“These ladies are amazing! They kept me updated with photos, videos, and messages, which was such a comfort while we were away. It honestly felt like the dogs were staying with family. They were completely comfortable with Laura and Amber, napping on the couch, lounging on their deck and clearly feeling right at home. It means the world to know our pups were so well cared for. We’ll absolutely be booking again, and I’d highly recommend Laura and Amber to anyone looking for someone loving, reliable, and truly thoughtful with animals!”

“Our Lance enjoyed his stay with Kathy and her husband. They are amazing and wonderful people. We were so nervous leaving Lance with someone because of his struggles he had in life but….we worried for nothing. I stayed in contact with Kathy a few times a day and she was quick and eager to let us know how our baby was doing. We even got wonderful pictures. We would definitely recommend this amazing lady to anyone who needs a real caring, pet loving sitter. We will definitely be hiring Kathy again in the future when the need arises.”

“Amazing! We booked last minute and Dorothy was so accommodating. Her and her family loved and cared for our tiny Pomeranian so well. We were late coming home due to snow and freezing rain and Dorothy was incredibly kind and put no pressure on us to be there on time - she wished us safe travels and offered us options for pick up. Honestly one of the best experiences we have had. Would absolutely recommend Dorothy!”

About: I was born and raised with dogs. I have taken care of them as early as when they were just fresh out of the womb until their last breaths. I am currently work part time (Tues-Wed-Thurs) at a dental office in the south end. I am available to take care of your pets as much as they need from the moment I’m home until I leave for work the next morning! That means beautiful evening walks! I will take care with as much responsibility as I would my own pet. If you or they have special needs, I’ll make sure to accommodate!

“James was wonderful with my shitzu Willy. He sent me pictures and notes on how he was doing. Thank you for being there for myself and my dog. It meant a lot to have a getaway knowing he was in great hands.”

“Oaklee really enjoyed her time with Cadence. She was exhausted when she got home. Cadence was very caring and gave many updates. I never felt worried leaving Oaklee with her. Definitely recommend”

About: I am a veterinarian licenced in Europe looking to continue to care for animals with special medical needs in the Sudbury area. I provide pet-sitting for elderly or chronically ill pets of all sorts (cats, dogs, birds, pocket pets, and rabbits) while catering to their medical needs when you can’t. After my heart cat passed away a few months ago and after talking to the owners of many senior pets, I realized that not everyone has the luxury of being able to provide high level veterinary nursing care at home for their pets. Whether you are away for the day, for vacation, or just need a break of the daily load of caring for a pet with medical needs, my home and skills are here to help. Please note that I cannot act as a veterinarian and cannot perform regulated veterinary acts, I provide pet-sitting and respite care only, with the knowledge and skills of a veterinarian. I am fully equipped to pet-sit animals with Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome, Intervertebral Disk Disease and paralysis or limb weakness, urinary and fecal incontinence or retention, blindness, dry eye or glaucoma or corneal ulcers requiring eye drops, chronic kidney disease requiring subcutaneous fluids, seizure disorders, chronic ear and skin issues as well as allergies, diabetes, Cushing’s and Addison’s disorders, hyper- or hypothyroidism, gastroenteric paralysis in herbivores such as rabbits, respiratory and cardiac illnesses, etc. I have cared for all sorts of species from cats, to birds, to rabbits, and of course, dogs. I also have extensive farm and equine experience, please let me know if you require the care of additional animals or a farm sitting. I currently work another part-time job in the 911/emergency medical services world. This means that I’m not always available but I aim to make time for all your pets in need — shoot me a message! I care for animals mostly out of my own home. I currently have no pets in the house after the recent passing of my heart cat. If your pet does not get along with other animals I can accommodate that — I want to make your pet as comfortable as possible, as if they were at home. I provide family home environment for your pet, if that is what they are used to, for their comfort. I live with my partner and two teenage children who all love animals (almost) as much as me. The pets' main resting area is in front of large patio doors that look over the garden so that they will never be bored when we are not immediately interacting with them and can enjoy the sunshine (my old cat used to especially enjoy this). I am happy to provide as many walks or supervised outdoor time as necessary.

