Max felt right at home as they also have cats (we have 3 of our own). I loved watching the videos Vivian sent, complete with captions - she really captured his personality! “LOOK NO FURTHER! What a relief to have found Graham and Freddie! From initial contact, Graham was professional, prompt, flexible, and caring. He simply thought of everything, and was so patient and reassuring when I had a load of questions and concerns. Freddie is a cool companion! We left Bruno for the whole weekend, and I was astounded at how confided felt that he was just fine. Graham sent periodic photos, and I could tell on Bruno’s face that he was comfortable. (You know how you can see the stress in their eyebrows - he was simply smiling the whole time!) Upon pick up, Bruno was relaxed and balanced. He even swung back around to seemingly say thanks and goodbye to Graham before hopping into the car! We’re very grateful to Graham’s above and beyond care, and wish he were closer. We’ll definitely be seeking his service when we visit the Lindsay area next!”
