This was our second time booking with Jalaina and once again she was amazing. Unfortunately, our senior dog became very ill early into our trip and she handled an incredibly difficult situation with so much care and compassion. She did everything she could to help our girl, coordinated with a friend to get her to the vet and kept supporting both our dog and us until I was able to get home. We’re truly grateful for her kindness, communication and dedication during such a hard time.

We recently used Jalaina for the first time, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This was our first time trusting someone outside of family to care for our two senior dogs, both require a bit of extra attention and she exceeded all expectations. From the moment we met her, we felt at ease. She kept us updated with messages and photos and it was clear that our pups were not only well cared for, but genuinely comfortable and happy in her presence. It's such a relief to know that we now have someone we can truly trust. We cannot recommend her highly enough, thank you so much for treating our dogs like your own!
