About: I grew up in a neighbourhood full of friendly people and dogs. I would dogsit or house quite often. They relied on me to keep their pet and home safe. I would take them for walks down to the park, play in the backyard, and just general hangout time. I am currently taking classes at Selkirk during the day and unemployed so I have a very flexible schedule for pet care and happy to make things work :) I am very comfortable taking care of dogs and cats and am happy to provide them with whatever specific care needs you would like :)

About: When I was 8, I got my first kitty and named him Mr. Jaguar -- that's me and him in the vintage pic! I've cared for cats of all ages over the course of my life. Most recently I've looked after senior cats, as well as cats with higher maintenance (particular diets, playtime, attention needs). I am currently unable to accommodate boarding for dogs, and I can only care for one dog at a time (applies to house-sitting and visits) -- multiple cats is ok for house-sitting and visits, but can only board one at a time👌 My schedule is flexible and varied. While more notice is better, please feel free to reach out for short-notice bookings; I'll let you know if I'm available! I have room for you kitty to be catered to. No other pets will disturb them, and they're sure to get lots of attention in a safe environment 😊

About: I have house sit, dog sit, chicken sit, and cat sit, in a variety of homes, even more remote homes where snow plowing was required. I work a flexible schedule. Hybrid remote office worker. I work Monday thru Thursday, but live within a few blocks of my place of work Located near the Columbia River with a fenced yard and no other permanent pets at my home, lots of room to play and run around the yard and trails.

About: I've spent 3 weeks house sitting a rescue dog and cat in Christchurch, New Zealand plus many other weekends house sitting various pets. I have also fostered dogs including puppies for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. I'm currently off work for the shoulder season until December. During winter I will be working part time hours as a breakfast server and skiing other days meaning I will be around evenings every day. I care for pets as if they are my own. I love dogs and am quick to make genuine connections with them. I give them a lot of love and enjoy the companionship they give.

About: Growing up with many different types of pets, I've got a variety of pet care experience, including with cats, dogs, reptiles, and birds. I now have a sweet and chaotic rescue husky/shepard named Judy. I adopted and lived with two male cats for years, who now live with my sister full time. Working with wildlife has allowed me to become very attentive to specialized animals needs. If animals in my care are safe and happy, I'm happy. I'm currently working Monday to Thursday, and am therefore able to provide care Friday to Sunday any time, and on weekday evenings. I love an early morning, so happy to come by any time on my weekends! I believe quality time is so important with animals, so playtime is a must. I love to go on long walks, or whatever fits your pets ability level! In my own home, I've made sure it's pet-safe as my own pup is a sneaky snack stealer and loves to make anything a toy. I take it upon myself to incorporate training into my dogs daily life to keep her safe, interested, and mentally stimulated. I'm a sucker, and she loves her couch and bed snuggles, but I am happy to follow whatever rules you have for your own pets.

About: I had the pleasure of growing up on a farm in rural Alberta helping to care for many cats and other animals. Eight years ago I relocated to BC and have had the joys of cat ownership, as well fostering through the local SPCA. I absolutely am a crazy cat lady and will take exceptional care of your kitties! I work as an RN and can do some basic med administration. I occasionally do shift work so would not be taking pet sits during long stretches of work. I am very flexible with my time and can prioritize a pet routine in well around the few activities and home-bodying that I normally do! I am able to care for cats in your home or my home. About: I work from home and I have lots of love to give! I’ve owned dogs and cats in the past, but currently do not have any animals of my own. I have a lot of time and energy to spend with your fur baby. I love going for long walks too. I live in town. My house is empty, there are no other pets at the moment. Many animals who come stay with me are very relaxed in my quiet house.

About: At my home I have grown up with animals and helped care for many farm and pet animals. I have been a house sitter for years in my home town and have been trusted to care for Horses,dogs,cats,chickens, and goats even. I have a bit of exsperience with reactive dogs too. I’m in school full time but have lots of random times during the day and in evening to Cheak on pets or take them for a walk. Sometimes to exam might not have time but overall flexible. I ideally would like to stay as close as possible to UBCO but could be flexible I love spending time with animals. I have a car and am willing to drive and pick up the pets and take them for walks. or right from the door step ;)
