4. Sarah G.
About: Over 10 years of pet experience with family and friends from helping out with daily walks and also longer stays up to two weeks with family pets. I like to take dogs on the East Coast Trail or if they need off leash time to a big empty field where they can run around (as long as you’re comfortable with your dog’s recall). From looking out for animals of friends and families I’ve learned how big of a responsibility our furry friends are and would love to be of service in case life is getting too busy to help make sure your puppers is still getting their walk or even to take them for a few days so you can have some well deserved time off without having to worry about your dog ♥️ Available for stays on weekends and walks during the week at any time of day. Also available to pick up the dogs in a vehicle to take them somewhere like the East Coast Trail for longer hikes. You can expect your pets to have there paws cleaned after their walk to prevent salt, dirt, and other things from tracking through your home.

5. Hallie M.
“Hallie is a lover of all animals and a wonderful person all around. She’s the type of person who won’t walk past a dog (or any animal) without saying “hello!”. Hallie has been a been a good friend of mine for many years and my go-to person to look after my senior dog, Shya. She’s reliable, trustworthy and kindhearted! If you’re looking for someone to care for your pet, Hallie won’t disappoint. I can guarantee she’ll treat and love your pet as one of her own.”

6. Deanna S.
About: I have had pets my entire life-growing up I had 2 dogs, 3 cats, hamsters, ferrets, and birds. I have spent a lot time with farm animals and exotic pets-I am an animal lover all around and so are my family. Now, as an adult with my own home, I have a dog, a cat (who crossed the rainbow bridge May 2024) and 2 rabbits. I LOVE animals and understand the importance of someone trust worthy and kind taking care of your furry family member. I have taken care of family and friend’s pets many times which includes caring for dogs, cats, fish, ferrets, and rabbits. I also have experience administering medication and giving insulin needles. I am not a professional dog trainer but I have a West German working line German Shepherd and I understand the fundamentals of training and am comfortable carrying out training with your pet in your absence. I’m currently working full time but I am working from home and work a 8AM-4PM schedule. I have a dog and 2 rabbits so any pet would need to be friendly with at least other dogs. My rabbits are downstairs and are secured with a baby gate and closed door so a pet who is friendly with rabbits is not a must as they would not be exposed to them. My dog is also fully vaccinated and spayed. My dog usually does well with other dogs as long there is a proper introduction first and she loves people. She is fully vaccinated and spayed. When it comes to cats, she grew up with a cat who she loved (he has since passed away) and she spends a lot of time with my parent’s cat. She mostly keeps her distance from cats as she is afraid of them. I also have a fully fenced in back yard and live minutes away from a dog park and walking trails.

7. Kathleen C.

“We were a bit anxious to leave our boys with a new sitter after having the same sitter for the last 3.5 years, but it turns out we had nothing to worry about! Kathleen was very responsive, sent us pictures and videos of our boys often, listened to instructions, and gave our doggos lots of love and care. We liked her so much we are having her back again later this week!”

8. Samiat A.
About: Recently I had two cats that reproduced ten kittens over a period of 22 months, and I took care of them. I created a place for the cats and a separate place for the kittens. I constantly check on them for any injuries or scratches and behavioral changes in eating or playing. I also engaged in regularly trimming their nails, having their bath, giving them full attention, washing their plate, and cleaning their eating space and the environment. I always look out for any sharp object that could cause harm to them, regularly scooping their litter box and giving them special meals to reward them.I also took them for their regular check up. I'm a college student, not working at the moment and I will have enough time to spend with your pet. Always available 8pm for overnight stay and spend short hours in the morning in somedays. If you could let me know earlier incase of any additional hours needed. I will prefer spending the night in my client Home. I will ensure pet safety and wellness in owners absence.Removing items that could cause harm to pets.Exersice animal regularly with walks and rigorous play activities.I also show care for sick or injured pet by notifying the owner. I always give animals attention to promote a secure environment in the owner's absence and following pet care instruction for dietary needs and medications. I have passion for animals.

12. Elena K.

“This was my first time using Rover but it will definitely not be my last. I was a little nervous leaving my pup with a stranger however I had friend use the app and told me about training/background checks. I had family visiting from out of town & wanted to spend the evening with them but my pup was spayed last week so didn’t want to leave her alone and wanted for her to stay at our home. The communication prior with Elena was excellent. As soon as I met her, I knew my pup was in the best hands & was instantly reassured. My pup is a pretty good judge of character & it was obvious she picked up on Elena’s calm presence. Elena sent me pics & updates. I can’t thank Elena enough!! Highly highly recommend.....I’ve already recommended her to friends & will be using her again!! Thank you!! Kelly & Mya ?”
