dog, who taught me so much about patience, routine, and the extra love older pups need. I have hands-on experience with anxious dogs through caring for my own, and I’m confident in creating a calm, safe space that helps them feel at ease. I’m confident with walks, playtime, feeding, administering medications, and recognizing changes in behaviour. Whether your dog is playful or prefers a slower pace, I’m here to give them the care and attention they deserve. I'm currently a post-secondary student and therefore I’m flexible in finding time to care for and play with your pets! I’m available weekends and have many opportunities during the weekdays to have pet visits! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I make sure their environment is calm, clean, and secure — whether I’m in your home or they’re visiting mine. I follow any specific routines, feeding schedules, and medication instructions you provide, and I always take time to get to know your pet’s personality and needs. I respect your space and your pet’s comfort zone, and I aim to create a stress-free experience for both of you. You can count on clear communication, updates, and lots of love and attention for your furry family member! 🐾

About: Your dog’s (or cat's) new favourite human (besides you!) 🐾 Hi there! I’m an experienced dog walker with several years on Rover and a lifetime of loving animals. I grew up in a lively home full of cats and big dogs (yes, all at once!)—so chaos, fur, and fun are second nature to me. Currently living the quiet country life in beautiful Sparta with my barn cat sidekick, Domino, and my sweet indoor elder cat, Mazey, I get my dog fix by spending quality time with your pup! Whether it's a high-energy stroll, a calm companion walk, or a quiet sit, I bring a calm, confident energy and a whole lot of love. I'm familiar with many breeds and temperaments, and I pride myself on being a kind but assertive pack leader. Your dog’s or cat's safety, happiness, and tail-wagging satisfaction are my top priorities. Let’s hit the trail (or the living room couch), together—your best friend is in great hands! I am currently working casually, so my schedule is wide open during weekdays AND weekends :D I am even available to come twice a day. If needed, just ask! :) I work only within the Rover online/app platform, keep my schedule updated regularly for your convenience, and I will communicate with you in a quick, clear, concise, friendly and professional manner; always! Dependable care, right at home 🏡🐾 Whether your furry friend needs a comforting visit at home or a stroll around the neighbourhood, I’ve got you covered. I’m a respectful, tidy, and responsible house guest—you can trust that your home and your pet will be treated with the utmost care. I’ll follow your pet’s routine just the way you like it, and always approach animals with patience, kindness, and a calm, confident energy. I respect their boundaries while making sure they feel safe, supported, and cared for. Safety is my #1 priority on walks, and I’ll always keep a close eye on your pet’s comfort and well-being. I show up on time, tend to their needs with love and attentiveness, and lock up securely when I leave (including crating if your dog has one)—ideally, you won’t even know I was there (unless you'd like photo updates, of course!). With me, your pet will be in gentle, capable hands—whether you're away for a few hours or a few days.

About: I have experience as a PSW and have assisted in training for service alongside my clients. I also have experience training fosters and adopted family members of all ages into the same homes. At home we have a particularly food driven and curious LabxShepherd. She came to us as a puppy, so I know what it takes to help the young ones become comfortable and loved in their homes as well-mannered and obedient members of the family. I currently work part-time during the school year as a student supervisor. This schedule allows me plenty of time in between the hours that I am at school with the children for walks and play dates, check-ins and short stays. I have a fenced in backyard that would be enormous for a small dog and is an adequate size for a large dog. I have a friendly LabxShepherd who is super playful and will keep your pet busy, and will sometimes have them tired by the end of the day. We have barriers in our home to keep our friends out of unsupervised areas. We also have a large crate available for those who require it. If care is needed in your home, I will do my utmost to adhere to all rules, feeding times, appointments and exercise schedules.

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life ❤️ Over the years, I’ve been lucky to have more than 10 furry friends of my own, and I’ve trained each one with lots of patience and love. Right now, my home is happily shared with Charlie, my sweet little cockapoo, and my daughter’s cockapoo Kobi. I also often care for my other daughter’s golden retriever and Australian shepherd. Now that I’m retired, I honestly can’t think of a better way to spend my days than with dogs. They bring me so much joy, and it’s such a pleasure to give them all the love and attention they deserve while their humans are away. I truly love dogs just as much-if not more!—than people🐾 I’m very comfortable with puppies and have plenty of experience with training basics. Whether your dog is full of energy, a little shy, or just wants a cozy spot to relax, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved, just like part of my family! I’m retired with plenty of free time, so your pup will get tons of love, walks, and snuggles all day long! I’ll be home hanging out with them around the clock, ready to play, cuddle, or just keep them company whenever they need. It’s like having a new furry best friend to share the day with! TOUR: Welcome to my home 🏡 Take a tour of our favourite spots in the house in my photos! A big, cozy space with a fenced yard where your dog can run, play, and feel right at home! I live with two sweet, friendly cockapoos who love making new furry friends, so your pup will have plenty of company and cuddles. We’ll enjoy lovely walks around my quiet neighbourhood and nearby parks; perfect spots for sniffing adventures and fresh air! Your Home🏠 I’m more than happy to come to your place and care for your dog right in their own space. While dog-sitting at your place, I am sure to diligently follow any guidelines or house rules you have; I respect each pup's individual routine! I also offer poop-scooping services as well (meaning: for an optional, additional fee I will pick up all the poop left over from the winter. No judgment, we've all been there lol!). Travel🚗 I can pick up and drop off your pup. I’m happy to travel as far as London, ON; price depending on distance! Bathing 🛁 Need a little extra TLC? I offer brushing and bathing too 🫧 Anything to help your pup feel pampered and you feel at ease!

