About: Let me look after your fur baby while you enjoy skiing, biking or hiking at Sun Peaks resort. My family had dogs for as long as I can remember. I have been a pet parent since 2000 and at one time owned 3 dogs: a black lab and 2 Sealyham Terriers, one of whom was blind! As a pet parent I know how important it is to your enjoyment that you know your dog is safe and happy. My home is a quiet space perfect for your fur baby to hang out while you enjoy the mountain. I had to say goodbye to my precious little dog Johnny Cash in March 2025 and I look forward to spoiling your fur baby I work from home and created my work schedule based around my dog! We go outside for regular bathroom breaks and there is plenty of time for cuddles on the couch, and longer walks between client calls. When I am not working I like to go hiking, golfing or snowboarding depending on the season. Most of the day is spent relaxing in the living room or on the deck. There is an extensive walking path directly outside my condo. Your fur baby is welcome to sleep with us on the king bed or wherever you prefer.

About: I’ve raised dogs my entire life. (50 plus years). Dogs have very different personalities. It’s important to recognize that and adapt to their needs, likes and dislikes. My husband and I are retired with part time jobs we choose to work giving us great flexibility to plan around the needs of our dogs. Please feel free to request days I’ve marked unavailable. I mark those times far in advance. I like to camp a few days between Monday and Friday. These days are often flexible. **** SIZE LIMIT: the Rover app size setting choices are up to 15lbs, up to 40 lbs and then higher. I selected up to 40 lbs however, to protect my 7 lb pooch I won’t take dogs over 25 lbs ish. ****** Our dogs enjoy morning and evening walks in the Kenna Park area. We often travel by car to Peterson Creek or McConnell Lake for afternoon walks Meal time is usually between 7-8 am and 4-5 pm. They enjoy potty breaks in the back yard every 2-3 hours. Rest time can be on a patch of grass in the back yard, bed on the deck, a comfy chair, kennel or dog bed in the living room. Our home has a beautiful fenced yard and neighbours great walking trails. Our 2 little dogs are great companions. We use gated rooms or kennels if separation is required. Your fury friend should come with their well fitted harness for walks and one of their blankets to help them feel secure. There’s no children living in our home. Occasionally, we have grandchildren visiting.

About: My love for dog stems from when I was a wee little girl. I used to walk the dogs at my parents boat slip! They would ask "where is Jenna?" and see me petting and walking all the dogs! I got my first dog at 12 and was inlove with these furry little creatures ever since. I also foster and train rescue dogs and specialize in positive reinforcement. I don’t have any specific training but I’ll treat you fur baby like it’s my own ❤️🤗 I work as a correctional officer on a 4-on, 4-off schedule and spend my days off walking my beagle. About: I love animals and adventuring so I will be more than happy taking your best friend wherever they want to go. I have grown up with pets; dogs, cats and rabbits. My cat was adopted from the SPCA with several challenges and special needs but I did not see that as a barrier to his care or need for love, I feel all animals are precious. I have knowledge in canine first aid and am well versed in safe walking guidelines. I am very flexible, so if your pet has anywhere in particular they like to visit let me know! I believe it is important to take each animal’s individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. I enjoy all kinds of activities from walks around the block to lengthy hikes but will also sit and spend quality time with your fur baby if that is what they need. I am reliable, organized and committed to provide the best care for your four legged family member. I am a University student who is currently off for the summer months. I am available for drop-in visits, play dates and walks both days and evenings, 7 days a week. When pet sitting in someone else’s home, I feel it is important to follow the owner’s instructions carefully and respect their house rules and provide compassionate care to their pets. I strive to keep the environment clean, monitor pets health and communicate regularly with the owners effectively. I hope to share some quality time with your pet soon!
