About: I’ve always had pets for as long as I can remember. I take my own dogs as well as friends dogs on walks. I am someone who my friends and family trust to leave their pets with. I have a German Shepard named hunter who is 12 years old and a little pug named Finn. I live in a large basement suite so if your wanting to bring your dogs to my house there is the option for socialization or if your puppy prefers alone time they will be safe with me downstairs:) I have a large fenced yard and live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for peaceful walks. If you or your pet prefers to stay in their own home I am also flexible with day visits or overnight stays, having had 2 pugs I am completely comfortable with dogs sleeping with me or wherever they are most comfortable.

About: Hi! My name is Trinity, and caring for animals has been such a huge part of my life for many years now. I have just under 5 years of hands-on experience working in a professional dog boarding and daycare environment, where I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments, and energy levels. Through this experience, I’ve become very confident handling everything from playful puppies and high-energy dogs to senior dogs and those who may need a little extra patience, structure, or reassurance. I am certified in kennel environment dog first aid, so your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you can fully trust, and I always strive to provide care that makes both pets and owners feel comfortable, safe, and supported. Alongside my daycare and boarding experience, I have also been house sitting professionally for the past 4 years. During that time, I’ve cared for pets in their own homes, helping maintain their normal routines and providing them with comfort, companionship, exercise, and lots of love while their families are away. I know how important consistency is for animals, and I do my best to make their time away from you as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with police dogs and service dogs, which has given me valuable experience working with highly trained dogs that require confidence, structure, and attentive handling. In addition to dogs, I’ve worked at a facility that also cared for cats, so I’m comfortable caring for feline friends as well and understand that every cat has their own unique personality and comfort level. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having a calm and caring companion around, I always take the time to get to know their individual needs and personality. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, loved, and well cared for while you’re away, because I truly treat every animal as if they were my own. I currently work and attend school part-time, but I always do my best to be flexible and accommodate your pet’s needs. I’m available to stop by before work or school to let your pup out, provide care, or spend some time with them. I have exclusively house sat in my clients’ homes, which allows pets to stay comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. Before any booking, I make sure I have your pet’s routine clearly written out and fully understand their needs, habits, and expectations. I also ensure I have all necessary tools, supplies, and information prepared before handling or caring for your dog, so we are both set up for a safe, smooth, and successful experience. I started when I was just 12 years old walking my neighbours dogs and pet sitting their cats, soon those neighbours were so happy with my service that they referred me to their friends, and those friends referred me to more friends, and so the story goes. I have experience with all types of dogs, from dachshunds to pit bulls, from puppies to seniors. I am able to modify a service to suit your dogs needs, from small walks around the block to trail runs on Chilliwack Community Forest. I have worked for a high-volume dog daycare in downtown Vancouver where I learnt valuable skills on dog behavioural patterns and training techniques. I am a passionate multi-hyphenate freelancer, and every day looks a bit different! My main gigs are teaching yoga at local rec centres and universities, and pet sitting here on Rover. I'm also getting my MA at a distance program offered by UVic, so I spend most of my days reading and writing. On days I am working, I am usually gone anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. I am available to be a full-time, live-in housesitter while you're away. I am adaptable to your pet's rhythms and routines. I enjoy plenty of walks, snuggles on the couch, and giving out healthy treats (carrots are my dog's favorite). I am not only an experienced pet sitter, but a passionate homemaker. I will make sure that your pet stays happy, your house stays tidy, and your garden stays watered. My schedule is currently pretty open, I have experience living at home with pets and just dropping in. I am very go with the flow and can make lots work! About: Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and passion for pet care comes from learning pet care from my dad who is police dog trainer.