About: Hi! I’m a Registered Veterinary Technician with 10 years of experience working in the field of veterinary medicine. Although I'm happy to care for any pet, I am especially suited to caring for pets who require medication (including injections/fluid therapy, etc), have mobility challenges or are recovering from surgery. I have also completed Fear Free Certification, as well as obedience training with my own three dogs up to advanced level. I also participate in scent detection with my GSP. Essentially, I love playing with, teaching, and learning from dogs - and having a happy and relaxed dog at the end of the day! I am currently available on weekends as I work full-time at a busy referral practice in Sudbury. I'm committed to providing an appropriate level of exercise, play and attention to your pet and therefore best suited to that on weekends. I can use Fear Free handling techniques to properly introduce myself and build trust with your pet. As with my own pets, I handle pets in a calm, reassuring manner with the goal of building a solid relationship from which we can grow.

About: Hello. My name is Stacey & i’m 29. I work in film so I have months off where I would like to spend my time with animals. Animals are my therapy and my first love forever. I started volunteering/fostering at 14, and have continued to do so for the past decade + I cant live my life without dogs or cats or really any animal, and if I can be the “fun aunty” for your fur baby i’ll be happy! My work schedule doesn’t allow me to have my own, but spending time with yours, well, I’ll take it! I have a flexible schedule as well as I am active, I have experience with all breeds and temperaments. I have over a year of dog grooming experience as well as experience with pets who need medications, shyness, previous rescues & those working on becoming more social. Here to help you and your babies ! & also secretly be greedy by getting love from them (or just the satisfaction they’re happy) I work in film which means when I am not working I have many months off. I spent 20+ years in animal care either volunteering , or working. I personally have had 9 rescue / stray pets that have become my family. I’ve got major energy to kill when I am available. I live my life for the 4 legged. I have an entire pet free home (minus some reptiles in cages) , I have done all my pet first aid, signs of stress etc, I have worked with animals for over 20 years. I regularly walk dogs, babysit and check in on ALL TYPES OF PETS! I know all my pet first aid, we have an entire safe home and a fully fenced backyard , as well as specific pet play room.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and patience I bring to every pet I care for. I’m not just here to walk dogs — I treat each pet like family. I’m attentive to their needs, whether it’s high energy playtime or calm companionship. I have experience with both puppies (including leash training and basic commands) and senior dogs who may need a slower pace or extra care. Being gentle, observant, and trustworthy means your dog will always feel safe and happy with me. I'm also very reliable and flexible with timing, and I always make sure your pet gets the attention, exercise, and love they deserve. Pet care fits perfectly into my weekly routine. I have a flexible schedule and truly enjoy spending my time with animals. I’m completely free on Wednesdays and available for evening care on Fridays and weekends, making it easy for me to give your dog the time, attention, and love they need. Whether it’s a walk, feeding, or playtime, I always make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and happy in my care. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I follow the pet’s regular routine as closely as possible — including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions like medications or calming techniques. I keep the environment clean and calm, and I make sure pets feel secure and loved, especially when their owners are away. I also provide regular updates (photos and messages) so you feel confident knowing your pet is in caring and capable hands. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I always treat them with the same love and attention I would give my own.

Melina C.
“Melina has provided great care to my cat who had mobility problems due to a stroke and an amputated hind leg. She had a habit of urinating with only her front paws in the litter box and Melina wasn't deterred, even knowing that she could often miss the pee pad. Melina was very diligent with her food, medication, and rehydration when required due to kidney malfunction. Melina's kind and gentle demeanour, welcoming home, and competence immediately put my cat and I at ease and confirmed that I selected the right person as I could fully relax knowing that my cat's medical needs would be, and were, properly taken care of.”

Kali H.
“Kali is one of the most genuine and kindest soul I have ever met! Her love for her three handsome dogs and her two beautiful horses are beyond words and I know she would give you’re doggo’s as much love as she would her own!”
