“Georgia kept us updated on Daisy while we were away. It was so convenient to have someone stay in our home to take care of our dog. We were very happy with Georgia’s service!”
2. Emma H.
“We made a last minute decision to leave our pup Ragnar at home for a day while we were away. Emma agreed to house sit on a short notice. She did a great job taking care of our pup. She took him to the Ravine and the dog park to make sure he was all tired out. He was a happy puppy with her and enjoyed being with her. She is great with big breed dogs and I would definitely recommend Emma to take real good care of anyone’s puppy.”
3. Talia P.
“Talia is amazing. Duke enjoyed his time with her and has a new buddy Finn. She sent us lots of pictures of all of them on theirs walking adventures and cuddles in the house. We will definitely be using her again! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter for their pet!”
4. Richard G.
“Richard was awesome! He came to meet our boys, twice, prior to our vacation. He kept us updated daily and provided photos and videos of the boys, which was amazing to see! The house and yard were kept clean and tidy. It was such a relief for us to have Richard at our house and with boys. Our boys have had some negative results at kennels as they get so lonely and frightened not being at home and spending time with someone. It was amazing how great the boys were when we got home. Richard even left us a note on how the week went. I highly recommend using Richard and the Rover program. THANKS TO YOU RICHARD!! From Mark.”
5. Carlene G.
“I am happy to recommend Carlene as a house and pet sitter. We were away for 10 days in February, and living in rural Prince Edward Island, our winters can be rough with blizzards and, on occasion, days-long power outages. Carlene’s calm manner and background as a wilderness guide made me feel completely confident that she could deal with anything should it arise. We left her with two dogs and two cats. One of the dogs, Ruthie, was recovering from a health problem and required medication and a special diet. Ruthie loves her food and especially the food of the other dog, who is a picky eater, so Carlene had to manage that situation. The dogs are both young and active and Carlene took them on daily hikes. Judging by photos of them curled up cuddling on either side of Carlene, they were kept tired and happy. As an unexpected bonus, we arrived home to a sparkling clean house, with thriving plants, a freshly made bed, a note detailing their adventures, and even a delicious soup ready for our dinner. Carlene is a lovely and interesting person with an obvious love of animals and nature. I always find it nerve-wracking to plan our animals’ care when we go away and am so glad to have found her. I would not hesitate to ask Carlene to house and petsit another time, knowing that I could enjoy myself without worry.”
