About: I've had my dog, Sus, for 10 years (he's 11); my puppy, Rex, for 11 months (he's 13 months); I have a Psyc degree from TRU from 2015 and I am upgrading Psyc from another university. I have some nursing education which allows me to understand people and animals from a gentle, questioning perspective. I got my two dogs to get me out of the house and socialize with others. I love interacting with new dogs/cats/etc to study their behavior and engage in play. I can and will care for your pet in any way you request or require (within reason - to be discussed). I prefer to be positive-only reinforcement.

About: My family and friends have always owned dogs while i was growing up, and to this day. I have helped walk, feed, and take them to the vet if need be. I enjoy helping maintain the health and happiness of any dog that may come my way. I work full time Monday to Friday on an afternoon shift. Working the afternoon shift gives me plenty of time to get 2-3 walks in every morning. I currently do not own dogs. I own two cats, though, Zee and Oz. I have had Zee for 6 years and Oz for about 3. I feed them twice a day, soft and dry food. Let them out on my patio (they don't leave the patio). I also take them outside and let them run around on the grass while they have a leash on every once and awhile. When at a clients home i waste no time doing what needs to be done. From cleaning the liter box, managing their food/water, taking dogs for a walk, throwing a ball in the back yard, and cleaning up accidents that may occur. I have my level 3 first-aid (for people), this is a two week course on a wide range of emergency situations and how to deal with them. I feel this translates well in an emergency situation, if one was to ever occur. I am quite healthy and in shape. This helps me match your dogs energy if need be, and try to tire them out. This also helps me maintain control over larger dogs on leash without hurting myself or them.

“Elizabeth took amazing care of our dog while we were away! It was our first time using the app and after having Elizabeth take care of our fur baby, we would use her again anytime! Exceptional service!”

“Kevin was such a help to us when I was too pregnant to get our dog the exercise he needs! Our dog was initially shy but warmed up to Kevin and I could tell he looked forward to their walks together. Would definitely hire him again!”

About: I have a solid background in pet care from living on a farm, where I gained extensive experience with various animals. Currently, I am the proud owner of two weiner dogs and a cat, which has further enhanced my knowledge and skills in providing exceptional care for pets. It's truly a fulfilling journey, and I absolutely adore taking care of my furry companions. As a student working part-time, I have a lot of availability to spend time with your pets. I absolutely love being outdoors, and I'm actually a cheerleader for the TRU Wolfpack. It's such a fun experience! If you need someone to pet sit overnight, I'm here for you most nights. Just let me know and I'll make sure your furry friends have a fantastic time! When pet sitting in someone else's home, it's important to follow the owner's instructions carefully, respect their house rules, and provide companionship and care to their pets. Keep the space clean, monitor the pets' health, and communicate regularly with the owner about their well-being. Be prepared for emergencies and ensure the home's security.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have always loved looking after them. Moving to Canada from Scotland has left me missing my network of pups at home so I’m excited to find new dogs to walk and look after. I have some experience with training puppies from owning them and helping out family and friends so will be happy to take on pups and hopefully contribute to turning them into well behaved girls and boys. I will also have my camera with me so you can expect some bonus photographs! Although I work full time I still have plenty of energy to go on evening walks. I also get sporadic days off so may be available if you are in a bind and need support with short notice. My weekends are free for dog sitting and walking and I couldn’t think of anything better than hanging out with furry friends all day! In various living situations I have looked after dogs so can adapt to the different needs you require. If you are opening your home up to me I will stick to any routine you have as to not cause any issues. Ultimately I will be extremely happy to be looking after any dog in any environment.

About: After having a family dog for all my life, through her infancy and senior years, I can help you through any stage of your pups life. I have dog-sat others young dogs and older ones with joy. I love talking them on walks and giving baths if they require/enjoy. Patience and working with the personality of an animal are two key skills I excel at. I will meet your pet where they are at with love. I am able to check in on your pet, go for walks, and house sit consistently any day of the week. I am a full time student at TRU in the fall and winter. I have open availability in the summer :) In my clients homes, I uphold professionalism and respect. I arrive with enthusiasm and give my full attention and care to dogs and cats. I care for pets by ensuring they have been fed as per their regime, and have clean, fresh water. I play with the pet(s) and give them looots of love and attention. I ensure they will be walked often and given outside time if they are permitted, either in a backyard, around the block, or on a short hike locally if you and your pet is comfortable with that. I believe it is also important to have a clean environment for any animal, so ensure that it is clean and well kept with all favourite toys available and any messes cleaned up.

About: I have worked at a dog daycare for the past 6 years and have experience with dogs who are scared, aggressive and injured. I have experience administering specified medications to dogs, cleaning and bandaging small wounds and trimming nails. I’m currently living in Kamloops and take my dog Remi out 2-3 times a day and would love to add another pup to our outings. Remi is very well socialized with other dogs, but if you are wanting 1-1 walks/outings that is fine too! I’m more than happy to use my car to bring your fur baby on a walk or hike somewhere as long as they are not overly anxious/get car sick. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to do drop ins for potty breaks, cuddles, or walks/hikes with your fur babies. I ensure water is always available, dogs are fed and any specified medication is administered and lots of love is given to your babies <3

About: I've always loved caring for both dogs and cats, and I will provide adaptable, attentive and loving care for your fur babies. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and take every chance I get to spend time with animals. Whether it's a hike with your doggo or a cozy cuddle session at home, I'll ensure that your pet receives the individualized care and attention they deserve. I look forward to hearing from you! I typically work 8am - 4pm on weekdays so I'm free most evenings for walking, pop-in visits, lunchtime drop-ins and house sitting. I am also available weekends for any service with enough notice! Your fur babies' unique needs are my top priority, whether your pet stays with me or if I visit them at home. In my home, they're part of my family, enjoying comfy spaces to hang out and all their favourite activities. At your place, I stick to your regular routines and keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can have peace of mind. Whether it's hikes or cozy cuddles, I would love to make sure your pet feels at home and loved while you're away.

Kenneth C.
“We have lived next door to Ken for 3 years now and he has always watched our animals for us, we have two tuxedo cats and one Boston terrier. Beans the Boston is very high energy and needs to be taken out a few times a day and tired out so she wont destroy our stuff and every time Ken watches her for us shes sleepy and happy when we get home. Our one cat is very picky and needs her food heated up and she needs to be locked In the laundry room to make sure she has a chance to finnish it all. Our last cat is very high maintenance, he has diabetes and needs to be fed on time every day with a dose of Insulin to go with it, it requires putting new needles on the pen and injecting between his shoulders and every time we come home his blood sugar levels are perfect! We dont trust a lot of people with our high maintenance animals but Ken has always taken extra time to make sure theyre needs are met plus they get the extra loving they need.”