About: Hi! I am a dedicated dog lover with one well-behaved boy and a mischievous puppy of my own and I know firsthand how tough it can be to find reliable, quality care for your pets - especially with a busy schedule. That’s where I come in! I have experience with dogs of all ages and needs, including puppies, seniors, dogs with disabilities, and administering medications (oral and injections). I’m also familiar with handling reactive dogs on walks. If you’re comfortable with it, I can attach an AirTag to your dog’s collar during their stay and on walks for added security. I have a safe comfortable environment with a fenced-in yard where your dog can play and relax. I am currently interning with a dog trainer which means I can be gone for up to 4 hours at a time during the day. It’s usually only a couple days per week but due to this it’s important to me that your puppy is comfortable being home alone for a few hours. This means your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. Whether I am walking your dog or they are staying with me, your dog becomes part of my family. My house is dog-proofed, no unattended food or clothes that could be thought of as a fun toy. We allow our dogs on the furniture (after they respectfully sit and wait for permission), however, we will respect whatever rules you have in place. Safety is my number one priority which is why I like to have the dogs in my care to be equipped with an apple air tag (promptly removed when your pup is returned to your care) however, if that’s something you’re no comfortable with that’s no problem!

About: I have been looking after my own dogs for about 10 years and love animals. I started to do it just for fun because I love it but now am looking for a little more money in my pocket. I will gladly go to your home to look after your dog or cat and prefer if it is in st. Thomas and close by because I don’t drive. I have my own German shepherd puppy who is 8 months old. I don’t have insurance or animal first aid but I will take really good care of your pet. Please consider me as a pet sitter. I can also stay overnight in your home if you don’t want your dogs being lonely or I can just come in to check on them. I am very flexible

About: I have over 3 years of professional experience working with dogs of all sizes, needs, and personalities. From dog walking, daycare, sitting, and even training, I’ve have done a bit of everything. I’m well versed in dog behaviour and treat them as individuals with their own needs. Whatever pets you have they’ll be well taken care of with me. I started my professional work as an animal caretaker at 17 when I did a co-op at a dog boarding and daycare facility. I started my day with walking 15-30 dogs, then I did pool activities and one on one time, and finally I cleaned the kennels and runs. I also occasionally helped with playgroups and feedings. At 18 I started working for a pet store where I had experience with all kinds of animals and learned a whole lot about dogs physical and mental needs. Anywhere from nutrition, safe foods, toys and treats, mental stimulation, and dog behaviour. At 19 I started working at a doggie day care and was working with 25-30 dogs in one small room alone. I learned almost everything I know about dog behaviour and how they work/think. I completed multiple training courses where I was taught about medical issues like diseases and injuries and how to treat them. I also learned what not to do and what things don’t work. I had a lot of experience with reading signals to know what they’re feeling which is really helpful when meeting a new dog. I can also handle reactive, shy, or nervous dogs, I know how to keep calm and adjust to the given situation while keeping everyone safe. Please ask for any more information about my experiences if needed, I’m more than happy to share! I have an entirely open schedule, I can work around my other needs. I have adequate means of transportation. I can work late or early and for short or long hours. I always respect people’s spaces and rules or routines set in place. I am neat and attentive, and detail oriented. Most of all I am passionate about taking care of not only your pets but your home and belongings. I love to send any updates I can.

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, always taking responsibility for their care and needs. My cat, Jiggyman (I know weird) is 16 years old and has been the best cat I could ask for. I love my pets and I miss being around animals, I am happiest when I see a pet! I am currently working virtually, so I am available all day for pet boarding. I can also take breaks from work to walk pets, and I am free after 4pm most days to walk dogs. My schedule does not change and I am free on weekends. I am home all day to care for and hangout with your pet. I love talking to them and taking them for walks, making sure they are very happy. I am also happiest around animals and I can't wait to get one of my own! For now, I think caring for other pets is exactly what I need.
