Joao - Growing up in Portugal, I've had a lot of pets in my lifetime including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, chinchillas, hedgehogs and fish. I especially love dogs. I trained my current dog to sit and lie down using hand signals without any professional help. Recently, we've expanded our services to include dog-sitting in the comfort of our neighbors’ homes. We can administer medication and tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each dog/cat. We maintain the pet's usual routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, and playtime. We love to spend quality time with our new furry friends and provide regular updates to the owner through texts or photos, keeping them informed about how their pet is doing.

About: I have had 4-legged animals for most of my life. I also know CPR for Animals and I am certified and have a Nursing Background. . . I am currently retired. I have had dogs and cats almost my entire life. I have a nursing background and I’ve also taken CPR for dogs and cats. I love animals and now that I have more time off I find myself looking after my friends and neighbour's dogs. Up until just a few weeks ago when I lost my little girl… I find I have way too much time on my hands and really miss four-legged companions. Warning… I will treat your babies like I treat my own. They will be loved, pampered and cared for. I will respect your wishes if there are certain things you don’t want them to have or if you’re trying to train them I will follow your instructions on what you want for them. But I hope you’re not going to mind when I spoil them just a little bit. I was also involved in the SPCA in the lower mainland and help them out when they needed someone. I have a fenced yard. I’m not too far from Mutrie Park. Depending on the Pet parents whether they would like me to come to them or if they’re fine with them staying with me. When they’re here, they have full range of the house which is pet proof….

About: Hello ! My name is Kathleen, I'm 35years old and would love to give you a hand with your pets. I absolutely love dogs. I used to have 5 huskey's growing up living at my moms house. I have a 4 year old chocolate lab and I also look after my mom's dog whenever she travels. I am a morning person so I wouldn't have a problem with waking up early to walk your dog. I would love to help out busy dog owners and your dog will be taken good care of. I hope to hear from you. Thank you ! I have a lot of free time at the moment so I can be flexible! I wake up pretty early and I am available week days and week-ends! While I don’t have a fenced yard, I always supervise outdoor play closely and make sure pets stay safe. I take dogs on at least three walks a day and love going to the nearby dog park for exercise and social time. Your dog will be well cared for and never left unattended outside.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs, and since I became an adult, I have provided pet sitting services for many friends and coworkers. I can provide a long list of references, including both a veterinarian and a vet tech. I work a flexible job that allows me to work from my home or yours. I can take breaks as needed to ensure your pet gets frequent pee breaks, and lots of snuggles and playtime (if that’s their thing, I’d also love it if they just want to chill out and watch me type away at my laptop). Pets are good company! I am not able to care for pets in my own home at this time, so I will come to you! I am a vigilant and reliable caretaker.

About: Dogs have always been part of my life. I grew up always with many animals in the house and have been dog & cat sitting and walking for family and friends for many years, and now on rover since 2022. I have experience administering medications to dogs & cats (except for by needle) and am Pet First Aid certified. I have also taken a beginner dog obedience/training course and have volunteer experience with large amounts of dogs in an animal rescue/refuge center. I was recently a student using rover to make some money while away at school and while missing my dogs at home, and now am a (partially) self-employed permaculture farmer and educator, and my love of dogs allows me to happily use rover on the side for additional income. I have always lived with pets as members of the family, and I continue to see them as such to this day. If you trust me with your pet they will be in the hands of someone who gives them upmost care, attention, and love.

About: Just lost my 18 year old teacup yorkie to old age and missing furry companionship but don’t want to commit to another 18 years yet I work in the evening Friday and Thursday and Saturday dayshifts I work evenings caring for a lady with dementia as well but dogs are welcome there and the 92 year old loves dog visits ! Makes her happy! I have a fenced yard but would be taking your pet out on leash walks and loving them and my daughter loves dogs as well
