Growing up, I had the joy of caring for Shelties, Golden Retrievers, and Papillons, each teaching me the importance of patience, companionship, and understanding every dog’s unique personality. I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy who is very loved, well-socialized, and has the sweetest, most gentle personality. He is extremely well-behaved and will be starting puppy school in July to continue building his training and manners. My partner is also home and able to help care for him, ensuring every pet receives plenty of attention, supervision, and love. If your pup stays with me, they will be welcomed into a safe, caring, and dog-loving home. I want to be transparent that my puppy may be present during stays, but I always prioritize the comfort and needs of your pet. For walks, your dog will receive one-on-one attention — I will take your pup on their own walk rather than walking multiple dogs together. For drop-ins or visits, my focus will be on giving your pet personalized care, affection, and making sure they feel happy and comfortable while you’re away. Your pet will be treated like family here 🐾 I am a teacher and will be off during the months of July and August, which means I have a very flexible schedule and am available for pet care whenever needed. I have plenty of time to provide walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Starting in September, my availability will depend on whether I accept a teaching position (LTO), but I will always have availability in the evenings and on weekends. I am committed to providing reliable and consistent care and will communicate clearly with each pet parent to make sure your pet’s needs are met. Whether I am caring for your pet in my home or visiting them in theirs, I focus on making sure they feel secure, happy, and well cared for. About: I’ve grown up around animals and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I had 2 of the most loyal and playful golden doodles growing up. I now own a 5 year old rottweiler and a senior staffy who is 15 years old! I have cared for a clients husky for multiple occasions and overnight care as well as periodically walked a german sheppard/rottweiler. I’m reliable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, medications, or overnight care. I will always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I truly am a dog person through and through. They teach us how to love and be loyal without words and I think that is the most beautiful thing! I love the outdoors. I am offering services of walks for your fur babies in your neighbourhood, downtown or in trails near by. I am also offering pop in visits to feed, or give some love to your animal's as well as overnight care in your home for whatever amount of time you need. I currently work as an Educational Assistant full time. I will have more availability in June as I switch to part time. Come July and August I will have full time availability at whatever time you need me! In my clients home I will follow their routine with their animals. It will be almost as though their owners never left! I strive to make animals happy, calm and safe.
