I currently work a part time job Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. I’m available for walking services most afternoons, evenings, and on weekends. For house sitting, I can stay at the home full time outside of my work hours, and depending on the location, I’m happy to stop by midday as well! Pet care fits into my routine because I genuinely enjoy it, and I make it a point to be as flexible and reliable as possible for each pet’s needs.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their usual routine so they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away! I make sure they’re fed on schedule, get plenty of playtime, walks, and I also make sure their space stays clean and that they’re getting the love and attention they’re used to. Every pet is different, so I always follow any specific instructions to keep them happy and stress-free!

It’s important for me to know each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs they might have. I like to ask about things like feeding schedules, any quirks or behaviors to watch for, what they enjoy (or don’t), and how they do around other animals or people. If there are any health concerns, allergies, or medications, that’s definitely helpful to know too. The more I know, the better I can care for them and keep things as stress-free and comfortable as possible!
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and engaged, so activities always depend on what they enjoy! For dogs, that might mean walks, playtime with their favorite toys, or some backyard fetch. For cats, I always try to match their energy and personality whether they’re active and playful or more calm and lowkey!

I started dog sitting at the age of 11 for family members, and now I’ve been caring for pets for others for the past 12 years and I absolutely love it! I know how much pets mean to their families, so I always show up with the same care and attention I’d want for my own! I’m reliable, attentive, and always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away!

Autumn is the best. She takes such good care of our girlies and they love her. I actually think they get a little depressed when she leaves because they have so much fun with her. She also does a great job looking after our home while we’re away. We are so lucky to have her!
Autumn did an amazing job walking my high energy sheepadoodle while I was on vacation. She took him for two one hour walks a day for 12 days, which I know is a lot of work. He was happy to cuddle my mom after his walks which made looking after him easier for her. Autumn sent lots of pictures and updates while she was on her walks. She has a great personality and is a pleasure to deal with. My dog loves her. I decided to get her to continue walking my dog when I got back because she is such a great help and my dogs loves going for walks with her. I definitely recommend her.
