About: I have experience working with all kinds of animals from dogs, cats, bunnies, reptiles, hedgehogs and even big animals too. I worked as a small animal veterinary technician as well as a dog rehabilitative carer to help them transition into adoption and foster care after coming from hard and difficult lives. I absolutely love and am passionate about animals and would be so excited to help you out! I work 10-5 from Sunday to Thursday most days, so sometimes it is hard for me to get away from work within that time range, however I am completely flexible otherwise and can even leave work during my lunch to do a quick drop in! I care for them as if they are my own but also respect each owner’s preferences when it comes to the care of their animal. I will pet them, love them and care for them like they are mine- which means taking time for them, being patient, and loving them. I also follow whatever regimen or structures the owners have set in place!
About: I've taken care of and been around animals since I was 5. I have gained experience taking care of dogs, cats and even guinea pigs taking care of neighbors and friends pets since I was 10, working at a farm (which had dogs and cats as well as plenty of other animals) for the summer of 2026, and as an equestrian vaulting athlete spending time on a farm with animals since I was 5. I love animals and will make sure your furry friends are kept healthy, happy and comfortable while you are away! I am currently a university student which means I have a very flexible schedule and will always be able to make time for your pets needs and wants! I have a car making transportation to your pet and with your pet easy if necessary. I'm also a very active person so I'm happy to go on walks, hikes or runs with your dog. My flexible schedule makes it easy for me to reliably commit to taking care of your pets at any time of day, staying over night and anything else needed. While I am not able to accept pets into my home at the moment (due to my renting situation) I am able to meet you and your pets wherever you are!

Lauren was incredible with our cats and our place. Lauren came by for a visit to meet us and the cats and they immediately took to her, which is not always easy for our shy cats. Lauren has a really great calm energy that our cats loved 🥰 Lauren watched our two cats for three nights of drop-in visits and gave one of our cats medication.
