“This was our second time using Brena, and she did not disappoint! Our home was clean and our pets were clearly well cared for. Brena is an excellent pet sitter. She is great at communicating and sharing pictures. It is nice to know we can travel without worry. I am so happy I found her, and will be using her again in the near future. Thank you, Brena!”

“I think Ashley did exactly what I asked of her. And what more can you ask for?? I know my 3 big dogs are a lot and my one dog is very skittish of new people but he took to her, accepted her and cuddled with her. My regular sitter was unavailable so I tried Rover for the first time. I would hire her again if the need arose.”

About: I live on University Crescent in a very pet friendly building. It is a student and family friendly area. I have two adult female cats, a Himalayan and a Siamese. I also have a Siberian Forest tomcat. I also run a Cleaning Service called Wagsnrags that I can talk with you about as well. If you book me for cat or dog services I will give you reduced rates for cleaning. I am available during the day or evening. I enjoy giving personal attention to others’ pets and love living with my cats. I can consider overnight housesitting for one night stays. I may be able to house sit shortly and for now I am preparing for that day. Any pet I house sit will need to be comfortable with 3 laid back adult cats.

“This was our second time having Amber stay in our home with Trixie and, again, smooth as silk. Amber is very caring and thoughtful and takes such good care of our pup and home. We travel quite a bit so will be looking to book again and again with Amber.”

“Ruth was absolutely fantastic. Our dog Khloe LOVED her 4 days with her. She went above and beyond to give Khloe a vacation of her own. Between walks and socialization, Khloe was very well taken care of. We were provided with photos and updates and communication was great. We couldn’t recommend her enough! Our dog was very sad to see her go!”

About: Hey there, fellow pet parents! I'm a lifelong animal lover located in Winnipeg who's willing to travel to house sit for the right opportunity, and I'm thrilled to offer dedicated, in-home care for your beloved cats and dogs. Growing up, my home was always filled with the joyful presence of both dogs and cat, giving me years of hands-on experience understanding their unique needs and personalities. My own household is currently run by my two wonderful cats, and my bond with my fur baby, Yoko, runs so deep I have her tattooed on my arm! I also regularly took in my mom's dog Chloe when she was away for work and cared for her like my own, even as she began to decline from a cancerous tumor. We enjoyed many play sessions, walks and cuddles over her years on earth. Additionally I've taken in stray cats roaming my neighborhood and given them a temporary safe place and care. I understand that pets thrive on routine and comfort, and staying in their own territory reduces stress and anxiety for them. I don't just "watch" pets; I connect with them, cuddle them, and ensure they feel secure, loved, and happy while you're away. Under my care, you'll receive regular updates, including photos / video, to give you peace of mind while you're away. I have experience with walking, playing, feeding, administering oral medications and providing regular groomings, as well as upkeep of the animals and homes. I'm excited to meet you and explore how I can care for your fur babies and home while you're away! I have a decently flexible schedule, as I am self employed. I will require a good internet connection for house sitting to be able to work remotely. I prefer house-sitting for a duration of a week, and as an outdoor enthusiast who lives in the city, I would prefer opportunities that get me out of the city and into nature! My priority when caring for your pets in your home is their safety, comfort, and happiness, all while respecting and securing your property. Before Your Departure: During our Meet & Greet, we'll thoroughly review your pets' routines, needs (food, medication, exercise), and any special instructions or anxieties. We'll also establish clear emergency protocols, including vet contacts, and discuss secure home access. I'll do a walkthrough to identify any potential hazards and ensure the environment is pet-proofed to your specifications. During the Stay: I follow all established routines as closely as possible for feeding, medication, and exercise to minimize stress for your pets. For dogs, all walks are on-leash, with safety checks and adjustments made for weather conditions. If you'd like outdoor time for your kitties, cats are always carefully watched while outside on a harness and leash. I am highly vigilant about preventing escapes, always securing doors and gates. I regularly monitor the home environment for anything unusual. I'm committed to maintaining clean litter boxes for cats and promptly cleaning any accidents from either cats or dogs, ensuring a clean and hygienic space. Your home will be treated with the utmost respect, always secured upon entry and exit.

About: Hello! My name is Hadas and I am a dedicated pet sitter and dog walker based in Winnipeg. I am 26 years old and work full time from home during the week so my schedule is flexible. I have a passion for caring for animals, and I specialize in providing services for both cats and dogs. I am a big animal lover. I currently have three cats (one senior) and have experience with puppies and senior dogs. 🐶🐈⬛ I currently work home full time Monday to Friday 8-4:30. I am always home during the weekends as well. I have a very flexible schedule and can be with your pet all the time and give it all of the love and attention they need and deserve. My home is a very clean, organized and safe place. I have three cats who love dogs. Two of them are four years old and the other one is 11. They are all in great health condition, are fixed and have all their vaccines. We recently had our senior dog pass away and they all got along great. As long as your dog is cat friendly there won’t be an issue.

“I came home to a very happy kitten. I was nervous to leave her so long. So I asked for not too much info. Holly just let me know all was good so I don't know details. But my kitten seemd healthy and playful and cuddly when I returned and the place tidy. She was as Holly said in "good hands."”

“Alyssa took wonderful care of our dog and home! She was communicative from start to finish, sending lots of photo and text updates so we always knew how things were going. In addition, Alyssa kept our house in perfect condition; we returned to find everything tidy and exactly as we left it. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will definitely book her again. Highly recommended. Thanks Alyssa!!”

