About: I’ve been taking care of pet from my childhood at home and being a pet lover i make it my profession so for almost three years im working as an pet sitter Im currently working part time so Ive plenty of time plus i just love to play with dogs so I’ll do anything to play with them If you have an athletic or active dog, we are the hosts for you!!! Trips to parks (on and off leash), running the trails, and swimming in a Lake will happen every day. If your dog is less active, we can bring our activity level to where your dog is most happy and comfortable.
“Amazing! This was my dogs first time being watched by someone new and Ruth was amazing with him. She took him for many walks and kept me updated with lots of pictures. I didn’t have to worry at all for the entire weekend my dog was at Ruth. I would highly recommend her for dog boarding and walking!”

With my experience in fostering & the classes I’ve taken I have a lot of experience in all sorts of the training potty training, kennel training basic skills and leash skills. I am in and out of the home as I am checking on clients animals . I am in University doing some online classes also this summer. So that gives me a lot of time to give your animals the best care and attention they deserve! I want to ensure that they are safe in my hands making sure they are always leashed leaving the house. I also will make sure there is nothing dangerous left out they can get into. I also have dog cameras in my home if I quickly have to run out of the house.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Regina
We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog receives from Rebecca! She is incredibly dependable, reliable, and gives us complete peace of mind whenever we’re away. It’s obvious how comfortable and well cared for our dog feels with her—he gets so excited to see Rebecca and makes himself completely at home. Knowing he’s happy and in such good hands makes leaving town so much easier for us. We truly appreciate the love and attention Rebecca gives him and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.

Alyssa was amazing! I was so nervous to meet & greet with her as our one pug can be nippy at new people. We arrived at her house and our pug’s tail was wagging so much! We booked her for one day and our fur babies were well treated. They loved her deck & fenced backyard! Will definitely rebook with her again!!

Shavon was a dream to work with! Usually friends watch our dog, but were unable to. Shavon eased all our nerves before, and kept in frequent contact during the stay. Her home was inviting and set up to accommodate dogs. Our kids lived seeing the daily picture updates of their beloved pupper. 10/10 would recommend!

Kimberly was great! She was so sweet with Lizzy when we had our meet & greet. Lizzy felt comfortable with her instantly. She was so flexible with my pick up schedule and she provided daily updates with pictures and videos throughout Lizzy’s stay! Lizzy was well taken care of!

Tannis very clearly loves dogs and is committed to making sure they are happy and well cared for. She is a thoughtful and responsive communicator, which helped to put me at ease with the entire process. Tannis was able to accommodate a meet and greet with my dog on short notice before her stay, and then communicated well through my dog’s stay. I would absolutely recommend her.

Diana was so great with my 4 month old puppy. She was patient, calm, and genuinely caring, which made me feel really comfortable leaving her. Her own dog is also amazing and so good with other dogs, which really helped my puppy settle in and feel at ease. I picked up a very happy pup and wouldn’t hesitate to have Diana watch her again. Highly recommend.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
