From energetic puppies to aging pets needing mobility support or daily medication, I’ve learned to meet animals where they are and adapt to what makes them feel safe, understood, and cared for. Over the years, I’ve worked with many dog breeds—German Shepherds, Dobermans, Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds, Belgian Shepherds, Pugs, and more—each requiring a different approach to training, exercise, and affection. About: My experience with pet care involves my household animals as well as sitting I’ve done in the past. At my house right now, I own 3 indoor cats and 1 German shepherd dog! This leads to a very busy household with a very highly active dog and needy indoor cats. We love our house being busy with animals and have never had a home without animals. Before our German shepherd we owned a flat coated retriever which was a breed my fathers mother actually brought to Canada as our family used to show dogs and we briefly showed our flat coat in dog shows as well. Overall, I am just an animal lover and treat my pets like family. I currently work part-time as a server so my availability is super super flexible. I can easily switch shifts if needed to make it work with what you’re needing. In my home, my dog has a backyard where we love to play fetch, he also has a doggie pool so he can cool off when hot. My cats also have a cat tree and lots of toys. They also have dog/cat beds to have a safe space to sleep. There are also multiple water dishes around the house to keep them hydrated.

About: I’ve been around pets all throughout my childhood and owned a dog during my high school years. My partner and I are looking forward to owning a pet in the future but until then, I’m happy to work with other owners to look after their babies while they’re gone! I work part time at a hotel in Harrison (Tues, Fri, Sat) and will be studying part time at the UFV Abbotsford campus. I can pet sit/walk on the opposite says and those evenings if necessary. I can follow a strict routine or perform basic needs for your pet. I’m also comfortable giving medication as long as no injections or suppositories are needed. I will keep consistent communication with all owners in case of emergency and that doorbell cameras and house cameras are property of the home owners and not to be tampered with.

While I don't have a large yard, there's a convenient spot for them to relieve themselves, and a area to lay in the sun which is also gated. Just outside our doorstep lies soccer fields and parks, the vedder river, cultus lake, and walking trails. All day care and boarding bookings include walks, rest assured your pups will come home tired. Indoors I make sure we have a low-tox environment, no fragrances, no candles, no smoking, no chemical cleaners, only baking soda and vinegar are used as cleaning products. All their water is filtered using a Epic water filter as well I have a number of Airtok air filters in the home. Dogs are allowed on all furniture and have the option of a group setting or they are each provided with their own private area with water and a bed separated with baby gates so still in view but if they don’t want to be social with the other dogs they can have their solitude.

About: Hello there! I have lots of pet care experience caring for my own pets. My lovely dog passed away last year and I find myself missing canine companionship. Growing up my mother was a vet assistant and I did learn a lot from watching her so I feel confident in being able to properly care for an animal. Currently I am off work for a month before I start my correctional officer training in Jan. I’ve just been taking some time for me and that includes daily walks so I figured why not see if someone’s fur baby or babies would like to get out for a walk! I know this time of year is busy for a lot of families. I am local to chilliwack and know of a lot of good walking areas. If you have any questions for me please let me know! I look forward to hearing from you. I would not be able to offer service in my own home because of my landlords rental rules. I would be happy to take care of your pet in your home!