About: My name is Julia and I have been dog and cat sitting for over 7 years and have owned multiple pets. I love animals, and have a chihuahua, papillon and husky! My husky is 2 years old and we’re always out for walks, playing at the park and training. I am always mindful of space, mood and boundaries when interacting with any animal I am caring for. I have been a pet sitter for the past 7 years because I love meeting new animals and genuinely enjoy being around & caring for them. I would love to meet you and your pet (even though they really are family)! I am currently a full time online student - so my schedule is pretty flexible. I am mostly at home during the day, and don’t have to leave for extended periods of time. I am always mindful of gates and fences / doors when letting animals outside. Making sure that doors and gates are closed as well as any escape holes covered. I am checking on the animals periodically throughout the day. I typically crate my large dog at bed time and let the two little ones sleep in bed with me.

About: Dogs are my life ♥️ I’ve worked professionally with dogs for over 13 years, but I’ve been dog obsessed since I was a little kid and have never been without a dog (or two or three) in my life. I currently own three very loved and very spoiled dogs, and I promise that your dog will be loved and cared for like they were one of my own 🐾 My schedule and availability is flexible, so we can find the perfect day and time that will work best for you and your dog(s) ! Sometimes life is busy, and there just aren’t enough hours in the day, so having someone stop by and let the dogs out for a bathroom break, feed them, give them medication, or take them for a walk is needed. I’m here to help with any and all of those things and will care for your dog(s) as if they were my own ♥️

“I can't say enough wonderful things about Rebecca. She loved on our dogs while we were away just like I would. Sent photos and videos, and was just so dang sweet and lovely. Your pets are in SUCH good care with her.”

I especially love looking after cats because I have two of my own. I work Monday to Friday 9 to 5 but can accommodate evenings and weekends. I am also available on my days off for overnight care. I learned the ins and outs of animal care from a young age so I am well prepared to care for your pets! I've cared for dogs and cats my whole life so I'm used to animals with different personalities.

About: I care for every dog like they’re my own. I have experience training puppies with patience and consistency and I’m gentle and attentive with senior dogs. Whether your dog needs exercise play or just a calm presence I adjust to their needs and make sure they feel safe and happy every time we’re together. I work from home which gives me the flexibility to care for and walk pets throughout the day. I use my breaks and lunch to give dogs the attention and exercise they need whether it’s a quick walk or playtime. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine and something I genuinely enjoy doing. At my home pets have a clean safe space to relax and play with plenty of attention throughout the day. I have a friendly dog of my own so your pup will have a built-in companion if they enjoy socializing. I keep a calm and structured environment and follow your dog’s routine closely from feeding to walks to downtime. If I’m caring for your pet in your home I treat it with respect and make sure your pet feels secure and comfortable in their own space. I always stay in touch with updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

About: I've trained dogs in multiple disciplines from the age of 14 on, lived with them for 19 years and I have now gained 6 years additional experience in the sport of dog sledding, I have 17 dogs of my own (your animal will not be with the pack unless permissionis given) and I have handled multiple hundred dogs in my life already :) Dogs are my passion and I love and care for them to my best ability, providing them with the best nutrition, balanced stimulation (mental and physical exercise) and the natural amount of recoup and rest time as well as top notch medical care and a lot of hugs and kisses :) I work from home and I have a very flexible schedule. My current pets and I go for 2 walks a day, before and after my tasks and multiple pee breaks in between. While your dog is here, their safety and well-being is my number one priority! They will have access to water 24/7 and I will feed them as often as they are used to it. The animal will always be supervised and I can attend to all needs with expertise.

About: I have in-total 5 Yorkshire Terriers back in my country since I was 7 years old. (I grew up with them and slept with them). I took care of them (bath, groom, feed, medication administration, walk, play) I was the handler when they went to dog show, I trained them by myself since they were a puppy. I have experience in grooming (advanced for Yorkshire terrier), walking the dog (small and medium dog particularly), training (basic commands), and taking care of senior or sick dogs, Since I moved to Canada, I have been taking care of my friends' dogs and cats whenever they need a sitter. In addition to my experience with dogs, I have experience caring for kittens, cats and senior cats. My passion for animals has led me to volunteer for pet-related jobs. I volunteered at WHS to take care of the cats there. If there had been a position for caring for dogs, I would have taken it in a heartbeat since I have more experience with dogs. However, there were no available positions so it was unfortunate but the opportunity helped me to showcase my skills in interacting with cats. It is very easy for me to get along with animals whether it be dogs or cats, I love to interact with all of them. I'm currently available most days of the week after 11 am, however, I would love to work out a schedule that works the best for you and your dogs! My home have a fenced small yard and unfenced big yard. The small yard is big enough for small-medium dogs to run around. I will let the owner to choose what is best for their dogs.

“my boyfriend and I got a little (lol) Bernese Moutaimn dog puppy and needed someone to board for a few days while we were moving. Aspen was in a little fenced area (that we brought) while they were inside house and he got a lot of playtime with Nate. They took Aspen on cute walks to the lakes and let him have first great social interactions with adult dogs. His dogs are super friendly and great puppy trainer 😍 We already had used Nates service again and would definitely book him anytime 😊”

Christelaine G.
“She is the only person my cat and dog love from the first meeting (they are very shy and afraid of strangers since they have past trauma with previous owner). She went above and beyond. She brought my cat to the vet when I was away, and stayed with him for the whole 3 days, despite of her busy university schedule. She always updated me with their pictures and videos. When she left, both my furry friends were so sad (my dog howled for 15 mins). She would always be my 1st person whenever I need help with my furry friends :)”
