About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve had cats my entire life and have experience raising and training a dog from puppyhood, so I’m comfortable with everything from playful puppies to older pets who need a little extra patience and care. I also have my RPN diploma and several years of experience working in healthcare, so I’m naturally very attentive, responsible and observant when it comes to someone’s wellbeing. I’m comfortable following routines, medications or special instructions provided by owners, and I take it seriously when someone trusts me with their pet. I’m especially comfortable with high-energy and active dogs. My own dog was basically my four-legged training partner! We went running, swimming, played fetch with some seriously ambitious throws, and even played soccer and football together. 😂 I love giving energetic dogs the exercise and play they need, while also knowing when it’s time to slow down and relax. At home, I provide a clean, calm and pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, affection and room to play. When caring for pets in their own home, I’m respectful of their space and routines and make sure they receive consistent care and companionship. I take safety seriously and pay attention to changes in behaviour, appetite or overall wellbeing. I’m also happy to follow detailed instructions, including feeding schedules, medication and special-care needs. About: Hi! I’m a compassionate and reliable pet caregiver with hands-on experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and needs. My background includes looking after a young small dog while providing care for a senior citizen, which involved daily walks, feeding, bathing, and keeping the space clean by managing pee pads. Most recently, I worked as an in-home dog caregiver for two medium-sized dogs ages 1 and 3 . I was responsible for walking them multiple times a day, maintaining their feeding schedule, giving them plenty of attention and playtime, and ensuring the home stayed safe and secure while the owners were on vacation. We usually have a walk in the morning and spend time outside in the backyard throughout the day. Your pets will be well cared for just like our own dog Stanley. We have a gated yard area where your dog will be safe outdoors as well as indoors!
