About: I’ve cared for large dog breeds, puppies, and senior dogs, with experience training, rehabilitating, and medicating dogs, cats, and rabbits. I’ve even raised a few insects! Most of all, I love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and healthy. I’m currently taking an online university course in the mornings and working part-time with a flexible schedule, so I can dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I like to go for walks and runs daily, so I’m always happy to provide exercise, playtime, and companionship for energetic pets, as well as calmer care for senior animals or less energetic pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to maintain their normal routine so they can feel as comfortable as possible. Every pet is different, so I pay close attention to their behaviour, habits, and any instructions provided in order to give them the best care possible. I treat clients’ homes with respect and always aim to leave the space just as clean as I found it. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos for your peace of mind!
About: I've always had a deep love for animals and have grown up surrounded by many different kinds. My interest in pet sitting began when I would accompany my sister on her jobs, and I loved getting to meet new animals. I provide a range of services to meet your pet's needs. I always treat your pets as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you're away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m available to stay overnight during the week as-well as the weekend. I try to plan my schedule around your pets needs to ensure each pet receives maximum comfort and care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In your home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, medication, and routines. I respect your home as if it were my own and aim to keep everything clean and organized. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for.
“Rebecca did a fantastic job with my little girl! The pictures she took made me feel very comfortable with the care Rebecca was giving to Lola. I would definitely have her come back and care for my little girl.”
About: I have been honoured to be from a very animal Oriented family and have lived on a farm for most of my life. I have cared for and have given the best care and love to animals such as, Guinea pigs, cats, turtles, horses, dogs, and pretty much everything else you can imagine. I was born an animal lover and every animal becomes my family. I can identify special needs in any animal such as first aid, anxiety issues etc I work from home, so your pet has 24/7 attention. Be prepared for your loved one to get 3-4 walks a day along with an hour play time or a trip to the dog park daily! I have a fenced yard. My golden retriever is very patient and loves all types of dogs. If your dog is allowed on the couch or bed, well so is mine. I would rather your dog be able to cuddle and be comfy right beside me during the night to make them feel trust, and feel more comfortable in a strange environment I am able make every animal feel like home. Just ask my references … if your dog likes burger patties from McDonalds or pup cups from star bucks… I’m your girl… I am very experienced with highly reactive and aggressive dogs as well. Unfortunately, I do Have a dog of my own, but can manage very well as I am highly trained with aggressive dogs. I believe all dogs can be trained in a well loved and supportive environment once triggers are identified I spoil every animal like it’s my own! Great with puppies and super forgiving. We all make mistakes even if it’s our furniture!!! I have tons of training experience to make this not happen! I am fear based certified as I am a canine enrichment volunteer at the Ottawa Humane Society
About: Animal lover whose grown up with different animals at home. Fish, canaries, parakeets, dogs, and occasionally we had cats. We don't currently have pets at home but regularly pet sit for our family members. I'm a stay at home mom and would like to have more opportunities to help out neighbours and their pets while bringing a bit of income. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I want to make sure your pup feels safe and comfortable in my company when doing drop in visits or walking.
About: I’ve been caring for pets since i’m in high school! I would watch my neighbours pets, cats and dogs as if they were my own. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule for day visits and walks. I don’t work weekends giving more flexibility and more time with your pets. My dog at home gets daily walks, lots of love and roams the house freely. I know every dog is different and I will easily adapt to individual needs.
About: I’ve lived with and taken care of many different dogs over my lifetime, including within my family and branching out to friends families as well. I have been seen as a go to for pet check ins, sittings, and walks. Recently, I have decided to branch out and make more four-legged friends! I work from home 3/5 days per week in Kenmore/Metcalfe/Russell/Greely area, and would be happy to take my lunch breaks to go on walks with your fur babies, or to do some check-ins! I am also open most weekends. Ensuring your fur baby feels safe, secure, and comfortable is my top priority! Sometimes new faces can be scary, but I ensure I approach new fur babies with love and care. Safety is also something that I consider to be top priority, which includes the safety of your pet and your home. Providing an animal with a fun nurturing environment is something that I take pride in!
About: I have always been an animal lover and moved to Canada recently with my 4 cats. Now that we are settled in; it's the best time to get back into sharing my love for animals I adopted my first cat when I was living in South Korea and moved with her to New Zealand in 2019. In Korea, I was a dog walker for 2 years and miss that connection and outdoor time with dogs. I volunteered for the SPCA in New Plymouth for 3 years and fostered cats and kittens for them for nearly 5 years. Through my fostering I ended up adopting 3 more cats. We all moved together to Canada and are now happily settled in as a family. I was also taking care of some abandonned cats in my street that I have found forever homes for before moving. As I live in an appartment I cannot have a dog and really miss spending time with them. My schedule does not allow me to volunteer anymore but I am looking forward to do some dog walking or home visits to your pets while you are away. Walks are a standard 30 minutes but I'm happy to work with you and your dog to see what works best. I'm happy to cater to the dogs needs and requirements. All walks are on lead only for the safety of everybody. I am also available to do home visits for dogs, cats or small animals. I can do one home visit that usually last 30 minutes, feeding, cleaning, playing, cuddling. If you require 2 visits a day the first one will be in the morning and the second in the evening. I can give oral medicine to your animal or apply cream as required as I have done so regularly while volunteering at the SPCA. My cats are all vaccinated, fleaed deworemed and indoors so I will not bring any disease to your pets. I unfortunately cannot take animals to my own place but can travel around for home visits and walks. As a pet owner myself I understand the need to have someone that can understand each pet's needs and personality. I will always make sure to do what your pet is comfortable with and give them the best time. My goal is to be bestfriend with every animal I meet! I work from 9am to 5pm so I have time to do visits/walk before and after. I am also free all day on the weekend! When I go to someone's house to care for their animal I follow their usual routines and safety precaution. I always do a first visit with the owner to meet the animal and the surroundings to ensure I am aware of all important information. I ensure I lay eyes on all animals under my care and do a quick check to make sure all is well. I follow their prompt for what they want to do. I always ensure I have the vet's details and a crate available in case of an emergency.

The cats in my life included a Calico mix, a Tiger mix, and a Manx. As my life goals are coming to fruition, I know that this is not the right time for me to personally home, love, and care for an animal of my own. My children are all grown, and I am currently more interested in traveling, whether in my own backyard or halfway around the world, I want to see all that I can!! I LOVE to have new adventures, I am simply here to provide the love I have for my own pets to your precious furry family member while enjoying your city, town or neighbourhood. I am able to take your dogs out for short walks, weather permitting, if they are not pullers. As I don’t drink, smoke cigarettes, or use drugs, that will never be happening in your home. I have great energy that animals can feel. Most timid or shy dogs warm up to me faster than you would except. My reviews showcase the results.
