About: Since I was a young child, I have been so drawn to a wide variety of animals. I have rescued and rehabilitated many wild animals, and taken care of many pets of all sizes! I have personally had cats, dogs, bunnies, birds, lizards, snakes, fish, chickens and mice as loving pets. I admire how each animal is truly unique and special. My dream ia to open an animal rescue someday and help find long-term loving homes for many of our homeless local cat and dog populations. I always require a meet and greet at my home to see if your dog will get along with my cats. I will not bring a dog into my home that has any history of violence towards cats. When I care for a pet in my home, I always make sure there is nothing in my home or backyard that could hurt them or make them sick BEFORE their arrival. My cat's food gets moved up and your dog gets a large clean water bowl. All animal food, treats, medicines are locked away for safety. I have a fully fenced backyard with a secure gate, and a cable line for dogs that need to be extra secured. There are multiple spots in my backyard with shade and plenty of space for your dog to sunbathe and roll in the grass. There is always access to clean drinking water and I have toys specifically for outside play. I have a gate in the hallway to allow separation from my cats if need be, and my cats get full access to our catio patio. I will leash your dog inside my home while they get used to my cats, to keep everyone safe. Your dog is welcome to sleep on a bed on my bedroom floor or on my bed if they choose to. I have blankets on each of my couches that get changed and washed between each dog, so they are welcome to nap or cuddle with me on the couch. I have a been of shared dog toys that get replaced or washed often.

About: I’ve always had pets for as long as I can remember. I take my own dogs as well as friends dogs on walks. I am someone who my friends and family trust to leave their pets with. I have a German Shepard named hunter who is 12 years old and a little pug named Finn. I live in a large basement suite so if your wanting to bring your dogs to my house there is the option for socialization or if your puppy prefers alone time they will be safe with me downstairs:) I have a large fenced yard and live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for peaceful walks. About: Hi I’m Jamie! I’m 35 and I currently do not have any pets as my beloved frenchie Mylo crossed the rainbow bridge 2 years ago. I have 15 years of dog care experience with age 8 weeks old all the way to seniors. I am a huge animal lover and I have taken part in wild life rescue as well as dog rescue. I also have extensive experience with French bulldogs and short nose breeds in particular as I have now been a dog mom to 3 of them and understand their unique care needs and how to be careful with them to prevent conditions like IVDD, heat stroke, allergies, and respiratory distress. I don’t believe in “punishing” dogs for unwanted behaviour and will always treat your fur baby like family as they deserve to be treated. I take a calm, leadership role while also creating a connection with love and trust with all the animals I care for. I love to get outside and go for walks, go to the park, pup cups at Starbucks, and spend time playing with dogs in my care whether they are my fur babies or yours! I eventually will have another dog if my own when the time is right. Each one of my past dogs have all been loved so dearly and I understand how important our fur babies are to us pet parents. I promise to always care for them like they’re my own and always make them feel safe, secure, loved, and cared for. I only ever take 2 dogs at a time if they are from the same household as I don’t want to have too many dogs mixing together or not be able to give them the attention they all need. I am always home, so your pup will never be alone when in my care. I also have a lot of experience administering oral medications, so I am happy to care for dogs on medication. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! Every morning I have a set routine of getting up early (usually when the dog I’m caring for chooses around 7:45-8:45am) and start the day with a potty break in the yard, followed by breakfast for myself and the pup in my care. After that we go for an on leash walk/outing at a park or trail, often followed by a trip to Starbucks for a hot chocolate and pup cup! After that we head home and have some quiet/cuddle time. Then it’s lunch time and another potty break time! Usually later in the afternoon we have some indoor play time. I usually feed the dog(s) in my care dinner around 5:30pm and we will go on a shorter neighborhood walk before it gets dark. I try to keep bedtime not too late so we can keep a routine. For me, pets are family and I want to make them feel very welcome and at home. At my home, I have a mostly fenced yard and thick bushes in areas without fence and live very close to a really nice park. I do have a large crate, but I typically only use them for car travel unless the pet parent requests their dog be crated at night while they sleep (which would be in my bedroom with me). I always give my absolute all to give excellent care to pets! Dogs have a very special place in my heart and it’s a privilege to have their company and their parents’ trust. I will always be with your pet while they’re in my care as I do not leave them home alone to go anywhere. So they will be out and about with me or at home with me. I also live with my mom who has been the absolute best dog nana my dogs could have ever asked for through the years. She is so gentle and so loving with dogs, and it’s great to have her join in on the walks and snuggle time at home with any dog(s) we are caring for.

I have a flexible schedule and will always prioritize your pet’s needs. I don’t have any pets of my own so it’s a joy when I have the chance to care for others’. I offer discounts for longer stays and am able to travel. When I am petsitting I try to make them feel as safe and cared for as possible. I spent a lot of time with them and try to replicate their routine as closely as possible.

About: I’ve always had pets for as long as I can remember. I take my own dogs as well as friends dogs on walks. I am someone who my friends and family trust to leave their pets with. I have a German Shepard named hunter who is 12 years old and a little pug named Finn. I live in a large basement suite so if your wanting to bring your dogs to my house there is the option for socialization or if your puppy prefers alone time they will be safe with me downstairs:) I have a large fenced yard and live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for peaceful walks. If you or your pet prefers to stay in their own home I am also flexible with day visits or overnight stays, having had 2 pugs I am completely comfortable with dogs sleeping with me or wherever they are most comfortable.

About: I have always had cats and dogs growing up. I have a beautiful lab/shepherd named Daphne and a fluffy cat named Mini at home <3. I am an avid outdoors woman and love exercise and nature. I take Daphne down to the river daily :) she loves to explore and play as much as I do. My partner and I manage pet care with ease. We take Daphne to grandpas when we are both away. I work a 9-5 work week Mon-Fri. I am available after work weekdays, and anytime weekends. :) I treat all pets as if they were my own, and same goes for a clients home. I am a nurturing and loving individual; caring for others and animals comes easy. :)

About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats my whole life, and I will love your pets as I loved mine. I had two dogs and two cats, and loved them with all of my heart. I love walks and exercise and will make sure that your pet will be healthy and happy. I am in a home with no other animals, and will make sure that your pet gets all of the attention he or she needs. Animals and pets are part of your family and should be treated as such! I've always believed that pets are angels that have been sent to support and love us, and that love should be returned back. I can not wait to meet your lovely pets! I am a grad student completing school mostly remotely. I will go into the university once a week, but have time and flexibility to care for pets as I am home often. I will make sure your pets are loved, fed, have plenty of water and feel safe and comfortable. Pets are family members, and deserve the best care.
“Elise and Moti took great care of our very energetic and excitable Labrador puppy Mabel. Elise made sure we got plenty of pictures and updates, so we had great peace of mind while we vacationed. They handled all the puppy energy super well and clearly had a lot of experience with this age. Elise also kept up with Mabel’s retrieving training.
